Acrobat Reader Mobile

I am unable to open PDFs from my iPhone. Is there anything I can do to fix this? 

I have files on my document cloud on my tablet, but they are not showing up in my document cloud on my desktop?

Hello. I cannot cancel subscription to Acrobat Premium. I followed the instruction given by Adobe support consultant. But I cannot see cancelling button.  They sent me this instruction:     Open Adobe Acrobat app·         Click on “Settings” (human like icon on the top right of Home page)·         Tap “Subscriptions” and then Tap “Manage Subscriptions”.·         You are now in Play Store. Choose the item that you want to cancel and then tap “Cancel Subscription”. I followed the instruction, but tapping the button "manage subscriptions" I could not find "cancel subscription" button. (It shows me only "start" button. Help me please.

I use Adobe acrobat reader mobile for ios and have pdf’s of books on it that are stored locally on my iPad. Usually I open a pdf and my comments/annotations are there but instead when I clicked on the app it was stuck on the first screen with Adobe acrobat so I closed it and reopened it. I was asked to sign in again but I didn’t as I know my files are located on the ipad. I found out that I cant see any of the comments that I made on any of the pdf’s so I logged in to my adobe account again but that didn’t help either. Now I am stuck because I dont know what happened to the app and even if it crashed or lagged why would all my annotations go away.

I purchased Adobe Acrobat Premuim for $9.99 as monthly subscription . I was billed from iTunes. I cannot get passed "purchase complete. Waiting for feature activation." 

I subscribe on my iPhone Can use this subscription on my desktop Computer?

How to save PDF on iPhone X and open in adobe app to edit

I created a Pdf form file using acrobat reader and encrypt it with a password, I can fill and sign from my computer but I can't fill it from the Tablets and the phones, It says "This is a policy-protected PDF, wich is not supported by the Fill & Sign tool".When I encrypted it I allowed the fill and sign option.Thank you. 

Hi! How do I encrypt a pdf on here from my iPhone 11?

I edited some pdf files in Adobe DC Pro creating links to a web page in a document.The links takes one to my google drive which is shared with a limited group. The files in the google drive are mp4a.If I try to open those files directly, my phone says they are unusual and asks for a program. They open.When I try to open them via the hotlink I place in the pdf file, it asks me which google account I want to use. I select the one that has access, but get stuck in an endless wait. How can I fix this?

Ever since the new update (when the app changed its logo), the app is simply unable to detect the files stored locally unless I manually open them from my file explorer. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it didn't work. What broke and how can I remedy this?

Just wondering, just clicked to subscribe. It took the $$ out of my account, then I realized it was wrong thing I subscribed to so I canceled within minutes, will I get refunded? And if so how long does it take? Tia

I can't edit a date printed from a website. It's in B. I'm using my mobile phone

There is a feature in acrobat reader which takes you to the first page of pdf when to touch the top of screen regardless of where you are in the pdf. This seems to be an absolutely useless feature which actually creates problems rather than solving anything! Please remove this feature. Thank you.Also while saving something that I wrote using the Apple Pencil it gets kind of scruffed/edgy/blurry. So please look into that as this problem is not there with apple apps like photos and notes.

adobe acrobat reader dc question:(I thought I posted this but I can't find it?) I have this free version (adobe acrobat reader dc) on my windows 10 PC; and it's all I need given what I do do I need an equivalent on iOS? I am brand new to iOS and smart phones!or does the Apple iPhone have its own thing and I don't need to download an app?thanks! 

Is it possible to AirDrop a folder of PDFs (or PDFs in bulk) from iOS device (eg iPad) to Mac (MacBook, iMac- MacOS) rather than doing it individually?

It seems like this started from the last update.I can not get Android Acrobat to open any pdf's on my Samsung Note 9. I have tried rebooting my phone with no luck. I keep getting the following message: Send Crash Report?Looks like Adobe Acrobat had crashed! Can someone help me get this resolved?

I installed adobe but I can't get the pdf from Facebook to open in adobe? When I go through yhe Adobe App it's Prompting me to purchase! I'm using an iPhone plus 8! Who can help?

I have aproblem i already subscribed for trial through the web site using credit card and after few days I subscribe by apple ID from my phone with different credit card and give again free trial will finsh at 22 of july and now i dont know how to cancel the plan that i made it through the website now as its dedcuted  from my credit card yesterday 15$ , i have two subscribtion and i dont know how to cancel the first one so please help me for this

I have tried the App Store to cancel my subscription and instead it gives me an option to renew but not cancel the trial. I don't want it and I don't want to be charged for it either. This is down right ridiculous. 

I often use Export on my pc to convert pdf to word for editing. My pc died today so I updated my mobile subscription on a 7 day free trial to include Export on IPhone. I have tried converting to doc, docx, and rtf numerous times but each time the result is not an editable word document at all. Does this feature actually work? Any help on getting this to function would be appreciated. Many thanks.Anthony
