Acrobat Reader Mobile

I am noticing an issue with a password protect pdf that I have created on phones using Acrobat on phones.Let me explain.It is a large pdf file.The file size is 15,639 KB when it is not password protected.When I password protect the file, it is 15,681 KB. When it is not password protected, I can view it on my phone without any issues at all.However, when I password protect the file, I can not view the data in the file once I start scrolling down through it towards the end. I can view this same password protected file on my phone with a pdf app other than Acrobat and have not problems at all.This seems to be an issue with Acrobat.What would cause this and how can I get this resolved this so this it will work in the Acrobat app?

Buenas,Estoy presentando inconvientes de visualizacion de archivos PDF en la APP Version 24.4.2.33155 en mi tablet y celular Xiaomi. No se visualizan los titulos, textos, las paginas salen totalmente en blanco. Ya he vaciado cache y tambien desinstalando y volviendo a instalar la APP. El archivo PDF de ejemlo tiene un peso de 52.7 MB Remito capturas APP: PROBANDO CON LE VERSION DE ESCRITORIO NO SE TIENEN INCONVENIENTE DE VISUALIZACION: Version ANDROID: 13 Por favor si se puede verificar, cualquier informacion adicional que requieran me lo hacen saber.Desde ya, muchas gracias. 

Hallo! Seit einigen Monaten stellt Adobe Reader große Dateien, egal auf welchem Android Smartphone, nicht richtig dar (siehe Fotos).Seiten werden leer angezeigt, die Suchfunktion geht trotzdem und wenn ich die Datei schließe und wieder öffne, ist der Inhalt da. Scrolle ich weiter ist er wieder weg. Was kann ich tun, außer den Anbieter wechseln?

Hi,I upgrade it acrobat reader with AI assitant today. It works perfectly on the computer. But since I download the acrobat reader application for Android and I log in to my account, the AI assistant button does not show up and the app says that I have a free plan (which is not true)Could you help to solve the problem? Thanks!Antonio

I created several documents on Canva, and downloaded them as PDF. I find that when I am using my apple pencil to write on these documents on the iPad it skips, or abruptly closes my document. Can anyone tell me what I can do to stop this?

Helloi have a suggestion regarding adobe reader. While reading in adobe and simultaneously using stylus/apple pencil, one has to click on highlight/underline tab to chose one from (screenshot attached). Suggestion is that it will be MORE convenient for user If Both hilight and underline options are simultaneously availble on left side drop bar (as in picture). It will be more convenient for user to work. OR you can give option for user to customize the tab options (as per individual's wish)thank you

I am not able to download PDFs on Android devices, I placed some PDF documents on a webpage.  I find that they open fine on the desktop and iOS devices.  However, on Android devices, I get a message that the PDF cannot be downloaded. What can I do to remedy this issue?

Hellousing acrobat reader app version 23.05.01 on ipad 9 ios 16.5. the app keeps creating conflict copies when trying to sync with onedrive where the psf is located. (I trying using a reader from another company and do not have the same problem).besides creating a conflicted copy, 2 out of 3 times it loses one hour or so of comments and hoghlights. i tried moving the file to my ipad, and to my surprise lost another hour of notes even without syncing issues with external programs.this issue does not happen right away, the file must be open for around one hour. apart from that, there should be more freedom to change highlight colors and at least another level of transparency. Why not have the same colors as in the pc version? maybe it is a bug with 16.5.if this is solved (the sync and loss of notes) ill gladly change my review on the app thanksPedro
