Highlights section is not work properly. If i am selecting any sentences for highlights but not select properly text and not highlighted in right way

Cannot open files offline or in flight mode

Links between two independent files, in order to navigate from one to the other (e.g. between the table of contents and the topics of an article) created with Acrobat Pro on a Mac work perfectly, while they do not work at all if the same files are opened in iPad with Acrobat Reader. Is this right, or am I missing a step? Thank you.

I purchased the AI subscription in December via the Google play store but I have not been able to access it. When I try restore the purchase it says there is an active subscription for account null which I don't understand because I made the purchase for the premium features in the same way and those are working just fine. I've tried signing out and back in a suggested but this hasn't worked. Reinstalling also hasn't worked. The play store said to contact the developer. Adobe customer service said the funds from Google need to reflect first.Please fix or please refund me.

Hello,  I have report this problem many times through feedback, however I have been asked to make a post here.When filling in a PDF form in Acrobat using "Night View" you can't read what you are typing as it appears black text on black. 

 Is there a way to disable this window from popping up every time I open a PDF? I have disabled AI features in Preferences, but it still pops up every time I open any PDF.  

...the subject says it all. Adobe requested me to provide a screen recording but the issue is too obvious 🙂 Here's the PDF in question.

Nu heb ik ook meteen dat abonnement stopgezet maar ik zie dat het bedrag van €77.99 toch van mijn rekening is gegaan voor een jaar . Maar ik heb deze op 4/2/2025 stopgezet na de test periode . How can I remove the AI assistant on android acrobat please?  My screen is small and it gets in way often so I can't easily read whole page.

No matter which settings I select to set my preferred language in English, it just doens't work. All of my app settings, except my files, is not in English.Why is that?  what I tried is I navigate to the 'General' -> language 'English'.  (This is probably not the direct translation from my language but close one.) I am a free user as well.  

I just bought the full version of acrobat.  How do I get it to work on my phone?  It keeps asking me to subscribe to premium to simply edit docs. Thanks for assistance.

Help please!!!I can't find it anywhere in App Store, only the old Reader app and it doesn't seem to do any of the new DC features. The Adobe says that Reader DC is a free app available for download now. Where is it? Am I stupid? Have I gone mad? Everyone else seems to be downloading it successfully. Have I been blacklisted by Adobe? Don't they love me anymore? Aaaaaggggghhhh.I feel like I am being left out of the in-crowd here.Scotty

Good Morning Adobe Team, So last night I tried to work on a document with Adobe and I noticed that it was giving me technical issues. Immediately I went an unsubscribed but then I was charged 11,500 for that. Money was taken from my account without my consent. Kindly look into this as I had unsubscribe from the app and please reverse my 11,500..that's alot.Attached is the evidence of transaction.Please come to my aid 🙏🙏😪😪😪

I with email ID- EMAIL REMOVED FROM THIS PUBLIC FORUM purchased adobe premium subscription worth Rs. 2599/- from apple iphone 15 plus, but each time i open the app it shows me as a free user. No use of purchasing the premium subscriptions if you cannot use the features even after payments.   Payment screenshots and email also attached.   please help.

I already have a subscription for Microsoft 365.I just opened a PDF file and wanted to add hand-written notes, but Adobe wants me to buy an Adobe subscription even though I'm already loggen in with my Microsoft/Google account.Is that normal, or am I doing something wrong?

Sou assinante (me arrependo) uso no Tablet Sansung S6 Lite, acontece que o app vem atrasando meus estudos. Toda hora aparece a mensagem "Não responde", não salvando meus grifos (uso pra revisar). Além de ser bem lento. Comprei cartão de memoria, limpei cache, forçei parada e absolutamente NADA responde.

Es posible desvincular la aplicación de otro teléfono donde se tiene instalada para que se cierre la sesión?
