I have subscribed till it's asking for subscription for permuim... App not working 

I purchased Adobe Acrobat Premium on my iPhone after I suddenly couldn't use my year subscription another two days before it expired? So the monthly one says it is good until September 24, 2024. Today is August 29th, 2024. However, when I go to restore purchases on my iPad it says my subscription is expired. I made sure it was linked with the same account and it is. I can use on my phone but not my iPad?? I have never had that issue before.

I tried to cancel a subscription before the free use ends, but it doesn't let me do it from the app nor website. How do I cancel ?

hi receiving downloaded PDF from Facebook Google handmade installed Adobe reader to open them now being told Adobe reader not installed think it is cuz that's what I'm talking to you on I have been running into issues for months I've been hacked nobody's recognizing or doing anything until very recently when I was able to send a short video showing three act of profiles well I was on Facebook on another profile so there's evidence there's proof the screenshots they allowed the original hack a child molester as a matter of fact in my local area I have evidence that tooed he put his name out there on me please I need help how do I get them from where they are to your app to open the damn things I have hours on this nonsense and I'm about done I'm 62 I'm a carpenter and I shouldn't have to be going through this crap       

Could someone please explain to me how to move a document from Notes to Adobe Acrobat?  When I try it the usual way, Adobe Acrobat does not accept it.  Thank you kindly. Linda

I am trying to cancel my subscription before the 7-day trial ends. In the app it's saying I'm subscribed. When I go to manage subscriptions nothing is there. How can I cancel since it's not giving me the option to?

I filled out an application and I sent it (emailed) it to someone cuz I need there signature. She tried to add her signature but it said "she needed access or permission" so.......What exactly does she mean by that? Or how do i grant her permission to make edits or add to the document??? Is it possible even??

El Acrobat premium no despliega algunos archivos pdf, las páginas se muestran en blanco. ¿Me pueden ayudar? 

When I open the same files through Google Drive or on my laptop, I can view the content of the files. However, the files keep showing up blank on the Acrobat app for iPad. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and the app is up-to-date. 

I have recently encounter image and wordings failed to display on ipad when opening file using adobe acrobat. I dont have this issue before and it is very frustrating that i m not able to do my work. I suspect is the latest update. Please help, if continue like this will distrupt my work.

After updating the lastest version of Adobe Reader on iOS, a lot of figures in my ebooks can't be displayed. However, while I tried to open some of them via the another apps, everything is normal. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible. Some my iphone screen captures are attached below 

On the Acrobat APP on my iPhone, the AI bubble blocks my documents even though I've disabled the AI. It's INFURIATING.   I can't even revert to an earlier version of Adobe Acrobat to get rid of AI feature because it's an APP.   Customer service via phone or email is nonexistent and a terrible reflection on the company, imo. Solutions?  No other PDF reader has liquid mode, otherwise I'd abondone Adobe completely.        [Question moved to the Acrobat Reader Mobile forum]

i purchased AI assistant for adobe in reliance on all the ads saying "AI assistant available across mobile devices!" and the specific ad in the app store which states that AI assistant is available on the ipad app. Even with uninstslling and reinstalling and my profile on the app specifucally showing "Acrobat Pro" and "AI Assistant" at the top, there is NO AI ASSISTANT in the app. I am using a 2024 ipad air with everything updated. Where is the assistant??

Hi, not sure for what reason, I am no longer able to choose my saved signature each time my colleague sends me a document to sign. Previously I was able to tap my save signature and click finish straight away. Now, every adobe request signature document sent to my email will request me to sign manually again and again before I can click finish. Why does this happen? I tried to save my signature my clicking save button after i sign, but it still prompts me to sign manually for the next document I receive. Pls help!

I've been trying to figure out what went wrong with my homework. My professor gives us a pdf that we have to fill in, and I've been doing it using the app because of how convenient it usually is. However, today I found out that I've lost mulitple hours of work. It's just gone. All the advice that I've been able to find has been with a computer, but I did this work on my phone. I was able to recover the first page of my work, but I have multiple pages that are still missing. I'm not sure why I can recover the 1st page (and I could only recover that page using my laptop. That first page still isn't showing up on my phone in the original file for some reason, so I made a copy of the original from my laptop and my phone's able to show it, I did use cloud storage). All of my edits to the pdf were drawings, if that makes a difference. I've used Adobe for my math classes for a year now, and I've never had this kind of issue before, and I had no issues when I used drawings on 20 pages of math

Je voulais vous informe`que: Un message automatique vient de m'informer que ma carte arrive à expiration, ce qui m'a poussé à vérifier mon compte et à découvrir que chaque mois, adobe avez continué à me facturer, alors que j'avais annulé mon abonememt.. Je me suis senti trahi.J'ai le plus grand respect pour le produit adobe, mais cela ne doit pas se faire au détriment de l'honnêteté. Je suis certain qu'il s'agit d'une erreur, et j'ai demandé de me rembourser la totalité des abonnements que je n'ai jamais utilisés et que je n'avais pas l'intention d'utiliser. Je me suis privé de cet outil important non pas parce que je n'en avais pas besoin, mais parce que je ne pouvais pas me le permettre.
