Hi All,Have searched the forums regarding this one but there doesn't seem to be any answer to the questions (or at least an answer that works)In Adobe Arcrobat Reader DC, in 'Advanced Print Setup' there's an option under Colour Management 'Let Printer Determine Colours'Initially the box is unchecked but when you check the box there then doesn't seem to be any way what-so-ever to set it back to unchecked and store the setting. Yes, you can uncheck the box but when you come out of print and go back in again, it's checked once again. Have tried unchecking, then printing something, coming out of print and then going back in to print again and the option is checked again. It doesn't happen with any of the other options in Colour Management, just the 'Let Printer Determine Colours' option.Now, this would normally not be a problem; however, a work colleague has checked the box (trying to obtain better colour reproduction on one of our printers) and for some unknown reason his .pdf printouts a

I've scoured countelss threads in this forum and cannot find a solution (even though plenty of thread have notated a "solution", none of which are... that ive found at least) I am the author of the document. I did not set a permissions password when I dispatched the document for esign.  Why is there a permissions password if I did not set it? Is this a default setting within the new Adobe Esign? Where can I find the permissions password?  I want to clarify again due to the lack of accurate answers in previous threads. I’m troubleshooting an issue where Adobe Acrobat Reader freezes immediately upon opening locally stored PDF drawing files for one user. last week, I started getting printing errors when attempting to print PDF's.     I beleive it has something to do with my Distiller program, but not sure.    This is the error message I am getting. Any assistance you can provide would be appreciated.

Hi,I was wondering if anyone else is having issues with Acrobat reader (32 bit) version 24.005.20320 for being very slow? It is a weird issue where if reader is closed and I open a pdf from my file explorer it opens fast, but if reader is opened already and I try to open another PDF from my file explorer it takes about 40 seconds sometimes minutes to open. Im not sure if this is a issue with the newest update or an issue in my settings? Please let me know if there is a fix for this

Greetings!  It seems Adobe EUTL is at least about 2 months out of date if not more. Is there any information when it will be updated?As Adobe uses their own servers to cache it, this is causing issues to a lot of people now for us.  RegardsMagnus

I have the full version of Acrobat Pro installed on my computer but I'd like to also have a copy of Acrobat Reader. I'm wanting to suggest some changes in a proofing process with a client and they would need to use Reader. I need to see how it functions before I suggest it. I've downloaded the installer (AcroRdrSCADC2400520400_MUI.dmg) but I get the attached error messages during the install process that appears to tell me that it won't install because I already have a better pdf reader. I am trying to follow the steps that my colleague does when printing reports from Adobe Reader. When he zooms in on the print preview the top part of the statement does not move however when I try the same thing the top of the statement moves off the pages. His version of adobe reader is version 2024.005.20399, and my version is 2024.005.20414. That is the difference I can find since we both seem to have the same settings though out the rest of the print preview. Is there any setting I should look into to get the same effect, or will I need to get his version of adobe reader?

I sent an agreement with a default value for a text field (e.g., Position), and this field can be edited by Signing Party 1. This part works correctly. However, after signing, the value entered by the party does not appear on the final document. What could be the reason?

Inbridge i am applying descriptive metadata as well as technical metadata to images (XMP/IPTC) and in the field "keywords" for example, as information can vary image to image. When i am creating PDF derivatives and combining the PDF images into one PDF file (Combine PDF) will the individual image metadata still be retained? it doesnt seem like it from what i can see in 'Properities.. > Description' window. I am trying to enable searchabiliy of the embedded metadata fields such as mentioned above "keywords" in a combined PDF, for example an embedded keyword is 'Fish' in one page of the 200 page document, i type in 'Fish' in a search bar then the program navigates to the image/page with the word fish embedded into it.   Is this possible?

I need to detect if pdf is opened in program or adobe website extension. Adobe website extension displays pdf (i have form inside) different than its showed in program. I need to check where is it opened and move form fields. Any help would be appreciated.

All of sudden I can no longer print PDF documents.  Keeps on saying "there were no pages selected". The printer that I am using is epson 15000 converted to sublimation. I recently installed the Hiipoo ICC profile. I am trying to select that profile when printing so the colors come more vivid and true. The document is made of several images that I created and downloaded from Canva. The doc was downloaded as “printing off quality”. I saw one solution was to clink on “print as image”, but if I do that the icc profile for Hiipoo ink won’t get applied correct?

Hi Adobe Support,We install Adobe Acrobat Reader (from the Microsoft Store via Intune) onto our company's computers in the NL (Dutch) language (that is the same language as the Windows 11 operating system).However, when you sign-in into Adobe Acrobat with a user name that is licensed for Adobe Acrobat "Pro", then Adobe Reader will change/transfer to the Acrobat Pro version.So far so good, but after some time, the NL/Dutch language of Adobe Acrobat Pro is no longer NL/Dutch and changed to English language.The NL/Dutch language is no longer selectable / available in the Prefences > Languages > Application Languages menu. Neither selecting "Same as aoperating system" does not revert Adobe Acrobat back to the original NL/Dutch language. It also seems that the entry where NL/Dutch should be selected, that is is emply (see the picture).Adobe Pro end-users are complaining about it.I think this is a software bug in the Adobe install/update processes that I want to inform you about.

Every time I open a file containing "Attachements", file which is convertable to Word/Excel or having any other features like it's an ISDOC form, I can't see the file itself, but only the panels showing those features I don't really need to work with. I have to manually close all of them every time, so I could see the document "hidden" and minimized behind them. Is there any possibility to set Acrobat by default to show only the file and not the useless panels?
