Ayant souscrit à l'AI assistant, j'obtiens le message d'erreur "Un problème s'est produit" lorsque j'active l'AI assistant dans l'App. Comment résoudre le problème ?

I have several PDFs that I was able to highlight and underline text in just a couple days ago, but now if I use the blue pencil button in the bottom right-hand corner and select 'Comment' (or if I just double-tap with the pencil in the document), I'm unable to highlight or underline anything. I know the text is still in each PDF because once I get out of Comment I'm still able to select text using my finger. And interestingly, I can even apply a highlight at that point since I can use a pop-up menu that appears once I've selected a selection. But I can't do anything with the pencil, and I can't do anything in Comment mode aside from drawing freehand.  I've tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. I've tried changing the iPad general settings for my pencil to indicate that I don't want Pencil to be the only way I can draw on the screen. But nothing has worked. Super frustrating, especially because I know how it used to work. Any help would be greatly apprecia

I installed Adobe App on my I phone and I don't have an option to log in to Arobe account there. The options available are log in through Facebook, Google, Adobe but not via email. I tried to log through Adobe but it is about the cloud. How can I use my payable Adobe account on my phone? 

I have the app downloaded on my chromebook but it gives me no option to print?  How do I print?

Hey I have a new ipad M4, and my plan was to change my macbook pro for this ipad. But now i see that i cannot use adobe acrobat pro features with it? Whenever i try to compress a file, combine a file or anything really, it says that it cannot convert my files.  Is there any solution for this or is it just no good for iPad. If apple plans to move over to iPad instead of MacBooks, i suggest somebody fix this fast. I see this has been a problem for a long time.  Please help, so its possible to continue to use Adobe for professional work.   All the best, Anja

Hello, I'm a Korean Android user using the Samsung Galaxy Tab. After using the free premium experience on the Acrobat app, my premium subscription was paid because I couldn't cancel my subscription before the end of the experience, and after confirming this, I immediately canceled my subscription and asked the Google Play Store customer center for a refund, but in this case, the customer center answers to leave a refund request as the developer's contact information and it doesn't work out well, so I'm asking for a refund here. I didn't need a premium and I was in trouble with my life because a large amount of money was unintentionally withdrawn from my account. I also contacted Kakao Pay, the payment method, but the answer was to contact the app developer and I didn't even get a refund guarantee. Please give me a refund

I just purchased a subscription for Adobe Acrobat Premium on my Android phone. Several of the Adobe document editor functions I tried so far seem to work okay, including creating PDFs and combining files into a PDF.However, I am not able to print the PDFs to my home WLAN Samsung M2070W printer even though other Apps on my phone are able to print to this printer.See the attached files: I expanded the App permissions to ALL those available, as recommended in the error message, but I still cannot print to my M2070W printer!

Hi my name is Natalie, a current college student. I purchased a 7 day free trial and was understood that i would recive a charge after the trial ended.  My plan was to cancel it and am unable to. It's been past the 7 days but i understand that I'm still able to cancel it before 14 days once the charge took place. I tried to go into my plans and past purchases and nothing pops up, just completely blank. I did get charged on my card however.  If someone can please help me, I'd greatly appreciate it because I've tried reaching out so many different ways already.

I was sent a form to fill out, when downloaded it, it was on Adobe . I've never had to fill out a form this way before . I've tried more than a handful of times to fill out form & save it , yet it doesn't save all I have imputed   

I am currently analyzing a current affairs magazine related to the UPSC CSE exam for my sociology optional. However, the AI assistant is providing me with irrelevant guidelines. I would appreciate it if you could explain why this is happening.

I purchased Premium to use this feature and get this error.     The files are coming from the same file path and are 89KB each.    Can you please help me?
