Acrobat Reader Mobile

My smartphone TCL Acatel device was stolen. When while. I was logged into Adobe Acrobat Reader application app on my paticular smartphone device. How would? I shut down Adobe Acrobat Reader appilication app, to prevent thief from accessing private personal documents or my files.

I installed the adobe acrobat reader from app store but can’t sign in. It says access denied and I no longer have the access to this service. Already checked my ID by calling customer service and it’s totally ok.

Ever since the update this morning I am no longer able to advance to the next text field using tab. I have checked other apps to make sure it wasnt my keyboard, it is only in adobe. Im using an ipad with the apple keyboard. Never had a problem until today. 

I would like to use the app professionally to send my created PDF files to others. Do the others also have to take out a monthly subscription to view it or is it enough if they only have the app on their mobile phone?

Hello, I am trying to subscribe to the Adobe Premium features, and the screen just keeps popping up saying to allow an app purchases before I can continue. I've gone through my phone settings multiple times and In app purchases is allowed. Yet the screen continues to pop up and I can not proceed. Any Help would be appreciated. Thank you

I also definitely canceled the free trial subscription after downloading the app and using it for a day a few days ago. However, when I looked at my account today, I saw that the premium subscription was paid. I don't use this app, and I don't need an annual subscription... Please give me a refund. Well on my Safari internet Calwin page I am unable to acces my e notification pdf communications letters not downloads and viewable to me

Hi, is it possible to have the mobile version of acrobat reader display the document title rather than the file name? Say my file name is file.pdf but the title of the file on the metadata is "form." Can it display on the top "form" rather than file.pdf? I know it is possible to do this on the desktop version by going to the file settings.

I need a template scaled up to poster size....it doesn't seem to give my any size options at all....just 1 8... 11 print...any thoughts

My subscription is payed every month thru apple pay but i can only use adobe on my phone and not on my macbook.If i download adobe on my macbook and log in it says i dont have a subscription but i do when i press on my account it says premium but i dont get the premium features

Acrobat Reader for Windows supports Azure Information Protection through Plugin, but I would like to know if there are plans to support Acobat Reader Mobile.If there is a plan, I would like to know the roadmap, whether it is a few months or a year away. Microsoft is also planning to retire Azure Information Protection Viewer, so I am very hopeful that Acrobat Reader Mobile will support it.

Hello, i just changed my phone, so i lost my subscription, which is still active until December 2022 in my settings, but not on my account anymore. What can i do to recover my subscription ? Please help.

There is some funky email address on my account page and all of my files are now "read only," which I did not do, and were "password protected" which I also did not do, before I reinstalled the app on iOS.

The Adobe PDF app can easily be the very best on Android. But the biggest problem is that the PDF keeps opening on the WRONG page and doesn't open on the RIGHT PAGE where I left off. I use this PDF viewer to read my novels and many of which go up to 2000 pages so it's highly inconvenient when I open the pdf to resume reading but it opens up to an entirely different page. This happens every time. Please please please fix this issue.

My Adobe premium won't recognize my purchase through the Apple App Store. It worked when I originally purchased an entire year in November of 2021. When I check my subscriptions within the App Store, it says subscription is good until Nov. 2022. Within the app I've tried to restore purchase and I get an error. I've tried uninstalling all my Adobe apps and reinstalling them but that did nothing. I also tried logging in through my Apple account on my PC's Adobe and still nothing.

my product is literally PDF files - fashion designs. my customers can not access links to my media platforms at all when using mobiles and tablets.the links seem to work on laptops when i create the PDFs. I use Word to write the original file, then export to PDF. i read some of the threads from last year but still haven't found a solution other than BUYING the pro version. is that necessary? has this bug been turned into a profit for the company only, or is there a step by step way to make the links work?thx

Hello. I have created a document with fillable fields using Acrobat DC, and have applied a permissions password to this document.  It seems that since applying a password,  the document fields no longer function in iOS.  My guess is that the document was flattened when opened in the mobile applicaiton. I have conducted a test with the same document, unlocked, and the fields remain active. Also, is there a way to turn off the purple highlight covering the fillable fields in iOS ?  The colour overwhelms the design of the document and it would be nice if it was offered as an optional feature. Thank you.
