How do I go about gaining a US ID in Adobe On my GID access statement? 

How does Acrobat Reader manage to have full access to the photo library on an iPhone 12 without any permissions to do so AND have the Settings app report that Acrobat has no access?That is some clever yet nefarious-looking programming. By the way, claiming that Acrobat does not have access is an outright lie,I'm posting this because Acrobat does have access to my photo library even when access is switched off.

Hi, Push notifications are not working anymore on my Adobe Account Access app. All the permissions are granted but I don't receive notifications anymore. I have removed and installed the app again but it didn't change anything. Does anyone know what to do?Thank you.

I have an Acrobat Premium subscription . But suddenly since the last few hours files are not getting saved after editing. What is wrong?

Files in my adobe cloud are getting deleted deleted on their own. After saving a file in certain folder, not able to find that again on cloud. But on using search tool, it is showing file on adobe cloue but not in folder. Plz help as my very important documents are being lost.

I contacted the Samsung store to refund and cancel my subscription and they said I had to reach out to Adobe support to receive a refund. I am a low income individual and $92 CAD is enough to leave me without any food for the rest of the month. I am DESPERATE. I did NOT recieve any email warning me my free trial was ending as I was promised on my end, and I only activated the free trial out of desperation because I needed to sign an important contract for my work and my computer was being repaired. I will NEVER have further use for a whopping year long subscription. I already used up my 48 hour time gap trying to contact Samsung for a refund only to be told to reach out to Adobe. I have autism and ADHD, so I only activated the subscription willingly with the knowledge I would be reminded, this is deceitful. 

Hi, I was charged on 10th June an Adobe Pro plan for 24,39 euro, however I do not remember having subscribed to Adobe Pro and in any case I have never used the pro plan. I checked into my account and it says that if I cancel now I will be charged 121,94 euro for cancelling. Can you please look at the issue and solve it internally as I have never used the program and I do not intend to use it. I did not receive any reminder at the end of the free trial. Thanks

I started the free trial of adobe on 14june 2023 and paid one month subscription fee in advance and then cancelled it on the same day ..it charged me ₹ 340 .I am not getting my money back...even when i'm eligible for it ...i cancelled subscription from Google playstore, Adobe app is still showing Premium, and whenever I try to cancel from the app it redirects me to Google playstore which is already showing cancelled. Seems like some issue is with the app itself.

We are trying to create a fillable form that can be completed from mobile phones via the acrobat reader app while our employees are in the field. The functionality works fine from the desktop acrobat program however when opening the from in the mobile app from a phone none of the fields can be completed.

Can one or more persons esign a document from this app? (Signature blocks are installed)

When i request for it to read out loud it only reads the headings and skips like all of it

Hi,Does anyone know.. if I cannot continue to pay for Adobe Acrobat Reader Pro, will all my files be deleted? Or will I only lose access to the extra features? I am reading that I might lose access to my account if I cancel my subscription. This would not seem right since I previously had free access to it and made most of my files before I even paid for the extra features.  Thanks for your response!

I purchased the $69.99 yearly subscription to Adobe Acrobat Reader: Edit PDF app for my iPad. I use this for work and save a file from a website and need to be able to edit it, save as, and also sign with my Apple Pencil as needed. When I download it and import to adobe it makes it a read only copy and it won't let me sign it. When I download it and "save to files" on my iPad and then go to edit it, it has the original document and anything I've typed on my iPad as a photo almost and when I edit more it types over the words already there. I also cannot edit the same file on my iPad and then open it on my MacBook or else it types over words already there again. Please help.

I'm truly struggling making my pdf fillable.  I created a beautiful pdf planner with hyperlinks for easy navigation and I would love to sell it.  I need to make the sections fillable for my customers to be able to use the planner.  I figured out how to add form boxes in pdf escape but it covers up the pretty design I worked so hard on.  There has to be a way to make a fillable text box without creating a big white box over top of the design.  Like an invisible box but you can see whatever you type into it
