Adobe Acrobat Online

I want to convert an Adobe PDF to a powerpoint.  I have the Adobe Export PDF subscription, but it is saying that I am unable to do this.Please help@

This is the worst service I have ever been hoodwinked into buying  After paying for their conversion all the document that now says it is a docx file just sits there while a little circle goes round and round in the upper bar.  There is no way to contact these crooks and I don't know how I will get my money back on an obviously fraudulent system.  The help take you i a circle that always leads to the forums.  No phone numbers or chat options.  I will try to get there people reported.  Has anyone else had this problem? Please reply we may be able to make a case.

I subscribe to Export pdf. After a computer crash and reinstalling Windows 10 I downloaded Acrobat DC but Export takes me to a purchase page. How do I reactivate Export?

Let start with - I am not techie! I can't even work out how to post to the forum - everything seems to conspire to prevent me asking my question. Adobe phone support could not help. I have a new laptop. I have a subscription for Adobe Export. I want to download Adobe export to my new laptop. I have gone to my cloud account. It shows Adobe Export in my subscription plan but only offers me a download option to buy. I've already bought it, I have no desire to pay for it twice. HELP!

I had a problem with my computer.  I lost all adobe PDF programs.  When I go into my account I can not figure how to down load the programs I paid for.  How do I find the download?

I have two simultaneous accounts. I don't know why. One of them just renewed in February 2018 and is scheduled to renew again in February 2019. The other I'm not sure about because I could get the information yesterday but today I can't. However, neither of the accounts work because I bought a new computer which came with a trial period of Adobe, and now that the trial period is over, it wants me to buy. No, I'm not buying. Normally logged in, and Document Cloud can load my file lists. But I can't open/download any of my file in Document Cloud. A window pop up saying Adobe Document Cloud is still working on your last operation. And the most important part is I can still rename the files.What I've tried:1. Repair the installation. 2. I bought Adobe Export back in December 2017 and the subscription is still active. I've opened a PDF file today and want to convert it to a Word doc. When I follow the Export PDF links in the document I get directed to the Adobe Subscribe Now service. I already have this product so why is it not activating when I go to export a PDF? When I try to convert PDF documents into a Word document, I get an error message when the converted version should be uploaded.

I have converted a pdf to a powerpoint, I can see it on the clod storage but the download hangs

I paid to be able to convert from pdf to word doc..and when it is converted it's a big mess...how do I contact a support tech?? Or even contact the damn company to get my money back?? 

When I click on the photo section of the document in adobe it opens my computer index of files. Then I locate the photo to upload click on it and click on open. Typically that would send the photo to where ever you are trying to upload it to. But it isn't working. It's a jpeg file which adobe dc reader supports. I just can't figure it out?

In the old Adobe Pro XI you could create a signature block for multiple signatures so all the recipient had to do was click and add sign, but this new version doesn't seem to have this option? Am I missing something? How do it do this? I have searched the web site and get nothing?
