Adobe Acrobat Online

Hi,New to Document Cloud, just started to experiment with it by uploading some of my PDFs to the Cloud. So far so good. However, when I tried to search for an uploaded file, I discovered, to my surprise, that the Metadata has gone... This makes the search just by the filename very limited.  Did I miss something?Thanks,Ilan Fono

I have has to reboot my machine to factory setting and I am only 2 weeks into the trial. I have tried for 2 days to get assistance from Adobe as to my monthly subscription or download & how to reinstall or continue using the product. Excuse me it was not a trial it was a monthly fee of I believe S24.00. I was planning on including or upgrading to the other packages as I currently use Coral Draw and would like the real thing! I cancelled the subscription due to the fact I received no assistance I resorted to writing in this forum as even with a paid subscription I cannot get a human to help me. Whenever I follow a link for assistance I just get more ''questions wanting to know my product password and product type'' - I do not know if its Adobe + GHA Exceptional or PhotoITT + Special features if you get my point. Hello,I have been having issues recently with downloading the converted PDF document from my Adobe document cloud account. The conversion seems to work fine and I had no issues in downloading the documents until last week. I am using Chrome Browser. Any help is very much appreciated as this is impacting my productivity.Thanks,Sridhar S

I just tried to convert a pdf to word.  It sort of worked I guess, but this form was a form with blank lines in it to be filled in.  You could type in the body of the text, but on some lines, it put a box around the text and you could not type into it.  Or your typing was in the middle of the line.  I am not sure if I am doing something wrong or not.

I've already paid the membership fee so that I can convert PDF files to Word documents, but this membership (according to the website) is also supposed to allow conversion from PDF to PPTX (Powerpoint) format, too. I'm trying to convert PDF to Powerpoint but Adobe will not convert and keeps asking me to log in. How do I resolve this? I've already paid the fee but still cannot convert the file to the desired format.

Since I bought Adobe Export PDF, all my Word.docx Documents get turned into Pdf Docs. How can I deactivate the supposed "turn Word docs automatically into Pdfs"?Need urgent help, as I have to toil with WORD Docs, i.e., write, eliminate, correct, copy, paste etc. etc. which is NOT any more posible once the doc is turned into a PDF doc.Thank you very much beforehand

I have placed an order for a PDF Pack on 13/07/2015 AD003035136UK and found that the product was not suitable for my work. I cancelled the order four hours after I bought it.But I cannot get a reply from Adobe and I see from their website that they reply within 48 hours. Can you help? Thanks. Rosemary

How do I download the old edition of Adobe I had with just edit features only? There was a toolbar in upper right where I could just add text initials sigs etc. Is there a download link?

Hello,I use the Adobe cloud feature on my Windows PC and Apple iPad Air.  I was working on a document, and had highlighed and annotated it in the Adobe App.  Then I updated the app, and all of my changes were gone.  They weren't in the cloud, they weren't on my device - it was like I had never read or worked on it. How do I recover my edits/highlighting? 

Adobe PDF does wonderful job when it comes to converting PDF file into Word document. However, I want to know if there is anyway to convert my numerous PDF files into Word without me having to go through each and of them clicking and affirming questions for conversion? For example, there is an option to convert numerous files into PDF format just by checking a box to indicate the ones that I want them to be converted. However, I do not see this option when it comes to converting a PDF into Word format. I need to go through them each and individually, checking various things such as destination folders.It would really save me some time, since I wouldn't need to sit in front of my laptop, manually clicking away.

HiI tried to use Fill&Sign on one PDF I had to fill ... but when selecting the file I get an error message: editing restrictions - not supported. But I can't see what is the problem. The PDF allows filling and  signing... see attached screenshot. How do I know what is wrong? Best regards, Manni

How can I highlight documents I am reading in the online version of Adobe Document Cloud. I can do this in the mobile app, but not on the desktop. There are no tools visible to do this, as far as I can see.

How do I UNINSTALL this POS?  I can't believe Adobe put this on my 'puter as an update; functionally speaking, it's a throwback to the 1980s.  Need to get back to the Adobe we all knew and loved a month ago...
