Acrobat Reader Mobile

I use Arobat reader app on my android tablet. 3 times in the last year or so it has lost files. They disappear without a trace. It happened again today. How can this happen? What can i do to prevent it from happening again? And can i recover them?

Theres coming just a cloud/pop up window and says check your connection or shorter the file name. Well its 21 century, l do have a connection

 Hello, I'm subscribed for a year and every time I try to use my subscription it says that I'm subscribed but I can't use the features because it asks me to subscribe again. I tried everything, turning off my phone, updating the app, deleting the app, signing in and out. I'm really frustrated as I use the app for work. I restoring my purchases and I get an error message every time. 

I have adobe reader installed on my iPAD. As the app was crashing i deleted it and reinstalled it. However, after reinstalling it, I see that I have lost all. my articles and books which were there on adobe. How can i get them back ? Please help 

I am not able to open adobe acrobat after I upgraded my iPad to ios15.0.2 it says ur app is not updated to work with ios latest version how can I get my files back 

I am working with some PDF v1.4 files on an up to date Android phone. I can open them in all other readers, but the Adobe Reader app v21.9.0 on my phone will not open them and states they may be corrupted. Is pdf v1.4 still supported by this Reader? Is there any documentation on old version support across the apps on Android/IOS/windows? What else could the problem be?  Thanks 

Galaxy smartphone users have been facing an issue where they are unable to send files from Adobe Acrobat Reader Mobile via WhatsApp in the Dual Messenger mode. Moreover, users are unable to open files received via WhatsApp. This problem is present on WhatsApp version 2.21.10.16 (or later).   Error: “you cannot access this file check the internet connection or reduce the name of the file.” Note: Samsung has announced via its forum that it will fix this issue with a software update in the future.   Samsung recommends sending files by opening the Gallery or My Files app, selecting the files, and sharing them via WhatsApp’s second instance. Hi,In earlier versions of the Adobe Reader-app on my Ipad Pro, the bookmarks-icon was placed on the bottom toolbar, so that when I pressed it the bookmarks "popped" up on the screen for easy access.Now, having updated to the newest version (18.10.00), the bookmarks are "hidden" inside the "..."-icon in the top right corner, and even hidden in a way that forces you to go through several "clicks" every time. This makes accessing the bookmarks harder and less effective, causing me to consider not using Acrobat Reader. Is this a change caused by updating versions, or is there any way I can change the settings or the way I "make" the PDF-documents so that the bookmarks again are easily available?

Hello, I need to fill and sign some pdf documents. On Computer (windows) it works just fine, but when i try it on my ipad with the very same document, it says “this tool is not available because the document is password protected”. What can I do? Thank you for your help.

Hi Suport team, I got ipad mini 6 as a new device which I would like to use it to rea the pdf files I ever read and bookmarked through an adroid device.My PDF files are on document cloud and I tried to open these files thorught document clould on Ipad mini 6.However after the document was opened, I can't find any bookmark icon or menu which allow me access to bookmark list and it also do not have any bookmar icon to let me add a bookmark. Is it a bug on new vsion of IOS ?If it does not, please let me know how to get and add a bookmark. Best Regards,WanlopN.

It says I need premium which I already have. I was told to restore purchase but an error message pops up. What am I paying for if Adobe won't even recognize my purchase?

I'm trying to get a refund on my subscription to Adobe reader I canceled it they owe me a refund I'm supposed to go into Google play and do it. it was an accidental to purchased adobe because my friends gcash account have that account so I want it back please. I don't want to go in prison please I don't have money to give it back to my friend.

Hi!I have a very strange problem. The attached PDF file displays well with my Windows Adobe PDF Reader DC. Unfortunately on my Samsung Galaxy S20+ this file displays strange characters (see the screenshot attached).Other PDF documents display just fine on my device. The version of "Adobe Acrobat Reader for PDF" that I am currently using on my device is 21.9.0.Does anybody knows how to fix this issue? Best Regards,Zhelyo

Someone please help me. When I click done after editing, the pdf gets saved as a new conflict copy.

I've been trying to open PDF files directly from my external SD card but I'm getting an error like the following (when I try to make comments or edit). It keeps forcing me to save a local copy of the file in the internal storage which is not the desired thing. I use Android 10

I use "Adobe Fill & Sign" on iPad to sign document. After export new file, the all checkbox are checked.
