My client seems to have figured out the problem. Looking at the User Details in Admin Console, the user's "Email" is different than their "Username". When I added the user to Adobe Sign through the Admin Console, the user received an email "Get started with Adobe Adobe Sign - Enterprise" which said: "To start using Adobe Sign - Enterprise, use your [Email] email address to sign in to Adobe." When the user used that email address, he became inactive. It turns out he needed to log in with his "Username" instead. Now that he logged in with his Username, he is showing as Active again. Should that welcome email be changed to say the user should log in with their Username (and show the Username) instead of showing the Email?
Hi All! I'm trying to figure out how to embed a fillable pdf into a website that has no other pages except for the PDF form opening up. I don't know what website builders allow for fillable PDFs, but I'd like the webform to look exactly like the PDF I created. Is it possible? What web-builder tool will accept a fillable PDF? (For instance, Wix only allows PDFs to be viewed, but not interactive.) Patricia
Hi, in the Admin Console I added a user with a Federated Id to Adobe Sign. (In Admin Console the user shows Account Status as Active.) The user started out as Active in Adobe Sign. The user successfully granted access to a custom application, but the next call that application made using their access token failed (unauthorized). I then checked their user in Adobe Sign and it showed as INACTIVE. When I click on the user in Adobe Sign the only option I'm given is Edit User -- there is no Reactivate User option. The Edit User screen does not give any option to reactivate them. How do I reactivate the user? Any idea why or how the user was changed to Inactive? Thanks!Kevin
I was testing out signing agreements using Adobe Sign with a coworker to see how it would function, but we soon realized that we wouldn't be able to delete any of out agreements because both of us only have free accounts. Our company hasn't ever purchased Adobe Sign so we have no Privacy Admin, all we can do is view our signed test agreements in the Document Cloud and not much else. Is there a way to delete the agreements with just free Adobe Sign accounts, or will we just have to hide them?
Several documents went out to individuals for signature, each document has been signed, In Progress still show "Out for signature". Why are the documents not returning to me as signed? Is the person who signed the document missing a step. Where are these signed documents?
Hi, I am using webforms to initiate the signing process. I have mapped a docuement library to get all the signed pdf after the process. I need the signer dynamically for further signatures so I have created a power automate to send that signed pdf for further process. Here I am not able to get the details of the first signer from the pdf. I know there is an option available in adobe to map the form fields with list, But there also I am not able to identify which record is realted to which pdf. Is there any way to get the first signer email from the the sign documents saved in sharepoint libdary. Thanks,
Hi, I'm sending out a document for signature to all 300 employees on Mega Sign. How do I retrieve these documents easily once they are signed? Is there an easier way other than one at a time? Thank you,
I had what I thought was a single account for my firm and two of us use it at different times signing in under the same login. Looking to see about upgrading but account appears to suggest there are 5 users. How do I change these people to other staff members - can they all log in independently to work this? newbie so please be gentle!!
I have sent through a document to client 2 weeks ago for him to sign - he has signed but it was never received back. I sent through a reminder yesterday and met with him this morning - he signed it in front of me and submitted it, but @ 5.30 this afternoon it still hasn't come back as signed - and it is showing up as not signed on the system. Can anyone tell me what is happening to this document??
I have working with process builder and Adobe Sign to automate agreements to be sent out prefilled out. I have created a process that will create the agreement, upload the template, then it should send the agreement. Even with the template being on auto send, the document being pre-attached in the template when the process is triggered the document won't populate in the agreement. This is the error I get. ( null : 400 : {"code":"MISSING_REQUIRED_PARAM","message":"Recipient Set Info is missing. "}). I know that I have set up the template correctly because when I create an agreement manually the document populates. Why when is it when I use the process builder the document won't populate and auto send my agreement? Thanks!
Please see the below error and help me to resolve null : 400 : {"code":"MISSING_REQUIRED_PARAM","message":"Recipient Set Info is missing. "}ThanksAjay
Hi, whenever I create an agreement that I need to sign as well as the recipient, I click "Add me" in the top right hand corner and then add the recipients email address, to me this means there are only two parties that need to sign the agreement: The problem I'm having is that when I've signed the agreement and the other person signs the agreement, the notification email that we both receive includes my name twice?? I'm not sure why there are 'three' parties appearing in the final email, as when preparing the document to send there are only two parties (i.e. 'myself' as the AdobeSign account holder, and whoever I'm sending the agreement to) Please could somebody point me in the right direction? Hi,I can see that I can send a single document for multiple signatures on that one document. However, what I would like to do is send one document out separately to multiple individuals to sign separately. This is a consent form for a research study, so we don't want each research participant ever seeing another participants information and signature. It would be IDEAL to send a link in an email to participants, so they click on the link, go to the form, and sign it. Otherwise we need to send an email telling them to expect an email, which could cause participants with low tech skills to be confused -- and we really need these participants in our study. Can anyone advise on whether we can accomplish this with Adobe Sign? Thanks!
Adobe Sign is stored on the Sign Server. By the way, I want to save it together on the company server. Is there a menu that I can do this? Or is there an API?
There are 100 documents in Adobe Sign for a year. Can I download these 100 completed PDF documents at once?Or should I download each document individually?
Hi everyone, my workplace currently have Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and we are only able to upload 100pages for signing. Does anyone know how this can be adjusted within the plan? I tried speaking to the chat service however they did not know how to do this.
Hi all,Two issues for me...Primary issueI wish to cancel an agreement due to an error, it is unsigned by final party and the cancel option is visible and clickable, but when you do so, the panel goes grey, no overlay appears and the site has effectively frozen. MacOS 10.15.7 + Safari 14.0.1 Seondary issueUnable to access live support. Click contact live support, it asks me to login, i do, which then returns me to the Adobe Sign homepage. Infinite loop with no chance of reaching support. I guess this is how Adobe can be proud of their support stats! 😉
How would I get multiple signers to be able to edit a single text box? I have a form that I need 5 people to sign. On that form are some text fields that any, or all, of the users need to be able to edit. I thought the "All" signers option should allow me to put in a text field that could be used by all of the signers but the option is greyed out and not available to me. Does anyone know of a different way to do this or am I doing something wrong?
Hello, I changed my email adress on my Adobe account + validated it. Everything works fine BUT Adobe sign is still using my previous email in the CC/Email sent to the signee 😞 How can I change that?
Hi I've been advised to put this on your community site, rather than a support case, via your offshore web chat assistant. In short, we have recently removed Abode from our salesforce instance, under the expectation that the attachments would stay against the records. Unfortunately, they have all disappeared, so we have lost all of our customer contracts which are integral to the business. I need access to all of these files as a matter of urgency, Thankyou
Hoping to get some help from the forum on this. Must confess Adobe support in terms of delays and various agents promising a follow up you never get is making Adobe support almost pointless. I have given up trying to get an answer from Adobe support hence why I am here. We have a build-up of completed agreements in Adobe sign and I would like to delete them. I think it is fair to say for security reasons you don't want to leave agreements hanging in the cloud. Does anyone know of a away of bulk deleting or an efficient way of deleting agreements? Really appreciate some help with this.
Hello - I have been using Adobe Sign to send two-party contracts to my independent contractors. The two parties of the contracts should always be one of the contractors and myself. Recently, I've noticed that after I have signed the agreement (as the final signor), there is a third party listed in the confirmation email that I receive from Adobe informing me of the completed contract. I pulled a Field Data Audit report and it shows the name of the third party (which is my old company) listed under the "data form fields" section. Furthermore, I've noticed that once my contractor signs the contract and Adobe sends it to me for signing, my title is prefilled in the document. The title is my old title from my old company. I am not sure if this is a Field Data issue or a Prefills issue. Can anyone shed some light on how I might go about fixing the problem?
Posted this in the main Acrobat forum as well, but this forum seems specific to Sign. Hello, hoping someone knows the answer to this. I know that the purpose of signing documents is to secure them. We are using Adobe Sign, but often, after a document is signed, a corresponding dept (say, HR) needs to catalog the document for future audit/searches/filing. They normally have fields that they fill in after the file is signed, which they can quickly look at in the future. In the past, using digital signature fields in the forms, we could specify certain fields to leave open after signing but with Sign, it seems to ignore all that and just locks everything, regardless of form field settings. Is there any way around this?We tried to see if there was a way to specify to NOT lock fields when signing but could not find one while using Adobe Sign.
I have been sending documents out for signature but they don't seem to be visible anywhere, including in 'All Agreements'. I can, though, find them when I use the search bar. Has anyone had this issue, or know how to solve it?
I am trying to send out one document via Adobe sign to 4 different people. Each person needs to sign the document. One of those four also needs to initial, and another one of the four needs to fill in a few text fields. When I click send, it's only been going out to one recipient or the recipients are getting emailed anything. I've followed Adobe's online step-by-step guide and it doesn't seem like I missed anything, but apparently I am. It should be noted that all fields I put in were assigned to the correct people, and fields were changed to Signature/Initial fields where appropriate.
