How do I cancel my premium subscription??

Kann ich in einem pdf nach bestimmten Namen/Wörtern suchen, die ausschließlich in der Fußzeile stehen (nicht im übrigen Dokument) und mir anzeigen lassen auf wievielen Seiten diese erscheinen? ...alternativ, wenn der Name in einer bestimmten Schrift oder Schriftgröße geschrieben ist.Weiß das jemand??

How do I turn off Read Only on the mobile app on iPhone 11. I'm trying to print a purchased pattern and the file is a read only file. I appreciate any help!!

Im trying to clean my folder up by deleting some files I no longer need, and I keep getting a ! error message telling me unable to delete file on several of them. Why is this, and how do I get past it so I can delete all of the files I no longer want or need? Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi, I'm using some PDFs for the electronic contract usage with customers,and there's an issue that PDF files cannot be opened for some users. I shared some PDFs through google drive with other users and they will create a copy of the shared file and open it. During this process, acrobat asks like 'Adobe Acrobat will create a local copy of this document'.When the user selects 'YES', the created copy version should be opened. However, for some users, there's an error message like 'This file could not be accessed. Check your connection or make the filename shorter'. I don't think the issue is for the file itself because it happens only for some users. The device is Samsung Galaxy Tab A with Android version 8.1.0. Please enlighten me:)

I have always been able to download any document woth this app no problems. A little over a month ago I started having issues only with my unemployment documents being downloaded. I have a PDF form which I created using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. I want to fill-out this form using either an Android mobile or Iphone. The PDF form contained PDF fields including photos and a signature. Unfortunately, when I try to fill-out this form, it does not accept photos and signature/ Is there a solution to these issues? Thanks in advance. Henry

I downloaded the Adobe App to view PDF documents. I choose the 7 day trial option and was directed to the google play payment option to add a card I did that but instead of the trial version I lost Rs 2600.I contacted Google play and they asked me to contact Adobe. Plz refund. It was an accidental purchase and I haven't even used the App. 

Please advise how I can cancel my subscription because it isn't cancelling for me. I don't need this for work anymore and really don't want to pay for something I am no longer using. Thanks in advance  christine

when opening Adobe I always get over writing basically one sentence over wright's another can anybody help  ??

Hi all,I have an iPad Pro 4th generation and Acrobat version 21.05.00.I'm in France.I can't manage to open some PDF (editable PDF from websites mainly). It says "this PDF needs Adobe Acrobat Reader DC for mac or Windows". I thought I downloaded this specific Acrobat. Could you tell me what to do?Thanks 

I am trying to view a document on my phone and after upgrading it over pro when I click on the document I still cannot view it. It keeps saying that I need to have Adobe reader eight or higher? I don't know how to fix this after I upgrade it already.

I installed this app and app suggested for a 7 day free trail ,i clicked on that and suddenly lost 2600₹ from my wallet for a one year subscription which I never wantedI tried to ask refund but yet denied. I used the links from the previous grievances! !Still the refund was not acceptedPlease refund! !!! As it was a purchase by mistake Thanks 

Hi,  Today I have realized that all the changes made (e.g. highlights) in my local files suddenly dissappeared, the files are still here but without the changes. I have an android tablet and I normally download files from my linked Google Drive account. Recently I haven´t updated OS, software or the Adobe app; neither had any app crashes or system crashes. The only thing I noticed was that my google associated account changed, i.e., example@itesm.mx updated automatically to example@tec.mx , so I was asked to sign in again to my account inside de Adobe app. However files were local copies, are still in the local memory but without any of the changes.  

I got a new phone and before I reset it I sent my docs to the cloud. I got the new phone set up, downloaded the app and logged in and now I cannot find my irreplaceable docs. Someone please help 🙁 I really need those docs. 

I have a monthly subscription and am not able to use the app taking in consideration that the subscription is still valid until 16 off June?Seems to be a problem with Adobe on Apple devices?
