I recently bought Adobe Export PDF. Now whenever I run Norton Backup, I receive and error message indicating that the backup failed beacuse of unidentified encrypted files in my backup attempt. When I try to open a PDF file to convert to Word Doc I get this pop-up saying "Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file.  You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item. Why not, I paid for Adobe Reader to do this on my computer.

I just got ExportPDF and I am trying to convert a PDF to a Word document.  The conversion occurs but the Word Document is not editable.  I need to be able to copy and paste from the converted Word document but it is still acting like a PDF.  When you try and highlight something it acts like the text is a picture.  If you click on a line it will put brackets around the line and let you copy it but you cannot swipe the line or paragraph and you cannot select a portion of the text.  This is going to be useless to me and I am going to have to copy the whole document - what a waste of time and money. Please HELP.

Hi there, Wondering if there's an easy way to track the number of times a PDF is opened. Essentially, we have PDFs uploaded on our site, but often a single download can result in thousands of opens across an organization. We'd like to track how often a PDF is opened across its "lifespan". Is this possible? Thanks,David
