After converting from pdf to docx, the table is not coming properly. The text inside the table comes as a paragraph and the table borders come as an image. 

Hi, I created an intake packet with consent forms for my clients and then uploaded into a web form. When I created the web form it gave me a link that I can send to my clients to complete. Do I need to make a new link for each individaul client or can I just use the same link and then each person sends me back their own signed documents? Thanks!

Hi Community, I need to fill in some information in a generated PDF document (I received it via email - the related text fields are not active, so no text can be added, the doc also not pass-protected or related). Since I'm having trouble while adding text to predefined text fields, I thought I'd try and find the answer in the Community. Please see attached screenshot and let me know your proposals. The red marked fields have to be fulfilled accordingly. By hand not a very effective solution as the doc has several pages. Your efforts are very much appreciated. Best regards,Adrian

When using the Export PDF service on acrobat.adobe.com or in Adobe Acrobat Reader to convert a file with the name file name "report.pdf" to any format, it fails with the error message "An error has occurred which stopped the processing of the PDF.". Screenshot attached.If the file is renamed to anything else, even something like "report1.pdf", it is able to be exported.

i want to cancel subscription PLEASE HELP ME

I was wondering how to cancel my subscription? I thought I only signed up for one year. Last month I noticed from my bank  that I was charged on my credit card, but didn't get any notification from Adobe that I was being going to be charged for another year or renewed. I honestly did not know why ADOBE was charging me. Thought it could be fraudulent, since I did not authorize ADOBE or any other party to charge my card. I tried to dispute the charge through my credit union, but told me to contact you. I was unsuccessful in trying to find a contact number until I saw this forum.  Can you please cancel my subscription and any refund that is applicable. I would greatly appreciate it.

Frustratingly, I have the same problem as many other users.I have "Adobe Export PDF" plan active, I have confirmed that through my account details. My plan is also listed as active on the bottom right-side of the page in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC--the application has no functionality at all. I cannot even File-->save as, none of the drop down menus actually "drop down." The application and service is not functional, and I have been paying monthly for this, and this has been a problem for at least 3 months, but I haven't sought help because the "support" button offers me no help except for this "community forum," and I haven't had the time or desire to reach out via this method--I'm not expecting much help as I see others haven't had any luck.It really is a shame that your new Adobe Acrobat suddenly stopped working, and users without the "full-boat" plan have virtually no customer support available to them. For shame!

I have an email from a company I will be working for. They want me to sign the paper. I have adobe acrobat but can't find out how to sign the paper and it also says it can't open ZIP files. I don't know how to transfer the paper to the email either. Can anyone explain it to me? Thansk.

Hi all. I have a pdf report that was likely an excel or something similar at one time. There is a column in the report and i want to delete that column or the content as it has names in it. When I use the Edit Pdf function, each name in the column has a text box around it. I can highlight the first one and go all the way to the bottom of the page but not one to the remaining 138 pages. Thus I would need to do this 139 times and i hope there is a better way. Does anyone know one?

I've tried uploading several files of different sizes in different browsers and in the Adobe program for Mac and repeatedly get a conversion failure alert after the file has uploaded and spent several minutes processing the conversion. Since I just subscribed to the Adobe Export service, I hope it will work soon or I will need my money back.

Hi. I am trying Acrobat Pro Online. I normally subscribe to the basic PDF to Word conversion feature. The reason I am trying Acrobat Pro is to check out the 'Retain Flowing Text' option when converting to Word, as decribed here https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/acrobat/how-to/convert-pdf-retain-page-layout.html Is this feature available in Acrobat Pro Online? I can't see it anywhere. Or do I need to download and install the desktop software? Thanks
