Acrobat Reader

Probably the silliest question....How do you clear a form in Acrobat DC. I spent an hour looking. I do not want to use a reset button.

Hi everyone, could someone help me solve these problems. I usually read digital books on Adobe, but as you can see in the screenshots, The text is blurred, the pages go blank, half the text disappears and the comments do not load. I have the updated version and I cleared the cache as recommended under my review on playstore. Please help me.   

When we send out a document to be signed, it adds all the recipients to the bottom.

ADOBE READER Version 2022.001.20142 (64-BIT), Windows 10 21H2 (OS Builld 19044.1806).I have had a few hangs and blank (black) screens recently, and thought it was an OS or Video Driver issue, but tonight, I had an "Out of memory" message, as well has programs not starting, so I  started the Task manager, and spotted a 92% memory usage of over 4GB for Adobe Reader DC.I closed the 4 files I had open in Adobe Reader, and things were better, BUT I still saw a very high memory useage. I used the Task manage to create a dump file of the process, and as I expected that was over 4GB as well!!Is there a way I can share this large file with Adobe Tech Support please?

When converting a word document to PDF Using the Acrobat Plugin, it messes up the fonts! The font that I am using in this example is ADLaM Display but it breaks with other fonts too. I am using the "Standard" conversion settings.  

How to exit full screen mode without touching the screen or having access to the toolbar at the bottom?

HiDoes anyone know the registry keys to Disable New Acrobat Reader and also the same to remove this windows when a user first users Adobe Reader?We are experiencing a lot of freezing with Adobe Reader or it closing down straight away after trying to open a document. It seems to coincide with this new 'Modern' look. You can click thisand then select Disable new Acrobat Reader but is there a registry hack for this so I don't have to ask every user to do this? 

Any suggestion as to how to have documents opened inAdobe Acrobat reader DC converted from a black background with green writing into a traditional white background with black writing?

I am using Adobe Reader version 2024.002.20991 64-bit. Reader seems to be triggering Windows Error Reporting (WER) on a very regular basis. Have tried reapiring the install, uninstalling and reinstalling, and also the Acrobat Cleaner Tool and reinstalling and the problem persits.  I use Nirsofts AppCrashView. This lists the reports in Windows Error Reporting. See screenshots below of the result from AppCrashView, and of the contents of the WER file. Any ideas? Tenho um tablet SAMSUNG S8 e estou tentando fazer uma assinatura certificada (aquele que tem dia e hora). Faço no meu notebook usando o Acrobat Reader mas não consigo no tablet.Alguém pode ajudar ?Obrigado

Using Adobe Reader DC, sometimes (not always) when I press TAB, it inserts a comment instead of moving to the next field. It is extremely annoying. Does anyone know how to disable this?

Hello, I am working as an Administrator in Teamcenter PLM environment. We are planning to use Digital Signature in our company.  In Adobe, "Use a certificate" command will be used for Digital signatures. However, we are planning to configure command Signature Appearance (company logo, Name, Date, Labels) for all users in the company. I had a subscription to the DC version of the reader but no longer need it.  My subscription has ended, but rather than simply seeing the free version of Adobe reader, pdf's open in DC...and prompts me regularly that my subscription has ended.  The main Adobe Acrobat web page says that this can be changed by going to preferences > general > set as default for pdf's but I do not see this option in the dropdown.  How do I change it so my pdf's open in the non-DC version?

 

This does nothing. Clicking the greyed out '-' does nothing.

I had no problem a week ago opening a document and clicking on print, it would open and I could print.  Now it is requiring it to download and save before I can print.  I am not sure what is happening or why.  I am using Google Chrome Windows 10.  I am no expert on the computer, so please be gentle with me.  Thank you. 

I'm trying to convert a JPG image with a white background into a PDF. When converted, the image comes out with a black background. How can I convert it so that it look the same as a PDF as it does as a JPG?

Hello.Today I've tried to unsubscribe.To my surprise I've found out that for me to do that, I'll have to pay an extra 130ish euros. I don't find this fair at all. Why is that?I've tried to find an email adress to get some more explanations, I've found none.The phone number listed is not valid.I forgot to mention that I am from Bucharest, Romania.Can anybody tell me if this is a usual practice for ADOBE?Thanks for your time. 

I've had a subscription to adobe suites for about 6 months, I've been using photoshop, indesign, and acrobat the whole time. I've been working on a project in acrobat, editing a pdf, and tonight I tried to edit the same pdf, and it's asking me to start a free trial. I've checked my adobe account, my plan is the same and paid and up to date, but i'm not being given access to acrobat pro. I've now had to get a free trial to acrobat pro, despite the fact that I'm already paying for the service, and now I'm being denied the service I've paid for.

Please see the photo.I used to use the measuring tool with the scale set to standard architectual ratios such as 0.24" = 1'However, now when I try to use it, it keeps showing the take offs in inches. I can of course use a calculator, but I would prefer if it worked correctly. Any suggestions on what I can do?

I've installed Acrobat Reader DC on Windows 10. It will not save my preferences. I've opened it as Administrator, chose and saved preferences but they won't save.
