Any ideas on why keep getting error message when trying to upload files?

Since I upgraded my Adobe Suite I now can not convert files to Word documents. The following message appears: An error occurred while trying to access the service

I need support for my Adobe Export product once the debt in credit card was done and I cannot use the account

I'm a new, first time free trial user.  Two q's:Can I send a client a link to a pdf form in my cloud - that they then access, fill out, sign and submit and save securely?And can the same link be sent to a different client who does the same?Thanks much -  Seth

Hello - I struggle to use the Pack from my pdf interface.  Am systematically redirected to Adobe's Internet page (my Adobe account), but can't find the applications from that page.

I'm wondering why when I have my subscription renewed and when I'm logged in I receive the error message and it won't convert - in the past I could do it from the adobe site but that's not working

I signed up and gave Adobe my payment for Adobe PDF pack, Annual.  Yet it seems to think I need to "use a free trial for 7 days".  Why hasn't it recognized I have already paid for the software???

I already purchased Adobe Export PDFI am logged in to my account which shows I have the Export abilities above.and when I hit the Convert button it opens a Adobe "BUY" page in the browser and tells me to upgrade my account. My account includes conversion, so why is this not working? I am in the Adobe Reader DC page like I always am to see my PDFs. The convert button is on the right, it shows the file I want to convert to Word, but when I click on Convert...it leads me back to "you need to upgrade" page belowPricing | Export PDF

I am working on a document and need to send it to someone else to look at. I purchased the package where I can convert the doc to a Word doc. But every time I ask it to convert the doc, it takes me back to the pricing page. The pricing page says that I have already purchased the item. It will not let me convert this doc, please help!

I purchased Adobe Export pdf but when I click to export to a word document from Acrobat Reader it just takes me to an online page wanting me to buy the plan to allow me to do so.  I have signed in and in My Account I can see that the Export PDF plan is valid.  How can I then export a pdf file to a word one?
