Hello, its more than difficult to get support (> simple answers to a simple questions from a customer).  Me, I am a german and I cant talk to no Adobe service in my country. A simple formular to fill and send would be easier (if its easy to find). So here is my question:I would like to test the Adobe PDF Pack before buying. Is this possible? (I would be glad to optain an email-adress for a dialogue in german.)Thx

I just saw that the Adobe PDF Pack has auto-renewed from my bank account. I was told from the beginning that I could edit pdf's with this PDF Pack, so I downgraded from Acrobat DC in 2017, which was much more expensive. I cancelled my pdf pack account today, hoping I might get a refund. I can't seem to chat or email anyone, so is it not possible to get a refund?

Hello, i'm new to Document Cloud. I'm mostly using Acrobat Reader in combination with the Document Cloud for university studies. I wanted to collect all my lectures in several folders. Those folders should be named: 1. semester, 2. semester,... and so on! When I reach the number of "10", the folder with the name "10. semester" is not sorted correctly after the folder "9.semester"! Instead it is sorted after folder nr. 1 ?! By the way, this sorting problem only exists on my mac, my iPad/iphone shows the correct sorting!Can somebody help me? Thank you in advanceChristoph

Hi, I have a subscription to DC and recently the updates have been failing with error 1646 "uninstallation of the update package is not supported".  Research said to uninstall DC.  When i try that i get "uninstallation of the patch package is not supported".  What do i do next?

When I convert a banking account statement to excel it puts all the transaction descriptions in one cell. The date and amount are put in the correct rows but the description does not match?

It is not allowing me to convert PDF's into word or excel or anything.  It just sends me to the pricing page.  I paid for a year in May but have never gotten it to work for me

We have the Adobe PDF pack to be able to combine files at work. I've been using it for a couple months now and have had no issues. This past week or so, when I choose my files and click combine it goes through the whole process of uploading, but then when I try to combine it tells me there is already an operation in progress (there isn't) and I can either delete or cancel. If I hit delete it all goes away so that i can start over, but then tells me that my uploads have failed. If I hit cancel, it looks like it might still be trying to combine the files, but it just spins forever and doesn't actually do anything. Does anyone know how to fix this? I've tried erasing my browser history in case it's still trying to work on something that I'm not aware of. I'm not really sure where to go from here. I was hoping the issue would have resolved itself by now.

We have Adobe Export PDF for Acrobat DC, but when we sign into the program it crashes within seconds. When we sign out it's fine. Tried uninstall and reinstall as well as troubleshooting crash guide from Adobe. Any suggestions for this?
