How to create a folder on the newest acrobat 

Having got my Acrobat iPad into full-screen mode, I want it to stay that way until I tell it to come out of it. Instead it seems to come out of full screen at random, which is a real pain. I'm using Acrobat Reader on iPad to read musical scores (while the music is playing in the hall where I'm sitting). I do not want my attempts to turn the page to be interpreted as "come out of full-screen mode", which appears to be happening almost every time. 

Does anyone know why I cannot sign in to my adobe account? Everytime I tried, it says I don't have access to the service and to contact IT administrator (please see screenshot). Initially I tried signing in to the android adobe reader app and it failed, but then I tried it on the computer and that also failed. So I'm thinking something is wrong with the account itself. I have recently switched to the Samsung Galaxy Fold 6 phone from the Fold 4. My Fold 4 was already signed in, but I can't get it to work on my Fold 6. I am aware that I can use the app without signing in, but I desperately need to access the files on the cloud on my new phone. Any help would be appreciated.Thank you - Cherrie.

My college used to give us a subscription to Adobe for free. They took it away but I decided to continue the subscription on my own. When I purchased the subscription, nothing worked, so I cancelled it around January/February. I just realized that I have been charged $14 every month since then. When I log into my account, no subscription shows in my Apple subscriptions, there is no way to cancel it, and no way to restore purchases. I don't understand why I am being charged when I cancelled my subscription months ago because it never worked in the first place. It appears as if I still have a subscription when I know I cancelled it. Can I get refunded for the months of payments I did not want to make for a service that doesn't work? 

 Hi. I have an active subscription, however when I login to the app, it says I'm a free user. Restoring the purchases didn't work. Neither did purchasing a new one. Contacted Apple support and confirmed that my subscription is active. Help     

I upgraded my cell phone and transferred 98% of my photos and files. One missing piece is all the cloud storage files. Any thoughts?

O modo de visualização sofreu alterações desnecessárias que pioraram a experiência. Antes eu poderia ler o pdf e adicionar comentários com uma barra superior de controle. Agora resolveram mudar a barra para as laterais, diminuindo o tamanho do texto e dificultando a leitura e marcação. Péssimo.  Não colocaram sequer uma opção para reverter a alteração para o sistema anterior. Ou seja, use assim ou deixe de usar. Pra mim, o que era o melhor app de leitura, ficou horrível. Solicito a implementação urgente de funcionalidade que permita que as ferramentas de comentários fique posicionado acima, por favor.

I am having a problem that I have not found an answer for. I cannot click into a fillable field using my mouse on my Magic Keyboard, or using a mouse via USB. I have updated to the latest software, I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing works. I am able to use another PDF viewer with no issues. I know its not a particular file, I cannot click into a fillable "cell" on any of my fillable files. This started happening about a year ago. I have just been dealing with it by using the other app. I really don't want to migrate all my work to the other app. Please help.

I Purchased Acrobat and I'm currently using it on my laptop. Does it work on all of my devices or do I have to purchase each one individually?

I'm a premium member and on my Android paid monthly it will not let me edit documents... it keeps saying I need a subscription, so I click on buy subscription and then it proceeds to tell me what I already know... that I already have a subscription! Then it starts doing the thinking circle thingy and never stops. I have to exit out of the app to get it to stop. I've tried deleting the app and re downloading it, still same issue. I need help to fix this!

When opening this PDF in the Acrobat App and activating Liquid mode, it messes up the headings, making them unreadable. The first one, for instance, should be the Dutch word 'Introductie' but is modified to 'Introduc ientroducttie'. These headings are simple H2 tags so I have no clue what I can do to prevent this from happening. I have also not found this problem anywhere online yet. I sadly cannot attach the PDF itself because it contains sensitive, user specific data. Hopefully the screenshot below makes the issue clear enough.  Hope someone can help!

I use adobe acrobat to read PDF stuff out loud on my phone, however on some documents the page number is read out every single time, is there a way to prevent read aloud from reading the bottom of the page, like the bottome X pixels or soemthing?

Im having an issue with uninstalling the new version of Adobe Reader and would like to know if theres a way to uninstall the update. I do not like it!!! Before I could edit my documents now I can't do what I use to like delete and take out anything that doesn't need to be there! Helllppppppp pleaseee

I tried the free subscription for 7 days but decided to cancel the subscription after one but i got charged for a full month when it was clearly mentioned that we can cancel anytime before renewal date. 

I have a subscription and it is active. The editor doesn't work. The app offers a subscription to edit texts and images. When registering, it says that I have a paid subscription. But editing still doesn't work. Help,please 

Subscription to AI is made but everytime i open pdf it is asking to subscribe to AI. do I need to activate anything after payment 

Hallo zusammen, bei der Verwendung von AES256-verschlüsselten Dokumenten haben wir im iOS-Umfeld Probleme beim Druck dieser Dokumente.Für die Anzeige auf Ipad und Iphone nutzen wir den Workaround über Datei teilen und den Adobe Acrobat Reader. Für die Darstellung des Dokumentes funktioniert diesmit Eingabe des Passwortes in beiden Fällen reibungslos.Unser Problem liegt nun darin, dass es auf dem Ipad möglich ist, die PDF-Dateien über Safari anzuzeigen und nach Eingabe des Passwortes ebenfalls in der Druckvorschau ein Dokument angezeigt zu bekommen anstelleeines weißen Blattes.Auf dem Iphone dagegen wird in jedem Fall beim Drucken immer ein weißes Blatt angezeigt.Gibt es zum einen eine Erklärung für diesen Unterschied zwischen Iphone und Ipad und zum anderen eine Lösung zum Drucken von AES256-verschlüsselten Dokumenten auf dem Iphone? Im Android-Umfeld funktionieren sowohl die Anzeige als auch der Druck reibungslos.

Can I have more than one Google Drive associated with my Adobe Acrobat mobile app? I have two different Google Drives and only one is showing when I try and save a file. If I can't have multiple drives, how do I change the existing one I have?
