Hello Folks Can you please let me know how I can disbale the Cloud upload option from Adobe Acrobat DC? We don't want out users to sign in and upload coroprate data on Adobe Cloud. Thanks a lot

Hey forum folk. so who else is having never ending issues with their premium subscription on iPhone or iPad? great because so am I. I paid for one year- $119.99 not bloody cheap and still to this day everytime I open the app I'm only listed as a free user; regardless of the fact that I have an active subription for another 8 months roughly. I follow the pathway to manage my subscriptions and it shows as active and yet. NO PREMIUM FEATURES. i literaly have to uninstall and then reinstall the app at least 2-4 times in a row before some type of glitch kicks in and it finally recognises my current subription (it doesn't always work however). Then and only then can I use this stupid app for its purpose. Once I close the app however and re-open the nightmare starts all over again......  someone please help me here before I going absolutely mental and plan a hijacking is Adobe headquarters. NOT EVEN JOKING!

Hi Team, I had purchased the pro version by paying ₹2600/-. I am able to login via Mobile and getting all pro feature, but after logging via Laptop I am asked to pay for using the pro feature. Could you kindly look and advise.

I have accidentally unshared a file on my pad that I still need to collect comments. How do I share it again? The pop-up window says I can always share it agin later but I never found the way to do it.

My smartphone TCL Acatel device was stolen. When while. I was logged into Adobe Acrobat Reader application app on my paticular smartphone device. How would? I shut down Adobe Acrobat Reader appilication app, to prevent thief from accessing private personal documents or my files.

I installed the adobe acrobat reader from app store but can’t sign in. It says access denied and I no longer have the access to this service. Already checked my ID by calling customer service and it’s totally ok.

Ever since the update this morning I am no longer able to advance to the next text field using tab. I have checked other apps to make sure it wasnt my keyboard, it is only in adobe. Im using an ipad with the apple keyboard. Never had a problem until today. 

I would like to use the app professionally to send my created PDF files to others. Do the others also have to take out a monthly subscription to view it or is it enough if they only have the app on their mobile phone?

Hello, I am trying to subscribe to the Adobe Premium features, and the screen just keeps popping up saying to allow an app purchases before I can continue. I've gone through my phone settings multiple times and In app purchases is allowed. Yet the screen continues to pop up and I can not proceed. Any Help would be appreciated. Thank you

I also definitely canceled the free trial subscription after downloading the app and using it for a day a few days ago. However, when I looked at my account today, I saw that the premium subscription was paid. I don't use this app, and I don't need an annual subscription... Please give me a refund.
