Acrobat Reader Mobile

Hi!My Adobe Reader just got an update, and on my tablet I cannot use the correction tools (strikethrough, highlight etc.), because everytime I try it, the program escape. I reaaly need those tools, any idea?I tried to restart Acrobat, restart the tablet, didn!t work.

Greetings,Today's update have a problem in fill&sign and making a comment options also. When I try to sign or make a comment, the aplication shut down.This problem wasn't exist before today's update, so it can't be in the phone - I am using SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 4.

please guide me on this why adobe has hanged on starting up the app with the new ios12 on iphone

I have a presentation this afternoon and have just discovered that all my local files are missing following the recent update. I have searched for a solution but nothing works. What can I do to get my files back?  This is very time sensitive.

The issue is not fixed.  Jut updated iPhone 6s to ios12 and Adobe acrobat reader stopped working even though it states that it has been upgraded to the latest version which is supposed to work on this device.  I still have my pdf files on the phone but when I open Acrobat it freezes up right after opening with nothing working in the app, non of the options, buttons etc are responsive.  Ive reset a number of times to no avail

Even I have updated the app to the new 18.09.13 version yesterday 01 October 18 and now I cannot use it as the app is freezed at the “Home”. I tried to restart my iPhone but it was not helpful. I need some files urgently and I have no backups. Please try to fix the bug.Thanks in advance.Brgds SL

I used to have the option of saving documents to either my Adobe local file or to the Adobe Doc Cloud.    Now I can only save to the Doc Cloud which means I cannot attach pdfs to emails any longer.i need to have the choice of saving pdfs to either my local file or my Doc Cloud.    Who thought it was a good idea to change it and can I have it back the way it was?

Adobe acrobat reader will not work properly. It’s on an  iPad, iOS 12. After the adobe app updated, it wil no longer function. The adobe screen comes up, but there’s no interface. It’s just frozen, and does not respond to anything. I’ve rebooted iPad numerous times, updates iOS, and still it won’t do anything. Id like to not delete app if at all possible, due to the files contained within. Any help would be appreciated.thanks, Taylor

We use iPads as classroom tools, and wipe and restore them regularly. This week I tried to load my apps and the adobe acrobat reader app refused to load. I use apple configurator 2 and iPad 4's. Haven't had this issue until today. I loaded some iPads last week and they were fine, but this week, no go. I read there was an update for iOS 12 this week but my iPads still use iOS 10 as that was the last iOS compatible with iPad 4. I suppose what I want to know is with the update you guys did to the acrobat reader this week for iOS 12, is it no longer compatible with iOS 10 and my iPad 4's?Thanks,Gery

After updating my acrobat app yesterday, I have tried opening it and it is completely frozen. Can somebody please help me, I use this app to Store all of my important data and would be devastated if I lost it all. Thanks

I have an iPad Mini which updated ACrobat Reader to version 18.09.13. I launched it and the app gets stuck on the Home page. I tried to press any icon, button, etc and nothing happens. AR is completely frozen except for a spinning blue circle and then the app crashes after about 3 to 4 minutes.  I can't access the files at all. I restarted the iPad a couple of times but that had no effect,

ya intente con las ayudas de otras preguntas similares. sin embargo no funciona, la pantalla se queda bloqueada así como muestro en la imagen, no responde, ya apague y prendi el dispositivo, reinicie el ipad sin exito, esa pantalla permanece asi como si estuviera cargando y despues se cierra. su aplicacion es muy valiosa para las personas que gustamos de estudiar de archivos pdf. por favor respondan, veo muchas preguntas similares y nadie contestando que hayan tenido exito, muchos archivos estaban en la memoria del ipad ya hora no puedo recueperarlos

Updated the app on several devices today 2/10/18No longer able to open any previous documents. Occasionally the app will show these but then crashes!

The app freezes and I can't open any files on it. When I go to the app, it crashes after a few minutes. I've tried deleting and uploading the app, and also rebooting my iPad. Some other people seem to have managed to get the app working like that but for me nothing works. Could you fix the problem ASAP!

Before you ask, yes i did reboot and it is still not working you geniuses. Just fix or roll back.

if you can’t reach files and home page and you see the circle running in the middle? Just let the application open for 3-5 minitue or maybe more for you and wifi connected to the internet and its better to don’t let the screen turn off and in any time application quit by himself just come back to it mostly it will work for all of you after that I got all my files as before but without any categories I created it
