Previous Abobe DC version Better than New Upadated Abobe DC. Very Slow PDF Generation Process. Its take upto 10-15 minutes to Genearate PDF in Adobe DC.

I am trying to combine some PDF files but I get following messages (see attachment)Can someone help me with this please?   

When trying to use the Fill and Sign requests signature feature I recive an error. For the desktop I get "Access denied, you do not have access to the service. please contact your IT administrator to gain access." Please help

Just installed Acrobat Pro DC. Not working out. How do I switch back to Acrobat Pro XI?

Hello!I've only just installed this software so i'm still trying to get the hang of it. The most basic explaination/solution (if there is one) will be greatly appreciated! Basically I have created a dynamic stamp to use at work, the stamp itself ia a box with 4 seperating lines which have a job title on each line and then a space for a signiture next to it. The purpose of this is so we can send the document around the relevant departments and get everybody's signiture to say they have approved the contents of the document. There are two problems,  firstly, I am having great difficulty finding the file of the dynamic stamp to send to my colleagues and secondly I am not able to get the signitures to sit on top of the stamp as required. Currently we are 'printing as pdf' on each document but this is very time consuming and I hoped there might be a better way of doing it. Any advice would be appreciated.  

I believe this is an Adobe issue, as I am a notary also, and can't get a full page to print on legal.  I starts printing about 4 inches down on the second legal size paper.  It will print corectly on only one page, but if there are multiple legal pages the 2nd and on print too low, and the bottom is cut off.  This only started happening on February 9, when Adobe did an upgrade.  I spent 4 hours on the phone with Canon trying to troubleshoot this problem, with no luck.  I uninstalled and reinstalled the Canon drivers.  Then was told if it didn't work, to uninstall and reinstall Adobe Acrobat Reader, which I did.  And still no help Adobe, please fix this last bad update so all of us can print documents correctly again like we did before you last update.

When marking up a PDF with comments, clicking the @ symbol below automatically populates a few email addressses. How do I disable this?

When I try to print pages in Adobe, it's not picking up the correct size paper. If you see in the pic the paper size for the printer I have selected should be 36"x24". But it keeps printing an 11x8.5. Yesterday it was working fine, and now today it won't switch to the correct size paper for the printer selected. Any suggestions on whats happening?

I'm assuming this is either a new windows update issue or an adobe update issue and both have updated for me in the last 24 hours and left me with a problem. I'm a notary who prints a lot and need the auto page source by pdf to work, its stuck in letter whether is selected or not. I print whole packages with various page sizes. This is a huge problem if someone can help it would be great, I've already uninstalled and reinstalled the printer. This was a problem first effecting my desktop and now my laptop too 

I'm using Adobe Acrobat Pro on a PC. About three days ago, I started getting an error message while trying to add images. It doesn't matter what format the image is in. When I try to insert the image, I get an "unknown error" message (see attachment) and I'm told "the selected image could not be converted and placed in the document." Nothing has changed with respect to my system in the last few days. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.  

Is it possible to add my Dropbox account to AA Online the same way as in Acrobat Pro DC for MacOS and Acrobat Reader in iOS mobile devices?

My yearly adobe pdf export membership was just billed out againand now when I try to save a document pdf, it just comes up with a dark save as screen and won't do anything (won't save or go to anywhere to save as).  I have always been able to save or save as before (last two years) but now neither function works and seems related to the date of the paying (it did charge my bank account, so I know that is not the issue). Anyone can help me? none of the fill and sign options work either.

Hello! I uploaded some pdf to my document cloud and if I highlight text from the app of my phone when I open the pdf on document cloud in my PC I can't see the highlights. It wasn't  always like this, a few months ago I could highlight something on my phone and the see it on the pc. (I'm sorry for my English)  Thank you!! 

I have a letterhead in MS Word which includes a curved header in Benguiat Frisky font.  The free Adobe on-line Word to PDF converter always incorrectly renders this header.  Is there anything I can do to solve this problem?  (I currently have to print the Word document, then scan it into PDF format.)  I can suppy copies of the scanned document and the various results the converter has produced, if it helps.  Thanks in advance for any suggestions. 

Hello,I accidentally unshared a document, how can I share it again? (I have not deleted the file, it just reads 'unshared'). I'm on the Acrobat Pro DC Mac version.

HIWe just started using the DocumentCloud integration to O365, but get this message when trying to edit PDFs based on a template:This document contains some form fields that are not supported in the viewer. Please use Adobe Acrobat Reader to fill the formWe can edit and save, but I'm not sure what is causing this message? 

I have to be able to redact pdfs but am having an issue with a particular document type. It is saved as a PDF, as are most other documents which I manage to redact wthout issue. When trying to redact, it highlights either multiple long narrow columns or a really random geometric shape. I had no problem initially and my co-workers do not have this issue. All documents are saved in the same way so this is just an issue I have. I am having to use a work around but this is not ideal.  

I have two PDFs of each 2 pages. When I merge them I get a document of 4 pages - but the first document twice and the second document ignored. Or otherwise put: I merge document A with pages 1 + 2 and document B with pages 1+2 and expecte A1A2B1B2 but get A1A2A1A2 The document A and B are two PDF Forms, where I can enter Information. If I print (adobePDF print) those document first and then merge them, I get the expected result. So I can workaround the issue, but there is no warning whatsoever that the produced document in the first place is not the expected result! I use Version 2015.006.30527 Adobe Acrobat Pro DC

After installing Adobe Acrobat Export PDF there is a banner on the homescreen inviting me to upgrade, is there any way to remove this irritation?

I have prepared some forms in Acrobat Pro DC and uploaded them to Adobe Cloud. I opened the file to check and see if the fillable fields were still fillable and they are not. I clicked 'edit' to edit the field and it opened the file in Acrobat Pro DC on my desktop. all of the fields were working as they should be. I plan to put this form on my website using an Adobe's API, but it HAS to be fillable. I cannot share the file because it will be public and I don't know who will be filling it out until they enter the event. Right now the form is useless to me. Can files be uploaded without losing functionality? 

I have a 1000 page PDF.  There is a signature image on every 3rd page.  I DO NOT want every signature image redacted.  However, I need page 410 redacted.  (It contains the signature image.)  When I mark page 410 for redaction, the preview is correct.  After applying the readaction, the signature image is redacted on the other 1000 pages!  I DO NOT mark "Repeat Mark Across Pages." Adobe is just doing it.  How do I make it stop and redact only the pages I mark?

Today I went on to use Adobe Acrobat Online service for merging two PDFs from my PC. I used the 'Combine Files' tool/option to do so. Right on the page (aforementioned), I clicked on 'Select Files' > 'From My Computer', and on first attempt, it did work (though there was a little glitch of which I'll write afterwards). So I was able to merge two PDFs resulting in a combined one. I downloaded it. Then, I tried to do the same sort of thing with the same process I've already described earlier, but it didn't work. After that, on multiple occasions, I've failed miserably, I don't know how. I'm attaching a graphic image that may help you with your solution to this problem. Thank you 

I am trying to convert a PDF file to Excel, but I get a message that says a conversion failure and it will not convert. How to I correct this error to get my file to convert?
