Adobe Acrobat Sign

Hello,I am integrating AdobeSign with Salesforce, and I encountered several issues:1. for testing purposes, I tried sending a document to myself but I get an error message: This workflow does not permit including yourself in some fields. I tried looking in Custom Settings and didn't find anything useful. Why is this error occurring? Where can I see (and modify) workflows for AdobeSign? (I looked at Salesforce Workflows and Approvals, no luck)2. I tied Agreement to a custom object in Salesforce, and created a custom button (on my custom object) called Send for Approval. URL in that button uses a template I defined in AdobeSign, and generates an Agreement. I am able to send it to someone for signing etc.But, where is that Agreement stored? I expected it to be present in Agreements related list on custom object, but it is not there.Additional question - once an document is signed, where is it stored in Salesforce. I got the same problem that someone asked at Saving progress on a form before signing in 2016I quote the shannonb8568397 's answer as below:"Great news, we do have auto-save and resume. During the signers experience their work will be auto-saved every about 1/10th of second . In the lower left hand corner of the signing page you will  see the word "saved" after you enter data into a field. If you hover over it, it will display the last time it was auto-saved. When the signer returns to the document by clicking the signing link, the work they had done previously will be there."I followed her way but don't see the auto-saved form and word "saved" at signing pageKindly give me a support if this feature is still in the new version of Adobe Sign OR let me know another way to save the progress of a form.I would appreciate it if you could give me step by step instructions.Thanks for any help.

I have Adobe Acrobat Pro DC subscription and I use adobe sign.I need else only to sign my documents with adobe sign by myself.But the service "only my sign" in additional funcions don't exist (it appears in the adobe help video).How can I to sign my documents only by myself ?Thank you for your help.

When I try to send a document to "Get others to sign" within Acrobat Pro, the message is returned, "Your session has timed out. Please close window and try again." Closing the window does not fix the error nor does restarting Acrobat. This all worked fine when I was in the trial version but as soon as I have paid for the "sign" feature this function within Acrobat does not work.

Does anyone know how to reach a person at Adobe who can assist with an Adobe Sign team account? I have spend an incredibly frustrating morning attempting to get technical support for what seems to be a simple problem to no avail. I even called the corporate office of Adobe and was told that NO ONEe there could take any phone calls for either support or for me to voice a concern/complaint.

I'm trying to send out a document template to many (100+) clients at once. This document as a few fields that are specific to each client, yet I don't want the clients to be able to edit these fields. The csv file fills in the participant fields just fine, but it won't populate the prefill fields.

So we have a therapy office that we are trying to switch over to electronic paperwork.  The only part that I am having difficulty with is when we have a client that needs to fill out and sign our paperwork in office.  We have Samsung tablets and I have been able to lock the tablets so the clients can not go anywhere but the app that we want open. So I can lock the tablet to the Adobe Sign app, however there is still one big problem with privacy, the client could potentially snoop around and see all of the completed documents associated with our Adobe account. Since I have to be logged in to my Adobe account to be able to do the "get in person signature" feature, and our form is long enough that they can not just stand at our desk to be monitored, I need a way to hide all my documents associated with my Adobe account. Please help.

What is the purpose of the signer's email property for signature field types?  I assumed I could enter an email address, and Adobe Sign would pick it up eliminating the need for users to have to key the recipient email address. It doesn't appear to be working that way. Is there anyway I can pre-assign a signature field to an email address to save the user from having to key the address/recipient?

Since I cannot find a way to contact anyone with Adobe directly, does anyone know why I am about to be charged double for the same thing I have had for the past 2 years? Definitely going to cancel.....

Send for Signatures isn't in my Adobe Reader DC tool bar. My version is Continuous Release 2019.010.20069, and we have Adobe Sign. What do we need to do in our enterprise account to activate this option?

Hi,Been through a fair amount of the documentation and the tutorials with regards to using the Adobe Sign and Salesforce integration.There is a lot of detail documented in how to send agreements from what it calls "The common options" below:The Agreement tabSalesforce Objects (Contact, Lead, Opportunity, Account etc)Chatter (Classic profile only)But really would be interested in being able to send an agreement from a case object. None of the documentation says you can't, but i can't see the obvious hooks.Is this possible?Many thanks in advance,

Hello,I am setting up an Agreement Template in Salesforce and I am attempting to add a file from the Echo Sign library, however there are no documents showing available to add. However  I have 7 templates in the Echo Sign library.  This is the first time I am attempting to integrate Salesforce and Echo Sign, and I am thinking it might be a connection issue? Hi - I send out documents for signature and they often come back incorrectly completed.  I would like to be able to re-send the completed signed document to the customer for amending but haven't worked out how to do this. Is this possible or do I have to start again?

I have received an email informing me that I have an important contract to sign, I click on the link and it appears to automatically login to Adobe Sign and presents me with the ability to sign the contract. I would like to know how to disable this auto login, and enable Adobe Sign to request a password every time I receive a new contract, because if an unauthorised person gains access to my email account, they will be able to sign contracts without my permission.
