Adobe Acrobat Sign

Hi there, I'm wondering about the information displayed when I see who has viewed/signed the document. Let's say I setup two signers for this document. After signer A signs, signer B gets a notification to countersign. I'm able to see when signer A or B has signed or viewed the document. But what happens if they view the document multiple times (before signing)?  Does the date displayed show the date of the initial viewing, or the date of which they have most recently viewed? Thank you for any insight!!

 This message comes up every time I try to send an agreement. I've tried fixing the PDF file (nothing was wrong) and even sending different files.  Any ideas?  Cheers,Lewis.

Hello i am having an issue where i saves the signature and intials, it does not let me reset them. i have followed this path that was previously suggested. once i get into the lockdown folder, there is no option for cServices. These are my options: cDefaultExecMenuItems ; cDefaultFindAttachmentPerms ; cDefaultLaunchAttachmentPerms ; cDefaultLaunchURLPerms All i want to do is to be able to vhange the signature and initals to where i can put the proper name in there

Hi all, I am new to Adobe sign. Tried to map CRM data fields to ADOBE sign but have come against a brick wall. Firstly, is there a possible list of ADOBE fields that I can map to? I do not want to build the template in ADOBE itself but want to be able to design my template independently of the ADOBE sign enviroment. Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Meenakshi, where are the Adobe Sign templates stored after the user creates them? Seems to me they are somewhere "in the cloud" i.e. on an Adobe server, but is that a different server to Acrobat DC? The Acrobat DC Pro user panel doesn't make it easy to find the template files the user has created. It sounds like downloading and storing locally is the only solution, which means a third party solution like DropBox or OneDrive will have to be used to share between teams. Do you agree? Now and again on Adobe Sign when sent a document to sign I get the cookies bar display asking me to "Accept" but when I click on it, it is not doing anything and will not allow me to sign a document. Can anyone help? 

I am writing a coaching agreement form. I have set theClient Name:Client Signature:Date: All to signer but still when I test this and email to myself (a second email account) the only field the client is able to wirte in is signature but this needs to change the client needs to write their own name and date. Please help what am I doing wrong. Thank you, 

i have multiple groups in our adobe portal and the signature block needs vary by group. is there a way, within a group, to define the fields in the signature block? if no, is this something that can be added to an enhancement list?  

Hello! We have transitioned to using digital docs in general, however, for processing purposes, I'd like to add the database ID number of each case on the fully executed Adobe Sign docs... but once they are signed I can't add a stamp, text or post it. Is there a workround for this, as this is for processing only, and not for editing the signed document in any way; Thanks!

We have been trying to get through to customer support for over 2 hours with no response other than, we are experiencing high demand. We need assistance urgently. There are no email addresses or Australian numbers we can locate to make additional means of contact.

Somehow AdobeSign has associated an incorrect name with the email address of someone that needs to sign the document. How do I change the name associated with an email address? I never assigned the name and I don't know where it came from. The incorrect name is also being added to the document in blue by AdobeSign when the correct person signs the document-- that's the biggest problem. At the very least I need to keep AdobeSign from adding the incorrect name to the document.

At my company, when I send out a document to be signed, often it contains sensitive information. We have one login for the entire admin team and as such, all who have said login are able to view all the documents. Is there an efficient feature to lock certain documents under one business account? For example, specified folders with individual passcodes or any other efficient option available that limit the members of the admin team, who all have access to the login information, to view all documents.

Hi,  I originally had all emails from adobe sign going to one email and now I want those notifications to go to another email.  How do i do this?

My company used to have a subscription for Adobe Echosign and had it linked with Okta for SSO. We no longer have a subscription and we had all our user accounts turned into individual accounts. When customers send my users docuemnts to sign through Echosign, they are having issues logging in. They get the error: "Sorry, you can't access Adobe Sign (EchoSign) because you are not assigned this app in Okta.If you're wondering why this is happening, please contact your administrator."  When i try to go to the admin console, there is no way for me to remove this Okta integration. When I called Adobe Support, they once informed me that the users under my subscription were turned into Inactivate free account. Im not sure if its the integration thats stoppings the users to be able to log in and sign a document, if its because the users are inactive free accounts, or maybe even both. 

It looks like your AdobeSignJsSdk ( https://github.com/adobe-sign/AdobeSignJsSdk ) has been abandoned since the v6 update 6 months ago. There's no documentation on how to use this SDK - on how to get an accessToken and login, the minimum example to upload a Transient document and so on... Moreover the npm command: npm install adobe-sign-sdk still install the v5 API! Is this really an official package of the Adobe Team? Regards,Felix 

Hello, many of our customers seem reluctant to open an email because they come from the address echosign@echosign.com Is there a way that the customer receives his document to sign from echosign@mybusiness.com?

I am an insurance investigator and I have an investigation involving an agent who used Adobe sign for some insurance applications. The Final Audit Report indicates that the agent 'signed' the forms for the applicant with her own email address, the applications were apparently emailed to her personal account from her business. Which leads to my questions; Are there any scenarios other than the one I mentioned in which the agent email address would show as being the signer? Also, the actual signature date does not match what the Final Audit report regarding when it was e-signed, what causes this issue?  Thanks!

I changed my email for login with Adobe and now the adobe sign functionality is broken within Acrobat DC and in the web browser based Document Cloud.
