Acrobat Reader Mobile

Hi, I have tried to cancel the subscription in 2020 but the money is still getting deducted. When I check in mobile app, it doesn't show that there's subscription active.  This is very misleading. I'd like to know if the charges for 2022 atleast can be reversed. Thanks! 

I've been using premium on the ipad for months know. My subscription is good until October 22. And today whenI opened the app it wouldn't let me get to my adobe cloud files and says I was up as a "free user" - although it does list me as having the premium subscription. I've put a screenshot below. Help. I need to get to my files.

 I have just noticed that you are taking money out of my account for the last few months I have never subscribed to your service and I want you to stop this subscription and would like a full refund.

I use my tablet for work related instruction manuals. Everytime a file has been opened with my Amazon Fire tablet over the years, the Acrobat Reader says "Adobe Acrobat will create a local copy of this document." How can I locate & copy these local files? If I open the application on my tablet, it says the local location is:"/data/user/0/com.adobe.reader/files/Downloads"...but this location doesn't seem to exist. I've seen alot of similar questions from frustrated people, but I haven't seen a good answer. Is there one?

We just purchased a new iPad to use when traveling in lieu of taking laptop. We have applications to send to customers that are mostly pre-filled but will need customer to fill in some fields and sign. I'm having trouble figuring out a flow with the various Adobe mobile apps and when I try to use Adobe Sign it says Unable to Send File. Adobe Customer Service rep (Prince) says they do not support the mobile apps and directed me to the community forum so I'm hoping someone here can offer some suggestions.I have the Adobe for Teams account with all the appls included.Thanks!

 Adobe reader PDF kullanıyorum.  Pdf yi düzenlemek için kalem seçiyorum ve soru çözümleri yapıyorum.  Kalem seçiliyken sayfayı aşağı yukarı kaydıramıyorum. Uzaklaştırıp yakınlaştıramıyorum. Kalemi seçmekten vazgeçmem lazım ki bunları yapayım. Lütfen yardımcı olur musunuz. Bazı uygulamalarda hem kalem seçiyoruz hem de sayfayı iki parmağımızla sürükleyebiliyoruz yakınlaştırabiliyoruz.  Ben Adobe yi çok beğeniyorum bu özelliğin bu uygulamada da olmasını diliyorum. Did a free trial last week, can't find where to cancel. Signed in online and in the app. The games are ridiculous. Where is the link?

I logged into my google account and I can access all the original folders in drive, but when I go to open a file from drive that I haven't downloaded on the iPad it just brings up a blank page.

I have fields set up on a PDF to scroll when there are multi-lines, this works on mac/pc but the scroll bar does not show up on the iPad when in acrobat reader - is this a known limitation of the app?

I have a PDF with form fields that I am opening to fill out on my iPad. I have a keyboard attached to the iPad that has a tab key. It doesnt seem that the tab key works with the Acrobat PDF -- does not cycle throught fields. Is this a known limitation of the app on iPad?

Hello, i would like to know if it is possible to see the attachments contained in a pdf file via the mobile application.  If no, is it possible to update the application so that i could see them?

Lost Text Copy capability. Generally, lost Text Select capability. The “PDF reader - simple viewer” app, however, continues to support Text Select.

Hello, I see that password protected items aren't able to be printed unless the viewe has the additional password to print. However, as the sender I want to be able to send a document with password protection and allow the viewer to print from my protection settings.  I've tried to change the settings to allow the viewer to print but it keeps asking the viewer for a password  although I selected that the viewer can print.  Can something be done on my part so viewers can view with a password and print without a separate password?

Has Adobe consider making it possible to open Dynamic Forms made in Experience Manager-Forms in Acrobat Reader Mobile Versions?it will be a game changer if something like that is added, because it will make flowed forms more versatile and I'm sure more companies will opt in on using Dynamic forms.Right now you can only open these type of forms using either a Mac or a PC (Desktop or Laptop), but it would be great if I can take an iPad and walk away from my desk and pull up a dynamic form from a database and input data into it without having to come back to my desk and do it on a PC.

I just signed up for the Adobe Acrobat DC Pro application, and have installed the related mobile application on my Android device. Both the sales page and the salesperson I spoke with told me I could edit PDFs on my Android device. However, now that I have it installed, I only see Create PDF and Export PDF functions...no edit. How do I edit the text for PDFs I create on my android device?

I have a subscription for Acrobat Pro DC. So far, I have got PCs with Microsoft system, but have now bought an Acer Chromebook. Can I still use my Acrobat Pro DC?

I am trying to combine and organize regular PDFs for a time sensitive application. They are not encrypted or secured. On my iphone, the app keeps crashing and closing and finally after reopening about 5 times, I get the error "could not organize." Then in the web version on my desktop it spins and then the same error.  I have successfully completed this task on my Iphone and I need this product to work, when I need to use it. I have an active premium paid subscription. Please advise on what to do so I can accomplish my task.
