My combine icon is showing add and not allowing access it is part of my plan - is there an issue at present ?

Since some weeks it does not appear the export-pdf function neither when my abobe software is running nor when I am connected and logged and online. So, I have pre-paid the service pdf-export, but I do not receive the service! How can I do to obtain the possibility to export and translate in word format my pdf files?

My Adobe reader won't allow me to sign in and convert documents. I have to go to the cloud to do it now. Does Reader just suck now, or is there some trick? This is a major degradation of functionality. Thanks Adobe!

All I want to do is convert an excel doc to a pdf. I ALREADY PAID FOR THE ADOBE CONVERTER program, lol. Now when I hit the 'converter box' it sends me to PRICES. No phone number for Adobe. Any suggestions? By the way I have used the converter at the adobe website twice before, no problem.

HiI have my pack for the past 3 years.Before, with my pack at 50€ / year, I was able to convert all PDF doc onto Word. But now, If I want to convert the PFD I get on a page which ask me to pay 18€/month.Why can't I convert the doc anymore?

Please contact your IT Administrator to gain access, or try to sign in with Adobe ID, on the bottom of column says Your current plan is Adobe Export PDF which is also stated in my account, when I sign in with my ID. I've uploaded a PDF to be exported, but don't have the option to select the format, and the convert button is blank. When I select the convert button the document uploads, but then stalls converting and never completes. Any advice?

So, I have a document that is basically powerpoint slides in a PDF format. I've successfully converted them to a word document, but it basically still keeps the slides as pictures within the new word document.
