Receiving pdf files on whats app , diffrent files but when I open it . It is all the same contents I asked the sender he said it is all diffrent content on his mobile but when I recive it it is all the same contents

Until yesterday I was still able to use the new version of Acrobat Reader on my iPad. Now i am unable to use it anymore. In the settings there was an option to switch between the new and old version. There is no option any longer. I have to use the old version. Why do change the new version back into the old one? I don´t get it.

How do I convert handwritten text in a pdf scan to be able to edit on google docs?

Hello Could you please explain me how to set a bookmark while I am reading a page?I am using iPhone and see the section ‘bookmarks ‘ but it’s not clear to me how to set it. My goal is to mark the page where I left reading before. Also please explain if I could open the same book using Adobe Reader in iBook app of my iPhone. I like Acrobat layout more than iBook. Are iBook and Actobat somehow related?Thanks

Hello there. I purchased a subscription but am not able to use the service at all. Keep receiving an error when attempting to even simply view a pdf. I have recently been charged a second time for this and would prefer to cancel the subscription and be refunded if it cannot be fixed.  Please advise.   

Having replaced my phone as the old one is broken, I now have the majority of pdf's missing! Any help would be appreciated thank you.

Hello, Since yesterday my Acrobat Reader won't open anymore on my Samsung Galaxy S21+.I have latest Android version 14 and the latest version of the Acrobat Reader installed.When i try to open it, i just stays on the screen with the logo and after a while i get the message"Adobe Acrobat is not reacting" with the option to close the app or wait. I already did force stop, tried emptying the cache, erasing the data, etc...I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling Acrobat Reader again, but nothing is helping.Also tried restarting my phone but the problem just persists.  best regards,Chris.

My name is Diana Vinsick I was given a I'd number: diana6444138. Once I signed up I started going through your site and tried to transfer a file over till I found I had to pay for it. Which I will not!!! I went in to try and cancel my membership and delete my account, which I found was highly impossibly to do.   Please delete all my information, close my account, and delete from your end. Once that is done I will delete it from my phone. I do not have a computer in which to do this with.  I have found most companies like yours demand that the final steps must be done by a computer! Is anyone else having issues opening PDF documents from Adobe Cloud in the iPad version of the app (I have no issues with the iPhone version)?

So I'm an idiot and don't remember the password to open my file is there a way to reset it or do I have to go back and re-download it thank you

I have taken a chapter from my textbook and scanned it into my computer in PDF format from a flatbed photo scanner.  The document is in PDF format, not JPEG.  When I open the document in Acrobat Reader Pro on my iPad Pro I am not able to highlight with my Apple Pencil.  Trying to highlight with my finger does not work either.  I can tap on the pencil icon and draw lines.  I can tap on the comment icon and leave comments, but highlighting does not work at all.  Has anyone had a similar experience and have any ideas as to how this can be corrected?  Thank you. 

I can't get into my W2 file without a password. The password I use for every is not working 

3/15/2024:  Over the past 5-6 weeks or so on Acrobat reader for iPad, the interface changed (update?) the std markup features changed several times...? Typically I grab a .pdf file and use the std text, highlight, and underline (different colors) but that capability disappeared. Then 2 weeks ago the interface reverted back randomly (no updates done on my part) and things were good again...Now, the new interface reappeared & no underline...?   Anyone doing similar markup and noticed these changes?   I really line the underline text feature & I use blue for showing build intensity on my music charts & red underline to show out that section...   Please advise 🙂   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

While editing a PDF,  Adobe reverts the file eliminating all updates. 3 hours of work just disappeared. I'm paying $70 a year for this?

I use this program to create contracts for customers. I just prepared one and saved it. When I went to open it back up, there was no name on the file and I received the message, "unable to open document " . I have never seen this before so I tried again and the same this happened. Any thoughts on how I can fix this? My team and I depend on this app to prepare all documents for our clients.

Adobe help sucks the big one

Reader mode, end-of-page jumps way back, if I backspace to read something. This is obviously very annoying to everyone trying to use Reader Mode. It is a deal breaker for me subscribing. Fix this and I will pay for a subscription.

I have cancelled my plan from Google play store but app is still showing me as a premium userAnd i was charged 340 rupees during free trial i have cancelled the subscription whithin free trial time so how will I get refund 

I subscribed to the program by mistake. I want a refund. I cannot afford the cost
