Acrobat Reader Mobile

I would like to be able to have my Adobe documents viewed by my wife. We are both in our 80's and all docs on my computer or cell would be nice to be viewable by her if something would happen. She is NOT very techie at all. But just a click on Adobe installed on her iPad be great. Especially things like our Covid shot docs. tu

Why can't I save my files to Dropbox?

I have an android Samsung phone S21 Ultra unrooted. I have sync enabled for a google account on my S21 Ultra and so I'm trying to sync it with the free Acrobat Adobe app as I do sign in with that google account into Adobe so I go to 'save a copy' in the '3 dot icon' at the right of a PDF I have in Adobe and then choose the google account I want it to sync with when it arrives at the page saying 'Now you can access your google drive files. Connect your personal or business account." But when I then press the 'Add Account' button it says 'The google drive account could not be linked. Please try again.' without doing anything. I did enable all the persimission for both Adobe app and google drive app. Will Adobe suppport help me fix this? Because the words 'The google drive account could not be linked. Please try again.' don't have anything showing in google. 

I need to request a refund that i was charged for on today... it wasn't me that did that. 

Hello, i need to request a refund for the subscription that i was charged one day ago. 

Please sort me out a refund for my subscription that was supposed to be a 7 day free trial.  I can not believe I've woken up to you taking money out of my account unnecessarily. If I had to pay for the service I wouldn't of got it. It also never performed the task I wanted anyway. Absolutely useless. Please give me my koney back ASAP 

I would like to use the "highlight" tool to highlight some parts of a pdf document. I have selected the tool and a colour, however, it just does not work. I am using a samsung tablet and the pen that comes with it.

My old work email has a premium subscription that I pay for however my old work has changed the password. This means when I try to activate a subscription on my own  email account  it won't let me because it says log out of old email subscription first. Help, how can I stop this or transfer the subscription!!

Hello I have been using the Adobe premiere on my iPad for over a year now, last week I have been unable to utilize the software experiencing the following 3 issues1.Combine files, I get an error code in red that states "Cannot Covert Your File".2. I am unable to sign a PDF that was emailed back to me that I previously sent for a signature3. Each time a enter a search for a file the site crashes and goes away leaving me to open the adobe app again. Can someone please help me with the issues for it was working fine clear up to last week.Thanks,RS

When installing Adobe Acrobat Reader PDF Maker on IOS, our users are prompted to provide admin permissions to Azure for outlook and files. What is this for and why is it needed? 

I downloaded the Adobe Acrobat app to my Chromebook. I have an existing PDF I want to add to free form text fields to and continue to reuse. However, I don't see this option in the app. I only see the option to edit the PDF and add text. Is there a reason why I'm not seeing all the available features? I read that Adobe Acrobat Pro DC may be what I need but I don't see in the app store. Not to mention I'm new to Chromebook and would love to go back to a normal PC.

I recently subscribed to the premium and it tells me I can cancel anytime, but when I look in my subscriptions, it's not there for me to cancel. How do I cancel this? 

Hello! i have a package with Adobe and on my iPhone and iPad, I can't open my files as my status appears in yellow rather than blue, which seems to restrict my rights. What can I do to fix it? All my other devices are ok. thanks 

I have some files that are saved on one drive that I need to continuously change since they are a form that I fill in using an Apple Pencil however when I make the edits and notes on the form and save it only allows me to save it as the same file name with a one or two or three behind the file name. How can I save the file as a different name and then begin to make modifications so when I complete the edits and notations on the file I can save it back to my one drive without creating duplicate names? Under the options on a file I do not see save as or rename. Also, how do you insert a blank page into a existing document?  This iPad application is new to me. 

I've made a form which tracks different values based on an input value.I added some buttons that alter this initial value by -5,-1,1,5 and whenever i use the buttons to modify this value the other fields dont update at all.(The buttons succeed in modifying the field, but calculations are not triggered upon this change)Whenever the user manually modifies any field they all update properly but not when doing so using the buttons.This does work correctly in desktop pdf readers (acrobat included) but not in acrobat mobile.Any idea on how to fix this or circumvent the issue while still maintaining the ease of modifying the field without typing? I have checked the calculation order and its ok (this works on desktop).
