Adobe Acrobat Online

Hi all,I'm using Adobe online to add comments to a PDF. The file is saved to the cloud, but none of my changes are saving: when I mouse over the cloud icon at the top of the screen, the text reads 'your changes will be saved shortly'. I can't navigate away or download a copy of the file; attempting to do so brings up a 'Something went wrong: Acrobat couldn't process your request' error message.Is there any solution to this problem, or will I simply have to lose all my comments?

With the latest update, shared reviews no longer have an "Open in Acrobat" button to enable quick access to reviewing files in the full program rather than in a limited web browser. Now it's buried in a sub menu, and I'm getting a lot of complaints. The help documentations still says there should be a button at the top of the page. Is this a planned (bad) update or is there something we can do to restore this function? 

Our Company has Adobe Team licenses for Adobe Acrobat Pro. This includes E-sign tools as stated in the license and other accounts within the same licensing group have the required tools. For our account, we are missing the Create a Template for e-sign agreements. The only option we have is Fill & Sign or Add a signature. I've attached a picture showing that we just have those two options, but nothing more. Could I get some insight why we may be missing the other E-sign tools?

Good morning!At my office we use Gmail for our client-facing email and when we receive attachments we have to print the email as a PDF and then combine the attachments into one document before printing it to our virtual printer which sends it to a database queue. This has all worked perfectly fine until about a month ago when occasionally, but somewhat frequently, when combining files I get an error in Acrobat stating it can't convert a file to PDF... but the file it's referencing is already a PDF. If I open the PDF on its own and then import the other pages everything works fine. Does anyone know why this error could be happening? I can still get the job done using the import method but being able to select all the files and then click "combine in Acrobat" is much faster and I have to do hundreds of such emails a day.Thanks in advance!

Hi,If antone can help that would be great.We are having issues with a customer contract whilst using Fill & Sign.They can fill it in using the functionality, thats not a problem.This issue is that sometimes the customers signature does not save properly to the pdf and all it renders is a black line.Any ideas? Currently using Adobe Reader XI (11.0.08). I am checking my hard drive for a hard to find virus. When I searched for *.exe files, I discovered that I have 104 (one hundred and four) copies of the following *.exe files: AdobeARM, AdobeARMHelper, AcrobatUpdater, and ReaderUpdater. Copies of those files go back as far as Reader Version 9.4.For example, in the following directory, I have 18 folders with numbers from 137 to 27270 and a 19th folder with my user name. I am desperately trying to convert a 10 page Form 1099-B PDF to an excel sheet. When I go to convert it, excel doesn’t translate it correctly. Even if I were to copy and paste a number item from the PDF, it still does not translate properly.   For example, if I try to covert or copy and paste the number 395.49, it converts to F,1o5, I don’t understand and I really do not want to have to manually type out each individual cell. Please Help!!

I'm having some issues saving, and editing with the text cursor. at times these icons are not visible for use. also printing to file in lieu of saving is not available in the adobe print setting either.im also using a mac.

I'm struggling to edit the Red Arrows aircraft and smoke over the sky. I have masked the Sky and Inverted, but it obviously has problems distinguishing between Cloud and Smoke. And I have tried Subject, but it captures some but not all the aircraft & smoke. I obviously want to brighten the aircraft and boost the red colour uniformly but I can't. Any ideas pls? Just part of the image below.

I am running it on a Chromebook. In the past I've been able to produce PDF files to my file album then review them by clicking on them. Now when I attempt to open a PDF file I receive an error code 404 saying that it can find no app to run that kind of file. I have install the acrobat extension in my Chromebook and it still does not open PDF files.

When I highlight the PDF's on my desktop I want to combine, right click and select combine files. It does nothing, no pop up, no error message, no binder created. But, it only does this when I already have a pdf open, any pdf, not even one currently included in the files to be combined. When I close the PDF it lets me combine them. But sometimes it lets me combine pdfs even if a pdf is already open, so it's not consistant. What is the reason for this and is it a setting I can turn off?  Adobe version is Adobe Acrobat DC 22.001.20169.0

I've been using Adobe Export PDF for years. I had 6 pdfs to convert to Word. 4 of the pdfs converted, 2 will not. They just sit there. Is there a fix?Nevermind. As soon as I finally asked this question, now it's working.

I have had 2 payments charged to my card from adobe. And when I go online to check, I do have an account yet no plan has been selected and no card details are added. I was unable to save my changes (adding text, etc.) when editing PDF documents in Acrobat online.I tried another browser and cleared the cache, but it hasn't resolved the issue.
