Acrobat Reader Mobile

I paid for the premium subscription and I can't access the features, it keeps showing that my subscription is either canceled or expired.

I subscribed to the service back in October. I purchased a full year subscription and it says that I purchased the subscription but it won't let me use the service. Please either fix this issue or refund please. This is beyond frustrating

Was using comment toolbar to take notes. And usually my notes save automatically, but this time from a lot of notes taken from drawing I lost all of it. How do I go through history to retrieve the notes?

Hoje após compartilhar por e-mail o arquivo em PDF de estudos, todas as minhas anotações e marcações desapareceram. Como solucionar isso? Não é a primeira vez que acontece. 

I use an LG L56VL with Android 6.0.1. I previously installed Adobe Reader for Android with the hope of moving it to the external SD card and run it from there, but 1 in 7 (seems like) phone bootups I'll have my device complaining about low storage available and when I go into Settings > Apps > Adobe Reader I find it has moved around 200MB (or so) of itself back into internal storage. Usually I can move it back to the SD card no problem but it doesn't stay! Or it complains about not enough room if I have under 400MB free. I uninstalled it after it pulled this trick again. I would love to install it directly to the SD card and have it stay there. 

Hi team,I'm not able to share the pdf files in my iPhone while attaching or uploading the files. Can you please help to find out the issue and get resolved. Also , files are available on my iPhone storage but nothing visible when am trying share  or upload the files via email or websites. If I try to share the files directly from the application then also the issue is same .  

Did anyone else do a 7 day trial and got charged for monthly subscription to do so?

Saludo cordial. 👋 para informar que acrobat nk me abre. Se cierra a los 3 segundos de abierta y dice que presenta un error. Esta aplicación actualizo el 30 de marzo de 2023 la última vez y eb estos momentos NO está funcionando.  Agradezco el soporte para restablecer la funcionalidad, pues es una herramienta útil y poderosa en mi teléfono. Mauricio Hernández.

Hi. I purchased the free trial to try and use it. Although I cancelled it they still charged me. Can you please refund me. 

 I have tried numerous times to sign in but the response is Access Denied. I have attached a screenshot of the response page. Please help! 

Adobe Acrobat reader 23.3.0.26648 Dev.:  Samsung SM-G981U Android 13    Baseband:  G981USQS3HWB6 It appears that Acrobat reader for Android, is designed not to provide any backup of additions or edits related to Comments & Highlights! Therefor, these functions are not usable.   I would suggest that Adobe add some kind of backup/restore feature for these functions. 

My iPhone recently updated to the most recent version of reader  22.03.00 (20220315.164653). Since then, I have been unable to save documents to the cloud from my iPhone, which I was able to do previously. I recently also updated iOS to 15.4 (19E241) and I'm using an iPhone 12 Pro Max. I tried signing out and back into acrobat reader, but that didn't solve the issue. Error says: Unable to save document to cloud. Scoot has been saved to your device. Thanks

Estoy pagando una suscripción "gratuita", no se dónde ni como reclamar esto..sin acudir a servicios legales privados.Alguna sugerencia?  gracias. 

During registering I opted for annual payment, I want to change to monthly payments. And there is no feature/tool supporting this change, help me please

I am unable to edit PDF in Acrobat. It says I need a subscription, but I already have a subscription. I'm logged in and using the Adobe Acrobat App on phone and computer it will not work.
