How do I send 1 document to get multiple signatures on the SAME document?

Tengo mi certificado electrónico instalado en el móvil y no puedo firmar documentos, sólo me permite realizarlo manualmente, firma escrita. Pueden indicarme si es posible realizar esta firma desde el móvil?Gracias.

Hi Adobe team, I have changed the email address associated with my Adobe account, however this hasn't been updated in my Adobe Sign profile, which is still sending documents from my old email address. There doesn't seem to be an option in the account settings to change the Adobe Sign email address.Could you please help me this? Regards,Denis

Hi, It seems there's a limit to the number of "cc" recipients I can attach to some agreement but it is unclear from the docs what the limit is, or whether it may vary between different classes of account. I've developed an oauth integration between our own product and adobesign. The first user will be our existing client who already has an account with adobesign but I'm interested to figure out how this limit might vary between accounts and what choices an account owner has if the limit is too small for their requirements. I created an account for local dev purposes a while ago which seems to have quite a high limit (i.e. somewhere between 10 and 100). But an account created more recently for our deployed dev environment seems to have a lower limit (i.e. less than 10). The client has a corp account. Are they likely to be able to request a higher limit than this if necessary? Sometimes, a "role" will be selected which means that many folks will be cc'd. Cheers,Andy C

We need to sign PDF documents with a certificate (.pfx file). Seems that ACROBAT SIGN App (iOS) do that but we can't find this option in the App.We've activated the trial licence (so we're on 30 days trial period). Also we have a CREATIVE CLOUD Enterprise subscription.After 1 hour in contact with your support I can't receive assistance because we're a trial user.Thank you in advanced for your help. 

I am trying to send a document out for signatures and initials but all I see is the option to request the signature, is there a way to request both? 

The document is a proxy form so only needs 1 signature but each time I try and just add 1 signature field it's stating I'm missing a signature field even though I don't need another!

I have created a template on Adobesign which uses approximately 50 checkmarks. The issue is that when the enduser gets the form with various boxes ticked - some of the boxes have check marks and some appear as if they have just been shaded-in. I would like a cohesive look cannot figure out the difference in these boxes.

I have sent out a document for signatures. They have been listed at the end of the document and the location where the signature is required displays the name of the signee, not the signature!How can this be fixed to display the signatures where theyre meant to be shown!?

HiI've been trying to send the document for signature for a few hours now, and I get an error that I can't because access token provided is invalid. What should I do? Apparently there was the same problem before, but I couldn't find a direct answer as to what could be done about it? I have the Pro package and tyied already in sign in again multiple times.Annika

When i go to edit fields on forms in Adobe Sign, the whole form will have fields automatically placed to be assigned to one of the signers. Is there a way to disable this? 

Is there a way to include the audit report at the end of signed documents when downloaded individually? The audit report only gets included when i download the file with all documents merged together. 

Added a user to team account. Admin of the account received email stating that admins revoked admin rights to Adobe Sign. Admin did not revoke rights. What happened and why the email? How can the rights be restored? The new user is an admin for the team account or any products. Thanks 

We are using the Adobe Sign integration for MS Dynamics 365We have followed the instructions in the "Adobe Sign for Microsoft Dynamics Online installation and configuration guide" for configuring a custom entity but when we Request Signatures the notification "Recipient Info is missing" appears and the Recipient details are not automatically populated as we would expect.  We suspect this is a configuration issue, but have run out of places to look.  Has anyone experienced this issue and is able to offer advice please?

Hello, I want to see a PDF that I signed but did not create. I would like to see all the PDF's that I signed but did not personally send out for signatures. 

We have Java code that would refresh OAuth 2.0 Code Flow Tokens based on this guide:https://opensource.adobe.com/acrobat-sign/developer_guide/helloworld.html#refresh-token-requestAfter having this running fine, I did make changes to our Java code, and noticed that I can no longer refresh tokens.  I figured my changes broke our code.  However, I stepped back and created a pure Postman Request and am getting a 400 Bad Request in Postman:Notes:The POST Url is the Shard that came back as the api_access_point, to which we appended /oauth/v2/refreshI double checked our Client ID and Client Secret, they are correct.  Also this is a certified app.The Test Refresh Token was obtained todayAre there issues with refreshing tokens on Adobe's side at the moment?  Are others able to refresh tokens?    

I have few webforms setup, link is shared to recepient which is signed and both parties receive the final copy. Not the attachment picks the webform name, is there a way to customise name of attachment to pick values which are filled by signer in the form itself.

We have users who are trying to sign certain agreements withn their Adobe Acrobat Sign account and they are opening to a blank page. Why would this occur? and not to all agreements?  

When I set a reminder through Adobe Acrobat sign application, under Account > Send Settings - Does this apply to all the documents that are set as send for signature?  Can I set reminder based on "Type" of document? For example: If the document has "Sign required" in its name - send reminders to only this type of document

In the Salesforce integration, there is a method to send reminder emails under the 'Rule' section. I am looking for expansions if it is possible:Can I set multiple reminders at different time interval?Today, I can only see 2 options (Every day, untill signed & Every 7th day untill signed). Is there a possiblity to have more options like we have inside Adobe Acrobat sign?Is there a way within Salesforce Rules that we can add a custom "Note"? So that when the reminder email is send, a note is added like - This is a reminder to sign the document (This feature is available at Adobe Acrobat Sign)

When a reminder is set on a document and the link is expired, how can I as a business user know that the link is expired? Does the Signature status change to Expired?When an external user opts out from getting reminder email, how can I as a business user track the external user details? 

​I want to send a PDF using E-Sign and after going to this screen I do not appear to have the password protect product option as shown below.  I am using Adobe Acrobat Standard DC. I need this option to set a specific password that is applied to the signed PDF document so the document will be password protected after it is signed and submitted by all the recipients/signers.  How do I get this to appear please?  At the moment mine only shows set reminder in that box.            ​​​​
