I'm unable to delete a file which shows up in the Recents Tab on the welcome page in the iPad Acrobat app. When I click the 3 dots by the document name and select Delete file it says "Unable to delete" on a red tab at the bottom of the screen. This document strangely shows up only in recents and doesn't show up in and folder including "On My iPad". Appreciate any help with deleting this document.

Can't cancel trial subscription! I did exactly what the homepage, however the interface looks different, i went to settings > subscription, but it doesnt have the manage subscription part, and no matter where i click there are no such thing as manage or cancel subscription, please assist.

Hola, tengo el Drive de Movistar Cloud configurado en móvil así como el de Google, y el de Micrososft, y desde la app de acrobat render no puedo ver el de Movistar.El resto si que los puedo ver y acceder para guardar, abrir, etc. Es posible habilitar el de movistar para poder acceder desde la app de acrobat reales? Que tengo que hacer?

How do I turn on dark mode in Acrobat for Samsung? I use a dark mode as the phone theme, being visually impaired, but pdf documents and letters are opening in default white in Acrobat. The home and  settings screens appears in dark mode, responding to the phone theme, but opening documents reverts to white. I use darm themes in Adobe Reader DC for the PC.

i cant zoom in some file when the file is in reading mode. How can i fix or may i compress the file

I have a pdf which I can open in pro DC desktop fine and fill in the fields and sign. When I open in adobe on my phone it states the pdf is read only. Help please, what's wrong?

I am unable to see the updated syncd files in the document cloud on my samsung tablet.  When I save a file there, or rename it, or delete it....it updated on my Adobe on my desktop but does not update on the tablet.  This is very stressful as I am using this to write contracts that I am now unable to send to the client in real time, I have to go back home, rename and send from my laptop.  I have tried uninstalling multiple times.  To be clear, when I save these files on my tablet, they do go into the cloud.......they just don't appear in the cloud on the tablet, but do on the desktop/laptop cloud.PLEASE HELP!!
