I would like to understand if it is possible, and how to:Manually delegate the internal signatory prior to the external customer signing. In this case, customer signs first, the sender would sign second; I've observed that the sender is unable to delegate their signing part prior to it arrive back.Delegate an Agreement, which is currently with a the person to sign, and they are "deactivated" by the Group AdministratorIn this case, when on "user edit" the Group Admin unticks user can send / user can sign & sets an autodelegate, I've observed that the the Agreements currently with the signer are not delegated for action.

Hi, I'had a PDF (PDF/A1b, PDF 1.4, only with text, recent format doesn't help) which weighs 30 MB. I can read it, manipulate it easyly with Adobe Reader. But, when I sign it in PADES-LT (qualified, eIDAS). It becomes impossible to handle it with Adobe Reader (défault configuration) :Openning the file (only with 1 signature) : 5minutes (each signatures : 3/4 minutesThe user experience is not acceptable with this kind of delay. You can possibly change the configuration to remove the signature verification when opening ... but this is not recommended and the opening is still very slow. Any suggestion ?

So, I have created a web form, applied all the specific fields, created a SUBMIT button, and published it to my website. My issue is that I cannot get it to go to my email when I hit SUBMIT. Does anyone know a work-around?
Our organization would like to enable individuals with no vision to collect e-signatures. The only requirement is to collect the e-signature (not a certificate based digital) and the e-signature date. We cannot determine a method to use to instruct someone with no vision how to introduce these two fields into the Adobe Sign document using only a keyboard-only/narrator. I read the VPAT and it appears this may have been identified as a known issue, but I was wondering if there were any possible workarounds. Thank you for your input.
Hi. I used to have an online Adobe Esign account but have been told that Adobe now dont support that. I also have an Adobe DC account but it only does basic signing and wont let me 'replace a signer' which I really want as quite often I make a mistake and send it to a .co.uk address rather than a .com address! Dont want to have to cancel the whole thing and start again. Adobe say I need Small Enterprise edition which is for 9 users and a lot of money! Seems crazy that I cant just renew my current account with them. Any suggestions?
Does anyone know why I'm getting this error message? Or what is causing it? ThanksDiane
We use secure fields on our PDF forms for sensitive data. The sender is able to download that form field data, but if you share that completed form with another use, they are not able to download that form field data. Is there a way to allow someone else to see the form field data?
Hi ,Is it possible to use the POST transientdocument API to upload a base64 encoded file to create a PDF?I have tried to do this passing content transfer encoding as base64 in header etc, but the API seems to be accepting only raw and the base64 encoded format seems to be not supported. It always returns error that the content type is not supported. Is there a reference for how to use the API to upload a base64 encoded PDF? ThanksSwaps.

Hi, I have a document/template where the final page has become uneeded in some cases. I copied the template, and made it a reusable layer. I then created a new version of the form with no final page. When I try to upload and apply the overlay I get an error. The overlay say it is 7 pages long even though there are no fields beyond page 6. The new document is 6 pages long. Any tips on how I can do this? Note that the form/template has over 100 fields so redoing them all, while an option, is not desired. Thank you in advance! We are on enterprise licence.
Hello! My company is interested in setting up some custom signing workflows. However, all of our reps interact with Adobe only via the SalesForce integration. The tutorial on custom signing workflows only show how to inititate an agreement with a custom signing workflow if you're working straight out of the Adobe EchoSign console. Is there a way I can program a library template document to be sent via the SalesForce integration but have it go through a custom signing workflow? If so, how do I set this up? Example:1.) Document gets sent by the rep to the customer *from the SalesForce integration*.2.) Customer signs it.3.) Document arrives back at an approver who reviews it before sending it to the final signer on our side.4.) Final signer gets the document and signs and then it files as usual. Thanks so much for any insight anyone may have.
Hi to all,for small Buisness Users i read about a Transaction Limit of 150 per year. Does it means that 1 Document sended are 1 Transaction? Or is only a signed Document a Transacation? We like to use it to send Qoutes out and if the client lik th qoute they can sign and accept. But if he dont like he cancel. But if a cancel or a non responder counts like a transaction it is to expensive for that matter.anyone have a answear on thisthanks
Afternoon, we would like to change the settings of who can download a signed copy of the document. We have found a setting where it doesn't attach the signed document on the email but noticed that once they sign they are still given a link to download a copy of the signed document. Is there anyway to remove this setting?
Dear community, I have a question about the Adobe Sign Webhooks. I am developing an application for a client, which is using multiple application in combination with Adobe Sign. For each application a different API application is created in Adobe Sign. Our Webhook is assigned to the Default group. There are other applications also assigned to this Default group. Problem: All applications are calling my Webhook. My application is also receiving from other applications webhook requests and the Client ID in the requests (the HTTP_X_ADOBESIGN_CLIENTID in the header) is for all API applications the same. How do I distinquish different application in my webhook request?
Want to replace the recipient email address with the correct email as it was entered incorrectly after sending the document for signature.

Hi There I work in a department that has a lot of documents that require completing & signing and have recently purchased Adobe DC to make the process easier and hopefully avoid getting documents back in different formats [word, photographs & scans] which then takes me a lot of time to reformat and save. So I have converted all of our most common documents to PDF and used perpare form to make the required fields fillable and added signature & date fields where required. Most people seem able to complete the text fields [although some report that they cannot] but a lot of people are unable to sign and I cannot work out why. At first I thought that it was people using mobile phones to complete the forms as that seemed to be the most common device people were using, but I have people with the same issue on laptops. I have just had a screenshot sent [attached as example] where the person can fill their name & date but the signature field is not high
when I finished a test, adobe sign function lost suddenly, didn't know what happen.my current toolsmy previous tools
This error has been coming up frequently and even customer support was not helpful. I have tried everything I read in previous Adobe Sign forums from clearing my cache, deleting cookies, downloading and updating different browsers. My need is urgent as it pertains to my occupation and the only way it can be met is through talking with a person over the phone-- which is evidently for paying customers only. All I want to do is sign the document. I filled it out completely, but the final 'sign here' that turns blue once all information is provided results in a 'processing screen' and an apology following it. The document was sent to me throught the company, so I do not have access to its pdf form (except for that of an encrypted option that does not allow me to sign through Adobe Acrobat Chrome extension, which I have also tried). Has anyone else run into this issue? The error, among countless other variations I received, is below: Error message: Unhandled Error: 210316145810028
