Hi,In our application we are already authenticating our clients using Okta for using our application.But for signing the documents if we ask users to sign, they might feel overwhelmed. Is there any silent way to authenticate users not growing the same process? I do know there is an option called "INTEGERATION KEY" which doesn't need oauth process?I need a guidance in this . 

Hello, I trying to see if there's a way to have multiple people sign a PDF from the same device. If 3 people were in the same room together and  only 1 person had smartphone/tablet device. But, we all needed to sign a PDF. How would I do that? Thnaks,Eric

After last app updates, on my iPad when I open file to sign, doesn't appears "get sign in person", I must to fill my document and send to customer's email for sign, does anyone else get this? How can I solve? 

When I’ve looked at this in the past it was a single integration from one Sign console to the tenant. That doesn’t work becasue we have multiple Sign tenants. I think there is an option to do a different integration just to a single SharePoint site but I’ve never seen it work or know of anyone that was able to get it configured. Thanks

A customer of ours recently purchased an Adobe Acrobat Sign Enterprise license. In the signature route there are some seven signers, all are able to sign except for one when he clicks on the "Review and Sign" button in the email invite, a blank web browser opens up, no agreement content, nor the signature field are visible.  The customer tried the same on both Chrome and Edge and had the same effect as shown above. As I mentioned all other signers within the same organization and the same network had no issues.   I asked him to try another machine/device and am still awaiting his feedback.

I have successfully managed to implement the Oauth flow which returns me a valid bearer token which according to my understanding, I can use to query the transientDocuments endpoint. So, I have built a method that takes in a pdf file as input to achieve this, but I am getting a 403 forbidden error when trying to complete the request. But when I debug the method and use the bearer token I have there in the Adobe swagger documentation here: https://secure.na4.adobesign.com/public/docs/restapi/v6#!/transientDocuments/createTransientDocument , the request works successfully. Hi. I need to transfer all Adobe Sign users from one Enterprise VIP account to another. I deleted the user from the first account, then created them in the new one. When they try to login, it shows an error box: "Something went wrong. Please wait as we work to fix this problem, then try again...". The thing is, the problem doesn't go away. Has this happened to anyone, and if so, what was the solution? Thanks!Richard

Hi,I have an document that has required documents to be attached to it and once I send it to be esigned they disappear.  Is there a way that the attachments can stay so they can be viewed by the signer?

Ontem (03/04), meu gestor pediu que enviasse um arquivo para sua assinatura. Anexei o arquivo, inseri o remetente e a caixinha de assinatura no local ideal e, por fim, enviei.Depois de alguns minutos, meu gestor me ligou dizendo que o campo para assinatura não estava aparecendo, entrei novamente no eSign, e também não conseguia visualizar o campo. Cliquei em "Atualizar" o documento e nesta página a caixinha aparecia, então enviei de novo, só que o erro persistiu. Fiz alguns testes com outras versões do documento (pdf/word) e salvava como rascunho, mas continuava sem aparecer o campo para preenchimento.

From what we tested, any files bigger than 4mb give the following error when trying to send the document on Salesforce app: "The mime type is missing for a file." All files under 4mb work fine, and testing with the errored files but compressed under 4mb works as well.

I am trying to export an agreement to another person using the daily scheduled agreements. I am sharing with the other user however when he tries to download my export that gets sent to him he gets the message 'you are not authorised to download file for this export'. Any ideas what I need to do to resolve this issue?

One of my signatories signed without a witness present, so I need the signatory to re-sign (in front of a witness) who then also signs my document (to confirm witnessing the signatory sign).  The signatory is the last of several other signers, so I don't want to have to get everyone to sign the document again if I can avoid it.  Is there a way I can re-send the document as signed by all other parties so that the last signatory can re-sign? Another option is to break the document into two counterparts - one as signed by all the other parties and one as signed by the last signatory and witness.  Can I finalise the first counterpart (as signed by all the other parties) and remove the final signatory's signature? Thanks

Is there a way to assign a template field to the last signer of a document, regardless of how many signers might be used in a specific occurance? Jim

Die Unterschrift die ich hinzufüge und abspeichere wird in den Einstellungen von Adobe Sign angezeigt, aber steht mir, obwohl ich angemeldet bin, nach Neustart des Rechners im adobe Reader nicht mehr zur Verfügung. Ich bin verpflichtet, die Unterschrift immer wieder neu anulegen. Der Haken unten links bei der Signatureingabe zum Speichern ist gesetzt. Was kann ich tun, damit die Unterschrift bei der auswahl erscheint?

What is the exact criteria based on which this decision is being taken. We need to guide our users on it so that they understand why Swithcing to New Authoring is not allowed.

Is it possible to use a merge mapping to merge a Salesforce rich text field into a document for signing? When I do, I only get the HTML with tags and all. I've found two posts asking the same question, both from 2018, one with no answer, and one with an answer that restates the question and suggests contacting support. Seems like this should be documented somewhere, as it either supports merging rich text fields into documents or it doesn't.
