Acrobat SDK

I have a questionnaire that would be ideal for a fillable PDF, but am having trouble beyond the creation of the form. I have successfully created the form using Acrobat 9 Pro extended and it was really simple. However, when I went to save it on my computer what was saved was the pre-fillable format. I can’t seem to find a way to save it in the fillable format. The only way that I could open the form is by accessing it through Acrobat 9 Pro extended. My intention is that once the fillable format is saved on my computer, I would be able to send it to a client for them to complete and send it back to me. I tried sending the fillable version opened in Acrobat 9 Pro extended to myself, but when I open the attachment, the pre-filled version appeared.Once I learn how to properly save the fillable form, a follow-up question would be what my client needs (in terms of PDF software) on their side to view and fill in the form.I must be doing something basically wrong. I installed with serial number, after serial use, the pop up screen with 30 days use until expiration. I thought this is a full reversion? Do I need to subscript and pay for the monthly fee?

I created an interactive form to be filled in. I added an "email form" button at the bottom. I added two actions. on mouse down, it performs the submit action via email....mail to and on the mouse up click it resets the form to blank. On th ecomputer, it works great, but on the ipad, it blanks the form out first and then sends it to email, so I only just get a blank form.... are there special considerations for adapting a form for use on an iphone or ipad?I want the filled out form to email first and then return to the blank state by resetting.

My computer crashed and had computer repair install new operating system and when doing so I lost my adobe acrobat pro  I have serial number so is there a way to reinstall the program  if so please supply download link 

How can I change the label of a button in my acrobat form in to the value of combobox selection. and when the user click on the button it should navigate to the combobox?

Hi everyone, I have recently completed my first pdf form - its about 36 pages of goodness really like the software - it is a simple form (i work for the govt so thats why its only 36 pages) I am wondering if there is a feature in adobe to check for completeness of all fields - sort of like an autocheck if not and you can suggest how i could go about pushing a button and doing a check on the form for completeness that would be great any thoughts would be appreciated Martin

When I select text in Comment mode and start typing replacement copy, my cursor jumps to the front of the text, causing my words to go haywire. For example: I try to type "communication" and it comes out like "mmunicationco" - this is infuriating. It started after my latest update. Why is it doing this? How can I fix?

I combine PDFs (3-5) using Acrobat XI Pro on a PC running Windows 7. Every once in a while the print contractor gets a "Bad Bounding Box" Message and is unable to print the PDF. Is there a setting in PRO that might fix this? Any information would be appreciated.

I have Adobe Acrobat XI on my windows pc and I want to uninstall it and move it to another pc but the deactivate option is greyed out?I have tried uninstalling the product on the old pc and reinstalling on the new one and that does not work because I have met the max number of activiations.Any suggestions?

I've owned Adobe Acrobat Pro for several years.  I''m running Mac OS 10.9.5. Today, when I try to open Acrobat there's a window saying "The application "Adobe Acrobat Pro" can't be opened - 10810" Any intelligence re this?

I have been printing my house plans from my ipad using the apple pen to write on them with no problems until last week.  Now after I write my notes on my plans and hit print, the notes are not where I put them. Some of my notes don't even show up.

Greetings,No luck so far searching forums for help with this, so I apologize if it has already been answered somewhere.I have a few PDFs that my client wants watermarked for proofing purposes. I can add a watermark, set it up to say what I want, set the angle and opacity, etc... apply to all pages and even to multiple documents, no problem. But seems that no matter what I do, the watermark does not save with the document... so the next time I open it, it is completely gone. I'm sure I'm missing some very basic thing, but I've been through all the dialog boxes a few times and cannot seem to find my error. Can anyone enlighten me?Thanks for any help,Laura

My client cant print the pdf's I email him.He can open the pdf and it is even still visible on the print preview page but once he hits the print button a blank page is printed.I was not aware of any security settings applied to these documents?How can I undo this setting and allow the doc to be printed?

I used to be able to allow a document access without password but to restrict copying or changes in it. Now I cannot restrict changes unless I require a password. Is this a must? what can I do to restrict changes yet allow opening and printing?

I cannot open PDF files using Acrobat reader DC for two weeks, in my mac. When I click the pdf file I only see icon of the acrobat on my screen but not the file. The program is up to date. Anyone can help?

Cannot activate the adobe 9 pro on another Pc after deactivating and uninstall from old PC

When one of those three Fonts are present in the C:\Windows\Fonts Folder, Acrobat Distiller Crashes on Startup.Those Fonts are:"ntailub.ttf"               Shipped with Windows 10"ntailu.ttf"                 Shipped with Windows 10"OCRB10N.TTF"      Shipped with our ERP System for Printing InvoicesWhen i remove those Fonts from C:\Windows\Fonts, Acrobat Distiller works as usual.If i put them back to C:\Windows\Fonts, Acrobat Distiller crashes on Startup.We need the "OCRB10N.TTF" Font for Printing Invoices, so i can't remove it from C:\Windows\Fonts directory.What can i do ?Kind Regards,Daniel

Greetings forum,I currently have Adobe Acrobat Pro X with the most recent patch (I believe it was put out late 2015)My OS is Windows 10. Until this evening, my pdf's were opening fine.  I had a pdf open and then it just disappeared.  I tried to re-open it as well as other pdf's and nothing happens.  At first I thought this was an issue with Windows 10, as this also happens to some of their apps when trying to open.  However I am not sure this is the case.Has anyone else recently had this issue?Is there a way to fix this?  I am pretty sure that Pro X should still be usable, and that I would not need to upgrade to Pro X1...  Much appreciated.

Hello everyone,I am having a problem comparing documents using Acrobat 11 pro. The program is showing there are differences between the documents as it should however, the program is also showing that there is a difference between text in the documents when there is no difference. To test this i made a new document and only changed a few numbers in the document meanwhile it was showing alot of text as being different. The highlight displayed that it was using a different font however it is the exact same document thus using the same font.Any ideas what this could possibly be?

Hello,I switched to Acrobat DC and am having a lot of problems. I think the older version was easier to use, but maybe that is just me.I do not like Acrobat OCRing pages one-by-one as I scroll through them. It is disruptive and I would rather have it OCR the entire document at once, like Adobe 11 Professional did. So, I open a document and click "recognize text." It scans the whole document and converts it to searchable images. HOWEVER, when I begin scrolling page-by-page through the document, it still re-scans each page, one-by-one, disrupting my work. How can I fix this and make it like Adobe 11 Pro?Eli
