I need help getting an AdobelPCBroker pop up box off my screen when I start up my computer. Help!
I'm a student and had my student status verified on February 28. However, on my bank statement from March 12 I see that I've been charged full price for my plan. There is no help to be found in FAQ and Help Centre. How can I get in contact with someone from Adobe to fix this? Thanks!
The network I use while working is managed and downloads are restricted. Only certian people have access to the full array of ADOBE tools through Acrobat Pro. However, I pay for my own Acrobat license which I have on my personal computer at home (I am not bringing work home with me and not getting paid for it). That said, I am only given standard access to Acrobat Reader on my work computer at work, but if I were able to create fillable forms it would make my life so much easier. I need to know if there is a solution to create, doenload, and save a fillable PDF, using only the Document Cloud web based system? I know how to upload, convert and edit a Word or Excel documentusing the Document Cloud but there does not seem to be an option for adding fillable fields. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Installation perfekt, Lizenzvetrag bestätigz. dann die Fehlermeldung,Sie kann nicht überprüft werden, da ich angeblich keine onlineverbindung hätte, stimmt aber nicht.Kann jemand helfen ??
My company is new to Adobe online. We'd like to be able to accomplish the following, but we're not sure if it's supported by any of the Adobe cloud products. Here are our needs: Upload a PDF document to the cloud"Assign" that document for editorial review (annotations) by a particular individual. Even if this isn't directly supported, how might we achieve it? When that individual is done making annotations, they "assign" it to someone else Request "sign-off" or approval from any individualEveryone working on the document is a licensed user in our organization, if that helps. Thanks in advance!
Starting on 4 days ago our Sharepoint/Adobe Acrobat intergration started throwing error 403's and a few "You may not have permission to access the SharePoint file being used in this workflow." on other files. Not sure what has changed as we were able to open the files before.Any ideas on what I should check? Vic
I purchased Adobe PDF pack in January and I cannot use it. I am trying to licence it and it is asking for my serial number. I am looking at the invoice but don't see a serial number
If we save an outlook message in .eml format to a sharepoint site. Then anyone with the Adobe Cloud add-in, opening that email will see a copy of that email saved to their own outlook (even if they are Not in the TO: or CC: fields). Disabling the Add-in will prevent that from happening when the .eml message is opened. Anyone else see that?
How do I replace old credit card details with my new credit card details for automatic renewal?
I've been scanning and downloading my documents fine with the free account and app and now they won't download. Can you help me sort this out? I'm a bit over the hard sell to upgrade and time wasted trying to complete a simple task that has worked well until now. Thanks!
Why did this change? It used to open any .pdf in the Adobe app. Now it opens online like the attachment and it's extremely annoying. Why would you/they add extra steps and make this so complicated? How do I complain/send Feedback on this? Does anyone know if there is a way to default back to the original way to open documents online? thank youCorrinna
Good morningSince this morning i can not acces to my adobe cloud document (invoice that it is with status not approuved). I don't understand why and i have message error. Cloud you help me?
Hello,I am hoping there is a solution using Fill & Sign where I can send a document out for pre-approval (someone reviews and approves the potential work), then have someone complete the form, and send the document around for final approval signatures. Is there a way to do this using Adobe or does anyone know of a workaround?Thank you.
Hello everyone, When you try to open a PDF with desktop app in SharePoint Online > "Open in Adobe Document Cloud" > "https://documentcloud.adobe.com/spodintegration" > "Open in Desktop App" Error The filename directory name or volume label syntax is incorrect. How to solve this error?

If I try to use the online function to combine pdf files and I click on UPLOAD FILES always a popup menue appears and request for a paysble abonnement. Why? No chance to use the function which is offered for free.
I have various cloud-based documents, including OneDrive, Dropbox, and Creative Cloud files, mirrored on my Mac OSX (MacBook) computer as subdirectories. These sync back and forth to the cloud-based directories. I recently started to use the Adobe Scan app (downloaded to my iPhone) to scan receipts, corporate documents like licenses, etc. instead of using a traditional scanner. By default, the Adobe Scan documents end up in a default "Adobe Scan" folder in my Adobe Document Cloud account. How can I get Document Cloud, and its subdirectories/folders like Adobe Scan, to mirror onto my MacBook? How do I add Document Cloud to my MacBook Finder?
I have been trying for the past 2 hours to get assistance from someone through the chat with cancellation of my supposed adobe acrobat subscription that I had no awareness of but apparently was being charged for the last several months for. Every person I've chatted with stated they can give me three months free and if they cancel I will be charged a large amount, then disconnecting from the chat. How do I resolve this? I did not agree to this subscription and at this point am getting ready to cancel my entire account including my valid subscription for photoshop I've had for years.
When trying to combine files using Adobe Acrobat Pro I recieve an error message stating that there was an error encountered while combining files. This happens to any document that is not in PDF format and it happens if the file is located locally or on a network share. I have tried multiple solutions posted in other forums but nothing seems to work. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Creative cloud and Acrobat. Ran the repair installation option. Removed multiple registry keys possibly related to the issue. Rebooted multiple times during these tasks. Tried running the program as an administrator and in compatability view. Nothing seems to have fixed the issue. I will add screenshots of the version of adobe and OS.
I am getting an error from Adobe, which opens by itself and gives the message "There was an error opening this document. The document could not be found." The problem is that I am not trying to open a document. And when I open another document, this error pops up and seizes the program, so I have to click on it to go away, sometimes 10 or 15 times in a row. Anyone know what's going on, and why Adobe thinks it needs to open a specific document, which is never listed? How do I get this to stop? How do I figure out what document it's trying to open? Thanks,
Is there a way to create a link, in Adobe, that people outside of our organization can upload files to?
Hello, We use lots of Chromebooks at workplace. Our employees have them saved in Google Drive and open them with the Adobe Actobat web extension to edit the PDFs. The ones that could be edited in the past online are now having a red pop up message saying "This form contains fields that you can only fill in using the Acrobat desktop app.". Is there anyway around this so the PDFs can still be edited online? Thanks!
We're new to Adobe Acrobat online. We're trying to collaborate with multiple users using Acrobat online. It looks like once you share the document with someone, the Text comment tool disappears/is disabled. Is this a feature, bug, or license issue? Thanks in advance.

Recently bought the Adobe Acrobat Export PDF license. I'm able to export full PDF documents to Excel. However, when trying to export a selection to Excel, it prompts me to rebuy the license. How can you export a selection from your PDF or only certain pages?
