Acrobat Reader Mobile

Every time when I try to open adobe either on my phone or IPad it crashes. It has been happening for 30 minutes now 

Brand new Ipad Pro. After last update from Itunes the app simply opens for a split second and then crashes. Even if I try opening a pdf before opening acrobat. Same process. Program opens for a split second and then program closes. Have re-installed several times and now forced to use a different pdf viewer. Acrobat works fine on my Iphone, just not Ipad.-Dax

App will not function. Opens up and immediately closes on iOS platform.

FYI, Lanzando la app crashea inmediatamente. Probé con dos usuarios y en distintos dispositivos. Parece ser un tema con una actualización reciente (?)

The app keeps crashing on start up and I cannot access my files. I use this everyday for work and is putting paperwork behind. Can someone please help?

Today is June 18, 2025. Adobe is not working whatsoever. What is going on and what is being done to remedy this?! A lot of us pay a good amount to subscribe for a service that we expect to work when we need to!

Hi! Everytime I try to open the app it just close down and I can't open it! I need help now because it's very important for me to open the app and get in because I need it a lot for work! 

Please help! Is there an issue or update with the mobile iPhone app?  I cannot access my adobe cloud articles from the mobile app while using the internet. The app automatically crashes. If I turn the internet off, I can open the app but can't access my Adobe Cloud.  

IOS 18.5. Suddenly this morning when I try topp open acrobat it just closes and quits. I have deleted the app and reinstalled several times with no change.

I'm a heavy user of acrobat reader. opening a new file this morning, the app opened momentarily, the closed before opening the file. I offloaded and reinstalled the app ... then deleted and reinstalled the app. Same result. Acrobat starts to open, then closes before opening a file or showing 'Home'. my iOS is up to date. same problem on my iPhone and iPad. ???

My AS was working and now just stopped, I can't work from my cell phone 

I cannot get to any of my documents!!Since the most recent update, I used the app to edit a document and now it won't open.it opens and crashes immediately I have opened storage space, deleted and reinstalled and restarted my phone.nothing is working!!

i can't even open a second of the app, it keeps quitting. trieid delete and reload from app store and turn off and on ipad. anything else that might help?

App continuously crashes at launch

No sé qué pasa en iPhone, cuando intento abrir la app se cierra inmediatamente, ya la desinstale pero sigue igualsi abro un archivo ya guardado abre sin problema pero no puedo ver los archivos de la nube ni nada más 

Mi app de adobe se cierra, no me deja ver mis archivos. No me pide que se actualice o sea, está bien instalada, ayer estaba trabajando con ella sin ningún problema, pero hoy no abre...

Buenas tardes,Hoy tras intentar abrir la app en varias ocasiones, que se cerraba de manera automática, y tras instalar el iPad en varias ocasiones, he decidido desinstalar la app y volverla a instalar.Tras ello, me encuentro no sólo que la app sigue sin funcionar, sino que además he perdido todos los documentos que había editado. Los documentos estaban guardados "en este iPad", y me aparecía una carpeta de Acrobat dentro de mis archivos. Al borrar la app ha desaparecido, ni siquiera aparece en eliminados.¿Como podría recuperarlos?

I've been using the acrobat reader on my iPad since some years. Now I noticed that it is badly working resp not at all working with some pdf manuals I downloaded recently. Interestingly, such pdf manuals (about 14...24MB size with plenty of graphics) are orderly displayed with the reader coming with IOS, but not at all with the adobe acrobat reader. The worst example I found is the file 'PowerShot_SX60_HS_Camera_User_Guide_DE.pdf'  which you can be found on canon.de.I'd be happy if anyone can explain the problem (most likely a software bug in the adobe reader app?) and tell me if and how I as a user could fix the problem on my iPad. Best regards    Hans
