Hola, necesito hacer una cancelación y que me reembolsen el dinero perdido, ya que fue una compra por error ya que la semana gratuita de prueba se utilizo y luego se cancelo pero luego igual se cobro cuando tuve el dinero y lo necesito de vuelta
Cómo puedo hacer una cancelación y que me reembolsen?
I am using Acrobat Premium on Android 16. My device is samsung galaxy s24 ultra. The latest version 24.8.1 released on 11/12/2025 is installed in my phone. The flatten pdf feature is missing, means your edit is noticeable or editable by other users. Kindly fix the issue.
On my old ipad mini i can hide the locations panel when viewing filed by swiping left but on my new ipad mini A17 it will not hide
사용 안한지 2달정도 되서 구독 취소 하려고 하니까 월간 결제 였는데도 조기 취소료가 234300원이 되었고 그나마 있던 돈도 구독료로 나갔습니다. 지금 제가 사용하려는 금전이 여기로 다 나가서 돈이 없습니다. 최 근래에 퇴사도 했고 이직 준비를 하기 위해서 사용한 금액까지 썼기에 저는 수익이 일정하지 않으며 현 통장의 금액은 거의 1만원대를 넘기지 못하고 있습니다.부탁드립니다. 이번에 결제된 금액만큼이라도 환불을 요청드립니다. 생활비입니다.

The order number for my concern is: AE03778700164CGBI have to ask through here due to the assistant being unavailable at this time.Had been charged and refunded £9.98 on the first of November where I asked for it to be cancelled too, however I have seen I have been charged again on the 1st of December too. Im not even sure what payment plan/member ship im paying for with this - my billings/manage account settings show nothing.I would like to be refunded the £9.98 for this month and for all payment plans/memberships with this account/card to be terminated/stopped from this day.

I have a paid Adobe Premium account. I attempted to verify when it will renew by selecting manage subscriptions in Adobe app. This opened my settings app. where no Adobe subscription was listed. I can't figure out where to find this information.
When i type on a PDF the cursor moves but no text appears, the colour of the text is black and i am typing in a white box. The colour has not been set to white and nothing is appearing you can see the colour is black and the cursor is moving but nothing is showing.
I was only going to use the trial version, but I forgot to cancel it by mistake. I only used it on the day of November 24th when I subscribed and haven't used it since, so please refund it.

Muy buenas tardes equipo Adobe, espero que se encuentren bien. Me comunico por esta vía para solicitar la cancelación inmediata de mis suscripciones a Adobe Acrobat Pro, la cual se renovó automáticamente el día de hoy, lunes 08 de diciembre de 2025, y de Asistente de IA para Acrobat. La razón principal es que no utilizo la aplicación con frecuencia, por lo que el costo representa un gasto innecesario. Además, debo manifestar que, la app y página web de Adobe no resultan amigables en cuanto a la gestión de suscripciones, ya que al pulsar la opción para cancelar sale un mensaje de error y no permite cancelar la suscricpción. Por lo anterior, les solicito: La cancelación efectiva de mi suscripción a partir de la hoy.El reintegro del pago realizado el día de hoy, dado que no he hecho uso de la aplicación. I'm paying for the yearly Acrobat Reader Premium subscription, yet the mobile app declares me as a free user. Switching accounts hasn't helped neither. When I click "restore purchases" it tells me that my subscription was cancelled or has expired. And then when I click "Subscribe now" for Premium, it keeps on telling me "Purchase successful. Waiting for feature activation" (without asking for any confirmation), but always end in an error. "Manage subscriptions" takes me to my ACTIVE subscription, but the app still won't allow me to use any premium tools. This has been bugging me for months and I couldn't find any support phone number or mail address anywhere! Might as well stop using it for good at this point.
Hi everyone, I accidentally deleted my files from Adobe Acrobat on my phone. I clicked on “Delete All Files on This Device” thinking it would only remove them from the app, but it actually deleted almost all the documents stored locally on my phone. The app said “permanently deleted,” so I’m worried they might be gone for good. I’m not sure if there’s any way to recover them. Hello Sir/MadamOn 7th December I accidentally deleted my important files permanently and they not available neither on local store nor on Adobe cloud storage so please help me to restore those files as it is only 1 day for the files getting deleted
