Acrobat Reader Mobile

Attempting to download the app to my mobile  Samsung J3. It downloads but wont install. Whats up with that?

 I purchased Adobe and i want to convert a file from word to pdf , when i press create pdf it asks me to purchase again , when i pirchase again a message shows that I'm already subscribed then a message appears "an unknown error occurred" 

it doesb't work   Moving to the Acrobat Reader Mobile community which is more appropriate for this query - MOD.

How do I delete documents downloaded on the Home page or anywhere else on Adobe?

When I  save files to a folder they are given a generic name and number,  i.e, page, page1, page2, page3, page4, page5. When combining, Adobe lists them as page1,page2, to page. I move page to the front of the list, page, page1, page2 to page 5, but when combined they are not in that order and I have to manually edit it .How can I  fix this problem please?

I' m trying to cancel my account and it's said that I will be charge 29 dollars for canceling my contract before time .. I try to get hep in the chat but nothing happened. 

Hi all, I have an issue on my Acrobat mobile app. 2 days ago I initiated a compression process to a PDF file I have on my iPhone. It took forever and couldn't complete the compression process even after an hour. Meanwhile, I closed the App then and re-opened my App today. The process is still ongoing and I can't seem to do anything to stop or delete the file. is there anything I can do now? I just wanna stop the process and delete the file from my iPhone. Hi, I'm in need of making a document smaller to be able to send it via e-mail. I've used this function many times. But yesterday it told me that I need to renew my subscription. I have already paid for this and the auto-renewal is set for March 23. When I push the button to buy it anyway, it tells me I already have this subscription. This happened to me once before, I don't remember how I fixed it back then. So I waited until today to see if it corrected itself. I have tried to log out and back in. I have closed all apps on my device too. Right now I'm just frustrated with this whole program. Please tell me what to do. I have to send this e-mail yesterday.

I just got the app since I need to edit some files on the go, but I can't even open any file it always crashes and closes before I even load the file

Somehow I signed up for a week free trial for Adobe premium. I canceled the same day I was charged. I would like to be refunded ($51). I did not use the service. I read that I had 14 days to request a refund. I have sent multiple emails and ever received a response. Hi guys, I'm trying to fill out form 80 for my visa. I downloaded the PDF, installed and purchased Pro acrobat, and google says there should be a "tools" option that removes the security. I don't see tools anywhere on my iPhone. Any other options or help please? 

I accidentally subscribed to this while opening a document on my phone. I have already canceled my subscription and tried to request a refund on my android via my Google play account and it rejected it because it has been past 48 hours since I was charged. I just now saw the charge on my bank account. You user agreement shows that if you cancel within 14 days of purchase that you can receive a full refund and I am requesting that here since there is no number listed anywhere to call. So please refund my 69.99 plus tax. Thanks

Good Evening Everybody,  Let me describe the situation in a step by step process to make it easy for you: Created and Exported a PDF Form (Using InDesign)Encrypted the document with a permissions password (Changes allowed filling in form fiels and singing). When I open the document on a desktop using Adobe Acrobat everything works perfectly. A user can fill in the form and sign the document, export etc however cannot make any other changes to text or the document etc. When I open the same form in the Mobile Application - Adobe Reader, I cannot fill the form or sign. I went back to point 2. I tried all the options just to be sure. However with any persmisions password even if I allowed all changes besides extracting pages the Adobe Reader Application didn't give me access to edit the document either. It only read the file as "READ ONLY". I am adding screenshots for your persual as well. Ps. It tried saving the file to the device and all other options.

Hello everyone, since we updated our tablets to Version 21.2.0.17204, we encountered two problems.Checkboxes which are hit by our users won't visually update, although they change their state in the background. (We tried to forward the file after checking some boxes and saw they actually changed their state.)Furthermore a button, which is used to open a new mail to some specific e-mail address, isn't displayed anymore.Further investigation showed the button apperently is there, but not visible as usual.The document hasn't changed at all and is working properly in different versions or products.I'd be really grateful for some advice, information oder pointing in the right direction, since the pdf I'm talking about is pretty important for some workflow in my company.Our technicians rely on it during field service.The PDF was generated using the recent version of InDesign CC.In the attached sample I only removed our Logo and changed the mail address.Best RegardsChris

Hello, I have been trying to request a refund for an app that was purchased accidentally by someone else and I emailed Acrobat multiple times and have had no response back from them.Acrobat please email me back to get this resolved as soon as possible. Thank you so much for your help.  

My Acrobat reader on my Samsung phone will not open pdfs created by a third party software.  They just show as blank.  Does anyone know of a solution for this?Thanks...

I'm baffled. I'm a subscriber to your monthly premium features. But for some reason the app tells me I need to subscribe or restore. SO I DO. Then a screen pops up that says "unknown error" occurred. I have :uninstalled/reinstalled  the app. three times. signed out the app and signed in again made sure the app and iOS are up to date. powered on and off. AND IT STILL TELLS ME an unknown error occurred. This is getting ridiculous. What is the problem??????  

Hello,I created a PDF on PC with Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017. Inside the PDF are some Textboxes, which can be set on "hidden = true" (JavaScript) by clicking a radiobutton. Everything works fine on PC. But if I want to use it on iPhone/iPad, the hide-function doesnt do anything. 2. Problem:If I want to print the filled PDF from iPhone/iPad, some textboxes with numbers (= datatype of the boxes) are empty. The values ​​are also not displayed in the print preview. Other textboxes with textes inside are fine. Any idea whats wrong? 

The top picture shows what the pdf looks like on my ipad. No text loaded in. The bottom picture is the same article loaded normally on my macbook.
