PDF document consisting of a lot of excel tables can`t be converted -> converting error.

I have an account - prepaid - so I can convert pdf to word but every time I try it sends me back to the subscription page!

Hi, I downloaded Adobe PDF Pack to convert files from Word to PDF but the files are modified and so can not be used. I'm not satisfied with the service. is there a way to cancel the subscription and request a refund?

I am using windows 10 on my desktop and have just upgraded to include the Adobe pdf pack. I am trying to convert an image file in pdf to either gif, jpg, bmp, or tif. But cannot find where I am given any of those options when I open the file and try to convert.  Help anyone?

I've subscribed to convert files from PDF to Word.  Quality of conversion is so bad that I want to cancel subscription.  I've tried to access chat through the "contact us" but just end up in the same loop.  How can I resolve this?

This is ridiulous.  I am trying to purchase a service and I get a notice to contact customer service regarding my purchase.  My credit card thought it was fraud so declined the purchase.  I notified them that the purchase was ligit.  I went back and tried to put the purchase through again and I am told to contact customer service.  And there is no phone number?  So what do I do?

I just purchased the Adobe Export to Excel program and it is not what I expected. I tried to export a 1099 from my stock broker and it did not go well.  Can I cancel the purchase?Not happy with that export program I purchased a few minutes ago.  Can I cancel the purchase?

I have an annual subscription to Adobe Send and Track.  My company recently dropped their license for Adobe Acrobat DC.  Now my "Send and Track" does not work in Outlook.  It says my Adobe ID cannot be found and I need to log in to Acrobat.  How can I fix this?

I have an active subscription but I am unable to use it is constantly advising me that a critical error has occurred unable to fetch files. I have tried different browsers and tried to access when opening a pdf with no success??

Been using this successfully for almost a year.  Today, it won't convert.  Says I am not connected to the internet.  I upgraded to Adobe Reader DC.  No difference. I tried to log into exportpdf.acrobat.com.  Says there is a critical error.  "unable to fetch base_uris from files tier".Is this a systemic issue?  Something that is being worked on?  If so, can't they post something?  Or is it just me?  And how to I fix it?  I use the conversion a LOT.

1. my pdf file is in landscape format which i need to rotate and save in portrait format.  I can rotate but it does not save.2. I am not able to convert the file to excel. Many times it fails and even if it converts, I am not getting a properly converted file3. My pdf file is in my C drive.  Will it help if I move it to either dropbox or one drive?

when I convert a pdf, the screen changes to internet and show me the site where I can purchase a account. But I already have a export account. And I'm logged on, so that can't be the problem.

I need to edit a pdf (add/delete) text but when I open it from acrobat.com the edit/delete text option does not appear in edit

For some reason I can't export to word - it takes me to subscription page where it recognises I already have product. can anyone help?
