Acrobat Reader Mobile

I think my Android app has night mode reversed. When I open a PDF it shows a black background, no color & pics are showing as negatives. I have night mode turned off.Version 21.9.0.19548 

I have been since Oct 5 trying to get a refund for my account. And i have had nothing but the run around. Samsung says i should be requesting the refund from your company i have emailed them 5 times and they only keep referring me to Acrobat Adobe. Please if someone can kindly help me. That being the case i though it would not be charged to my Bank but it did. Customer service helped me find it and Cancel it but I would like to request a refund.  Please help. Thank you kindly

I have an annual subscription. However, I can't use any premium features that I pay for. I tried to sign in & out. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I tired restoring purchase. I even cancelled and repurchased. What should I do next ?

I miss vidhya tried renewing my subscription  of adobe acrobat  reader amount got debited from my bank account but subscription not activated either activate my subscription or refund my money.

I just submit subscription with my Apple ID on SEP, but failed to restore. What's going on with your server?

I have been going thru this discussion board for a while now searching for my issue and have found many posts about it, but the same general answer. I have been using acrobat on my new iPad Pro running the most up to date software since April. Suddenly, last week the app changed and now says that I do not have an active subscription. I logged out and logged back in using Apple ID as I did when i first downloaded the app. The app says that I do not have an active subscription. I click to make a new subscription, and the app says that I have an active subscription. When I go to "restore Purchases" It pops up with an error message. I have deleted the app and re downloaded it, everything is up to date. I have restarted the iPad. I only make in app purchases thru the App Store so I can track these kinds of things. I know that I have purchased this and it is linked thru my Apple ID which is linked to this address.

Do you have a simple and simple solution to this Outlook Password prompt disappears issue? If yes then please suggest me.

I was just wondering when you create a document and download to the cloud it usually references random letters and numbers is there a way to personalize it so I can do like doctor note or business

Ican open apassword protected pdf document. No issues with that!!But I'm having issues printing password protected documents via iOS devices. It goes on a loop asking for password. Entering the correct password for the document doesnt work. Ive consulted the team that generated the pdf document. They have informed that the password has nothing to do with pritning, as such the the pdf document is not restricted ion any way.Ive attached the screen shots. Any help will appreciated !!

Why are there certain files i connot delete from my device? 

When working on writable PDFs in my FILES app on an iPad, my keyboard is glitching--jumping every letter that I type and moving to letter keyboard when I am trying to type numbers. It misspells words and won't let me correct or delete. Any ideas on how to fix what seems like some type of bug?

There is a random yellow comment box on the mobile version of a pdf. There is no comment on desktop version: this only appears on the mobile version.

Hello. I am sord of new to this. I have a very important document to print out from a pdf on Adobe. for some reason it will not let me print out the form I need! I can print out other things not on the adobe, but not my pdfs on Adobe. Please someone help me!!!

The app is signing me on under and Amber Green that I do not know. I created the email and it has been Aaron Green for eternity. I do not know how to fix this.

ADOBE DOCS saved last month in the Adobe app on a prior cell phone. I believe also saved to the cloud.  I have installed same app on new phone and signed in.  Why can I not access those docs from last month. ?

Can I organize my files in chronological order

I use Arobat reader app on my android tablet. 3 times in the last year or so it has lost files. They disappear without a trace. It happened again today. How can this happen? What can i do to prevent it from happening again? And can i recover them?

Theres coming just a cloud/pop up window and says check your connection or shorter the file name. Well its 21 century, l do have a connection

 Hello, I'm subscribed for a year and every time I try to use my subscription it says that I'm subscribed but I can't use the features because it asks me to subscribe again. I tried everything, turning off my phone, updating the app, deleting the app, signing in and out. I'm really frustrated as I use the app for work. I restoring my purchases and I get an error message every time. 

I have adobe reader installed on my iPAD. As the app was crashing i deleted it and reinstalled it. However, after reinstalling it, I see that I have lost all. my articles and books which were there on adobe. How can i get them back ? Please help
