I will like this Adobe to help with download document

HelloI work for a hospital and we use  Access Cards/Smart Cards with qualified certificate on it to digitally sign PDF documents. On some PCs, there is a problem with signed document and showing the error: "Error encountered while BER decoding".First it was captured on PC with Reader DC v20.006.20034, but not on all instalations. Try to update to v20.013.20074 but thats dont fix the problem on curent station.Using SmartCard in another SW which performs digital signature (PKCS7) on same station is without any problems.Adding example of failSigned PDF.Please any sugestion? 

I have Reader set to open PDF's showing one page, zoomed to fit.  But that Preference doesn't always work.  I often get PDF's opened with other views and I have to manually set the view I want. What gives?

Hi everyone, I'm working on some PDFs and I've noticed that some functions don't work:- insert text at cursor- strikethrough- add note to replace textAll the other tools work perfectly. Could someone help me out, please?

Can't open old pdf files stored on dropbox cloud. This started after downloading Adobe Acrobat Reader DC in Feb 2020. There was no issue before this time    

I can't acess my Document Cloud account in windows 10. A message appears saying that: Update required Your browser or operating system is no longer supported. Try installing the latest updates on your system. But I've already installed all the uptades. Can someone help me? 

Hi there - For some reason, the top portion of a pdf file disappears when i opne it with Reader. I then need to restart the laptop and it is ok. After a few days again the same problem occurs. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Reader but to no avail. Any help / suggestions appreciated.

I cant acess my acrobat account from my computer. It keeps writing this when I try to log on: Your browser or operative system is not up to date.... But it is all up to date and the computer i new. I talked to adobe and to the shop I bought the computer from and they tell me everything is ok. And to write you. So hope you can help meThank you 

I am a ham radio operator and I'd like to place comments on a US PDF map with contact details (name, call, time, location, etc). Reader DC does this but only allows a limited number of comments.  Any way around this without having to spend the big bucks??  Any alternative ideas??Some private information removed by Moderator.Please do not write any private information in the public forum.

I need to extract pages from a document consisting of 7 pages and I hate the new adobe. I used to be able to do it no problem but now since the update you have to pay for it. Is there any way your can extract pages. Whenever I highlight one page, it says copy image, but that doesn't copy the document to my clipboard, so where is it going? Also how to you get the side panel view of pages like the picture below..that was so helpful.

How do I change the colour of the highlighting performed by Adobe when I'm in the CTRL F search function? If I'm doing a search of a particular word, for example, I find it really hard to see the light grey highlighting the Adobe used to show the next instance of that word. Is there a way to change this? I can see lots of posts about how to change highlighting when I myself am the one doing the highlighting, but that's not what I want. I want to know how to select a different colour for the highlighting that Adobe does on my behalf when I'm searching for a word. Hope this makes sense!

He creado un formulario pdf con Adobe LiveCycle Designer y he insertado un campo de firma con la opción de que sólo bloquee algunos campos tras firmar.Todo funciona bien e incluso el campo firma si se completa el formulario con Adobe Acrobat Profesional o Foxit reader (lector gratuito). La idea es que funcione con Acrobat Reader para dar más versatilidad al documento, pero el al intentar firmar en el campo firma en Acrobat reader no ocurre nada, ni tan siguiera aparece el menú desplegable con los certificados que tengo en el equipo. Como ya he comentado si se abre el mismo formulario pdf con Acrobat Profesional si  funciona ese mismo campo de firma.Muchas gracias!

After the successful installation of the latest update of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 2019.008.20074, in an attempt to attach the pdf opened at that time, it no longer opens the Windows Live Mail application but now opens Outlook.I state that Windows Live Mail is the application that has been set as default in the operating system (Windows 10 in this case) for emails. The association with files of type ".eml" is associated with Windows Live Mail. The "mailto:" protocol is associated with Windows Live Mail.Would it be possible to set up Windows Live Mail again? Maybe also acting on the Windows registry?

I have 3d artwork created in Adobe dimension of a kid's boardgame so lots of bright colors especially with 5 green fluorescent green ring objects. These objects are the only ones that's colour does not translate from RGB to CMYK. So I decided to add an extra spot color channel for those objects for printing manufacturer who have the Pantone 802 C I have chosen. The problem is many fold but the end result is simple, I cannot preview the color as intended in Acrobat to feel confident to send to manufacturer for mass printing. The weird thing is I was seeing the fluoro green adhering to the K channel black objects before I worked out how to create a new channel and I knew the spot was attracted to BLACK first and foremost but now that I have defined my own black areas in pantone channel I am just getting a dark green. The fluoro green has completely disappeared! SPECS: I am working on macbook pro running 11.5.1 and I have all up to date Creative cloud Adobe full license software.&nbs

Hi,When I am printing a document in Adobe Reader on my HP Envy 4527, it automatically prints in greyscale (B&W), while others in my family, who use different laptops, but the same printer, don't have the same issue.The print dialogue, where I have the option to print in greyscale is unticked, but it is also lighter in colour and as such is locked, so I could not tick it on or off anyway, which means that there is some sort of default elsewhere that makes all of my printing in greyscale.  Can anyone advise, where I can remove the default to greyscale?ThanksJohn

Wenn ich Adobe Cloud Anwendungen auf meinem Mac installiere geht die Arbeitsgeschwindigkeit immer drastisch nach unten ... auf 3 verschieden Macs 5 und 8 Jahre alt, Software auf dem neusten Stand ...Es ist auch fast egal ob ich die Hintergundaktualisierung an- oder abschalte. Es spielt auch keine Rolle ob ich Adobe Programm aktuell nutze. Das problem taucht auf, sobald sie installiert sind. ... der Geschwindikgeitverlust ist so drastisch, dass ein flüssiges Arbeiten manchmal gar nicht mehr möglich ist. Besonders betroffen ist ausgerechte eine Java Applikation auf die ich beruflich angewiesen bin.Gibt es dazu Erfahrungen oder sogar Lösungen

Every time I try to download a PDF file it down loads to my download file but when I try to open it this comment appears "The file was damaged and could not be repaired"What can I do to fix it?

Hello, I made a PDF file from Ai and exported a file as X-4 PDF.some I and L are fine but some smaller I and L look thicker. They become normal when I zoomed in. it shows only defferent on Acrobat Reader.

SOME TEXTS HAVE EMBEDDED LINKS THAT CAN TAKE ME DIRECTLY TO THE INTERNET WHEN I CLICK ON THEM, I MADE A MISTAKE OF BLOCKING OUT THIS ACCESS, HOW DO I RECTIFY PLEASE?

When I try to open a file in adobe reader XL  and use the file open menu it ends up erroring out and throwing  "Error reading string file 'SETTINGSDLG' The file couldn't be opened (missing?) Row =-1, String =-1" But opening a file using open with... works 

I have problem with printing adobe files?

In advance: unfortunately, the existing posts on the forum have not necessarily helped me, so I'm looking for help. At Deutsche Bank we are in the process of accepting signatures from a business partner. However, lately the message "the slected certificate has errors: Invalid Policy constraint" appears in Adobe Acorbat Reader.In the following screenshot you can see the details. The root certificate is from QuoVadis Root CA 3 G3. I see that the OID of the Root CA and the intermediates certificate do not match, is that correct? Is that the reason why the error message is displayed? How can I solve the problem or what exactly do I have to do?
