Adobe Acrobat Online

I'm trying to open a court form that is only available with PDF fillable smart form. I updated adobe to the latest version. I'm getting an error message that says it may not be configured properly. Using explorer. Can anyone help?

I am trying to convert a word document to a PDF on my Mac but the PDF changes all the formatting.  Why?

I have tried to reach someone at Adobe to help me and I keep going in circles. Your site makes it impossible to resolve a situation.On May 22, I was charged $103.68, then on July 14th, $38.23, then on August 16th $106.71. I was credited $23.94 on May 23rd, and $37.74 on August 5th. Please ask someone to contact me. I have been double billed by your company. I renewed my Send & Track license in June.  Following the update, I have no access to Send & Track at all.  I see the "share" function, but that is not the same.  Is my license for Send & Track of any use whatsoever, or should I request a refund?

We are a staff of 6 using Adobe DC paid monthly membership. Some of us can add the protection to PDFs to send to clients while some of us cannot. When we attempt to add it, it brings us to the page to sign up for a membership (when we already have one) any way to get multiple staff (under 1 sign in) to use the protection add on?

HiI need to upgrade my subscription from PDF pack to Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.  I get to a screen that gives me 3 options - 2 with a contract (annual or monthly) and one with no contract, but a higher monthly payment.  I select this final one, I don't want to be tied to longstanding payments as I probably won't need it and only have one project to do.  However I just end up in a loop, the next screen says it will cancel my PDF pack subscription and start the Pro one, and shows the correct monthly bill amount (Ok).  But when I press ' upgrade my current subscription' I end up with with a pre-selected / can't change option of the incorrect monthly annual contract.  What am I doing wrong or how do I successfully get the subscription I want?Many Thanks

I bought the service to convert PDF document to Word. When I tried it, it saved it as a "Word" document, but the whole thing is in "picture format" and won't let me edit, copy, paste or anything that I want to do with a text document. Can you help?

This is more of a feature request than a questions or discussion topic but I would love to see Adobe include "interactive" PDF as an option for when you include a PDF in a packaged INDD. Seems simple enough!?!

GraphPad Prism graph fonts are correct  in PowerPoint, but are markedly reduced in size in the PDF. Saving/pasting graphs as various photo formats did not resolve the problem.   Help.

I can send a document but I cannot send up to 50 photos any more. Adobe said they were going to eliminate this for new users but that I was grandfathered in.  Do I still have it?  If so, how do I access it?

I have Adobe PDF Exporter.  But I cannot export PDFs as the option is light - it is not a chooseable option.  Regrettably, Adobe tells me they have not the experts to assist me on the phone/online, that I have to ask this question even though I'm trying to do my work right now, and wait for whenever someone answers me. BUT REALLY, I NEED ADOBE TO LOOK AT MY ADOBE PDF EXPORTER AND SEE FOR YOURSELF IT DOES NOT WORK.

I recently purchased a new laptop as replacement for one which is no longer operational. I need to download/transfer my subscription Adobe PDF Pack to the new machine. No where in my Adobe Account do I see where I was ever asked for information about the old laptop and I have had the PDF Pack since 2016. Instructions I have found on line refer to a block where I am to deactive the old laptop, etc. Anyone know how to help a technically challenged retired lady with this problem?

I bought a subscription to Adobe Export PDF in August and it hasn't worked. When I try to use it, I get taken to the payment page. I've used it in the past and it worked fine. Any ideas, please? I've tried to contact Customer Services, but the website is faulty - the page keeps jumping back to the top and I can't scroll down.

I just signed on, paid my yearly fee, exported a file from PDF to Word and it came up gibberish. How do I contact someone to either fix this or cancel my subscription? Hi - I have moved my company to Australia from the UK. I have updated my region details to Australia and entered my new Australian credit card details but it would not let me change to UK postcode in the payment screen. I am now in Australia so pay GST not VAT. Can this be amended? Thanks    

Where do I locate my software / download the PDF pack I just bought?

Hi there,I have created a PDF in InDesign and exported it as an interactive PDF. This shows up fine on my desktop, but when I open it in some applications (ie. on my phone or ipad) the links dont work and sometimes the images associated with the links also don't show.Is there a way to fix this?Thanks!
