I recently started the scan premium Annual (adobe scan Ai pdf scanner) through google play store on date 14Nov.2025 and  subscription cancelled on date 17Nov.2025 but subscription charges 6200Rs.on date 22Nov.2025 deducting in my credit card.I kindly request a full refund for this charges.Order No.-GPA.3300-4886-6712-32740I would really appreciate it if you could process the refund at earliest.Thank you for your under standing.   

Hello,Having some issues with the mobil application and filling of forms. I can't seem to fill the textboxes, it's like they weren't there at all. I can navigate to the Fill and Sign and then create new text basically everywhere but to use the predefined fields seems impossible. On PC (win11 24h2) it works fine and I can edit all forms on in the pdf.Same for all PDFs I've tried. Anyone have anya ideas regarding this?I'm on an Android v16 and using Adobe Acrobat v 25.10.1.41618 (free version)Thankful for what help or insights I can get.

Hi I have Adobe Reader 24.7 and I have it connected to my One Drive account.Up to a few weeks ago I could read and edit pdf files from my One Drive and, after closing the document,it would upload the modifications to the cloud. But lately, it does not happen at all. It is not related to file size, internet connection... I have updated both apps and didn't solve. Rebooted and also cleared cache and uninstalled and reinstalled... But nothing seems to work. How can this be corrected?

Apple says they are not charging me. You say you are not charging me. The bank says you specifically are charging me stop charging me! 

Why are my acrobat reader files being saved as a separate conflict files following any edit?!

Our business would like to be able to save a pdf with fillable forms on our sharepoint. We want the crew to be able to open the document in adobe on an ipad so the customer can fill out the forms and sign the document right on the jobsite using the ipad. I have found a way to integrate adobe document cloud with sharepoint, but that is a web-based application and does not have a signing option. I would like to be able to open the document in adobe, fill it out, and sign it and have it save in sharepoint again all from the ipad's adobe app. I really hope this is possible because it will help our business a lot! Please advise.

Hola, me cobraron la suscripción anual "adobe premium" en teoría es hasta noviembre 2026. Intento usar el servicio y me envía a resus ribirme, incluso quiere volver a cobrarme.

While trying to open a pdf. I am consistently met with this message, attached. This is the latest version of Adobe and my OS is up-to-date. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to troubleshoot this?  Thank you  

In recent updates the adobe acrobat reader is very slow in opening the pdf files. I am using latest version of this app but the reason behind this slow opening is not understandable.enclosed screenshot of 24 second video of not opening pdf file screen recorder on my iPad.

Dear Adobe Support Team,I’m reaching out because I’m currently experiencing financial difficulties this month and unfortunately, I’m unable to afford my Adobe subscription. Also, even though I paid, there are only a few days left on my subscription. I wonder if there is a problem with the subscription process. I understand that Adobe has a standard refund policy, but I was hoping there might be an exception in my case.If possible, I would really appreciate a refund for this month’s charge, or at least a cancellation of the current billing cycle. I truly value Adobe’s services and plan to return as a customer once my situation improves. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Each time I take a screenshot when using Adobe Acrobat Reader on Android it shows a (share screenshot and full document) panel, it is so annoying that each time I am obligated to wait till it loads and then close it, is there a way to disable it. App version: 25.9.1.41499Android version: Android 13, One UI 5.1.1 

I'm glad I didn't buy the software. It's truly horrible. I have multiple images to convert& combine into pdf, and while the first 2 times I was able to do it without issue, now adobe on my iPad decided to simply stop importing the images all together and converting them into pdf. Now it just imports the pngs as separate images and doesn't even convert them into pdf, so I had to do that manually. Even worse, when you select the files IN ORDER adobe UNNARANGES THEM, SO I HAVE TO MANUALLY PUT THEM BACK IN ORDER. something that should take 10 mins tops, now takes an hour.

I have been trying to combine files to a pdf but the program just keeps circling.  It will not finish..And it has been doing this for days. How can I cancel it but nit lose my files

Eu acabei ativando os 7 dias gratis, usei o app só no primeiro dia, nos dias seguintes acabei ficando doendo e esqueci de cancelar a assinatura por não tenho o dinheiro para pagar pois gastei e continuo gastando com remedios!! Agora aparece que tenho que pagar para eu cancelar a assinatura, mas não tenho o dinheiro, peço encarecidamente que revejam isso e me ajudem por favor 🙏

Boa noite. Efetuei o pagamento da assinatura do aplicativo ontem, mas até agora não liberaram as funções Premium ainda. 

Uso acrobe reader desde mi celular y el sonido de la voz al leer pdf's es demasiado aguda sin importar en qué idioma lo ponga, probé reinstalando la aplicación pero nada funciona
