Acrobat Reader Mobile

Sometimes when i try to open a pdf on my iPhone, I get this message instead "For the best experience, open this PDF portfolio in Acrobat X or Adobe Reader X, or later." and a button that says "Get Adobe Reader now!" The button opens iTunes, where I can click open to the app. But I can never open the pdf. why is this? Please help it is really frustrating.

When I am highlighting or underlining text in a pdf that is stored on cloud and the network goes off and I keep working, it isn't updating the file when I go online again.

I am trying to match the font of text in an existing PDF but can't seem to find a way to do that the IOS app.  I can't find a way to change the font.  Is the ability to match fonts missing?  

I have installed Acrobat Reader on my iPhone today. Currently 7 days free trial period is running. But I have subscribed for annual subscription. I have also created a login for the application as well. When I tried to open the Acrobat Reader on my laptop it was not working.My exact question is how would this application work on more than one devices like if I want to use it for mobile as well as my laptop, will it work with one subscription? Eager to know the answer for I have to do a lot of work.

I have tried 7 days free trial and than I cancelled the plan but it still does exist and affected my payment. I cancelled I can't afford this subscription please help me quickly with this problem

I subscribed on 20/06/2023. I had a document that needed adjustment I then paid for subscribtion but then the app won't edit anything for me I was unable to edit the document so I cancelled the subscription same day but my money was not refunded. I need my money back 

Is there a way to fax a PDF I tried emailing it didn't take. It says for me to fax

Ever since last year, new versions of adobe reader lost the ability to sync the last read page between devices.For example, if I open a PDF from adobe cloud on a new device and i read till page page 45, then i close the file, close the app, and remove Adobe Reader from my device. After that I reinstall the app, sign in, and open the above mentioned file. The page is 1 instead of 45.I have tried all the versions and figured out that the last working version is 22.9.1.24121 android.

I don't know my password for my PDF can you help me

How does Acrobat Reader manage to have full access to the photo library on an iPhone 12 without any permissions to do so AND have the Settings app report that Acrobat has no access?That is some clever yet nefarious-looking programming. By the way, claiming that Acrobat does not have access is an outright lie,I'm posting this because Acrobat does have access to my photo library even when access is switched off.

Hi, Push notifications are not working anymore on my Adobe Account Access app. All the permissions are granted but I don't receive notifications anymore. I have removed and installed the app again but it didn't change anything. Does anyone know what to do?Thank you.

I have an Acrobat Premium subscription . But suddenly since the last few hours files are not getting saved after editing. What is wrong?

Files in my adobe cloud are getting deleted deleted on their own. After saving a file in certain folder, not able to find that again on cloud. But on using search tool, it is showing file on adobe cloue but not in folder. Plz help as my very important documents are being lost.

I contacted the Samsung store to refund and cancel my subscription and they said I had to reach out to Adobe support to receive a refund. I am a low income individual and $92 CAD is enough to leave me without any food for the rest of the month. I am DESPERATE. I did NOT recieve any email warning me my free trial was ending as I was promised on my end, and I only activated the free trial out of desperation because I needed to sign an important contract for my work and my computer was being repaired. I will NEVER have further use for a whopping year long subscription. I already used up my 48 hour time gap trying to contact Samsung for a refund only to be told to reach out to Adobe. I have autism and ADHD, so I only activated the subscription willingly with the knowledge I would be reminded, this is deceitful. 

Hi, I was charged on 10th June an Adobe Pro plan for 24,39 euro, however I do not remember having subscribed to Adobe Pro and in any case I have never used the pro plan. I checked into my account and it says that if I cancel now I will be charged 121,94 euro for cancelling. Can you please look at the issue and solve it internally as I have never used the program and I do not intend to use it. I did not receive any reminder at the end of the free trial. Thanks

I started the free trial of adobe on 14june 2023 and paid one month subscription fee in advance and then cancelled it on the same day ..it charged me ₹ 340 .I am not getting my money back...even when i'm eligible for it ...i cancelled subscription from Google playstore, Adobe app is still showing Premium, and whenever I try to cancel from the app it redirects me to Google playstore which is already showing cancelled. Seems like some issue is with the app itself.

Ich hatte jüngst meine Adobe App deinstalliert und nun neu installiert. Auf meinem iPad kann ich sehen, dass ein Abo vorhanden ist. Aber die App auf meinem iPad stellt keine Verbindung mit dem Abonement her.

We are trying to create a fillable form that can be completed from mobile phones via the acrobat reader app while our employees are in the field. The functionality works fine from the desktop acrobat program however when opening the from in the mobile app from a phone none of the fields can be completed.

Can one or more persons esign a document from this app? (Signature blocks are installed)
