Acrobat Reader is so hard to use on Android for some reason.I have a load of PDF documents that I can edit from my pc saved onto One Drive without a problem. But when I edit them in Adobe Reader on my Chromebook and it comes to save the edited file, rather than overwriting the original file, it saves a copy to a location I cannot find using Android's file browser. It seems to save a copy within Adobe itself - I can only see stuff within the app (this is without me saving to the cloud).I don't understand why I can't just open a document, edit it & save that document in the same location rather than have a copy saved only on the app. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

Dear community,since two days I discovered a problem with the Adobe Reader. The newest version does not save changes in PDF documents on Android. I tried it with all of my smartphones. On iOS it works perfectly. But it does generally not work on Android. Any changes I make in a pdf on Android are not in my document cloud oder dropbox when I close the app although I have clicked on the blue "Save" button after making changes.Does anyone have the same problem? Is this a bug? And if yes, when will Adobe fix it?Greetings from Germany,Daniel

Why is it that I'm unable to even get started to add a hyperlink in my pdf file in Acrobat Pro iOS? I've been following the support page instructions and links is not even an option anywhere once I opt to edit the pdf. Can someone please offer some assistance? 

I had fire tablet. First loggend in with already existing friends account of Amazon fire who had an adobe acrobat pdf account also. So whatever books I downloaded were through his account. Lately I unlogged his fire account & logged in through my new fire account. But it does not allow me to use my adobe account on that device. But shows he only the owner of the Adobe accountThe device does not also allow me to download adobe acrobat app through Google play store.So is it possible that I unsubscribe adobe app first & then try to install Adobe DPP again & use. But after unsubscribing will all the downloaded books will go. Is it possible to somehow to retain those books in my account.

Als ik in whatsapp word wil openen of een gedownload word bestand krijg ik dit venster; Ik wil gewoon adobe free, maar ik heb geen mogelijkheid om dat te selecteren....Enige mogelijkheid is (trial) abonnement afsluiten of op kruisje drukken, maar dan zie ik mijn word niet. Met andere woorden ik kan word niet meer gebruiken op mijn telefoon.... Hoe selecteer ik free version adobe of zorg ik dat adobe niet het voorkeurs programma wordt om word mee te openen? (Op google word ik niks wijzer) Bedankt voor de hulp

How is it my neighbor can read my PDFs unlawfully at the same time I am at a different location. How can he hack into my phone without permission and do this . It doesn't matter if I restart my android phone, use a private VPN or not.reddderk@gmail.com 

How does Acrobat Reader manage to have full access to the photo library on an iPhone 12 without any permissions to do so AND have the Settings app report that Acrobat has no access?That is some clever yet nefarious-looking programming.

I've just subscribed to Acrobat pro in order to send pdf files with video but on opening Acrobat I cannot see the video tool described in the Tutorial (see screenshot of my pdf file opened with Acrobat). I seem to have a much smaller set of tools than shown in the tutorial video.  I am using an iPad (9th generation) operating iPadOS version 17.4.1. I am non technical but would appreciate any help.  Thanks 

Hello and appreciate your guidance.I have multiple Adobe folders across my iDevices in particular on both my iPad and iPad under 'Save files to this device'. Of course the contents are not the same ! I also have a free Adobe cloud storage under my name which populates when I open something in Adobe or am using free versions of Scan or the Sign function of old. ideally I'd like one Adobe Web Storage - and to sync these Afobe folders on my iPad and iPhone into the existing free Adobe Cloud Storage I already have. How can I easily do this ??Thank you, David

I signed up for the one week free trial but cancelled my trial the next day but was still charged for the whole year subscription. I contacted apple support and they denied my request of refund and asked me to contact the app developer directly. I do not want a whole year subscription as i do not even use it. Just wanted to try it out. Please help!!!
