Hello, For Adobe Sign is there a way to default any field added to require a response? If a user is adding multiple fields they need to go and set require response to each field. Instead it would be better for them if require response was defaulted and then would then turn it off for cases it's not needed. Is there a setting or way to get that done?
Bonsoir, Comment procéder pour faire en sorte que mon destinataire reçoive à signer mon document avec l'aide Acrobat en Français ? Je ne vois pas où régler ce choix. Merci pour votre aide.
Hello everyone, I'm encountering an issue where some members of our team are unable to download and sign documents using Adobe Acrobat, and are instead only seeing the option to sign with cloud signatures. Does anyone know why this might be happening? Here are a few things I’ve considered: Adobe Account Settings: Could it be related to specific settings or permissions within their Adobe accounts? If anyone has encountered this before or has suggestions on how to resolve it, I'd appreciate your insights!Thank you in advance!
Hi All, Recently we have upgraded Adobe package 25.2.1 at salesforce sandbox and did all configuration. We have an adobe sign account and linked with my salesforce application to allow user to electronically sign document. Application is working fine if adobe account user login to salesforce(admin user) click on the sign document button, he receive a document URL and able to see document to sign it. Not able to add the cRecipient.id at echosign_dev1.AgreementTemplateVariable as shown below it is showing AgreementTemplateVariable:[] after calling function. Can anyone help here why the value is not able to set at below function echosign_dev1.AgreementTemplateVariable atvContact = new echosign_dev1.AgreementTemplateVariable('RecipientContact', cRecipient.Id); and one more issue echosign_dev1.AgreementTemplateService.load(agreementtemplateId, accountId, mapATV); is not returning agreementRecordId from non admin user while
Hi all, just wanted some opinions for signing documents. I work under 21.CFR. 11 compliant rules, and often have to send logs out to multiple people to sign. Sometimes a single person will not be able to sign in a timely manner, in which case I need to withdrawl their signature. On paper, I would cross out the line with their name, and note why their signature cannot be obtained. On paper, the other signatures are still valid. Electronically, I found a work around is to cancel the agreement, make my edits, and electronically sign the cross through. Are the previous signatures still valid? Does any body have a work around besides canceling the agreement, or ways to make notes?
Hi Community Looking for some guidance on how to integrate our platform into Adobe Sign for CFr21 signatures. There will be APIs I'm sure. Please, can you point me in that direction? The view is that the user can right mouse click and select sign - and our platform would connect with Adobe Sign or DocuSign to get the digital signature envelope. Thanking in advance. Jitesh
I have groups set up in Adobe Sign Enterprise. I need group admins to be able to see all documents sent, cancelled, completed using those templates by group members. I saw similar questions like this which have not been answerd. I would think this is a function of Adobe Sign.
I am responsible for generating time sheets on a weekly basis and multiple people need to be cpied. These people receive too many notifications each time someone signs. Can I disable these notification on my end or do they have to do it in their account? Thank you!
We’ve set up a registering document using an Adobe Sign webform that includes fields for about 20 attachments. However, when users upload their attachments, they are merged into the final signed PDF instead of being kept as separate files. This creates an issue for us since we need the attachments as standalone documents, meaning we have to manually split the PDF every time, which is time-consuming.Is there a way to configure Webforms so that attachments remain as separate files when the signed document is finalized? Thanks in advance!
When preparing a form that requires signatures, Acrobat allows a signature field participant role to be set as "sender." However, there is no opportunity when sending this form to sign unless the sender adds their email in the "Signer 1" spot on the recipients page when preparing to request signatures. This creates an issue where other signature fields with participant roles set as "Signer 1" are now being assigned to the sender instead of the intended recipient.I have tried designating the signature fields of the sender to "prefill," but signature fields are not allowed to be prefilled--only text fields can be prefilled. The only work around I have come up with is designating the sender as signer one and the recipient as signer 2. There are two issues with this. First, when the document has been signed by both sender and recipient, adobe shows that it was signed by three parties: the sender, signer 1 (same as sender), and signer 2 (recipient). This appears strange and unpolished. Secon
Acrobat Sign strives to uphold the highest standards for security with an objective to keep agreements and signatures safe during and after e-signature processes. A key component of this security is the use of Transport Layer Security (TLS), which plays a vital role in the document lifecycle by protecting data as it moves across networks. TLS helps safeguard Acrobat Sign agreements during transmission by encrypting the communication channels and preventing unauthorized access or tampering. For example, when agreements are sent via email, received, and signed, TLS helps to ensure their security throughout these processes. This is especially important for Acrobat Sign users, as it keeps sensitive information confidential and intact throughout the signing process, reinforcing trust and compliance in every digital transaction. Why TLS is Important The primary purpose of TLS is to establish a secure channel between a client and a server – in this case, between Acroba
In both User, and Group settings, Document Expiration > Enable document expiration is NOT SET, checkbox is empty, yet unsigned documents are expiring after 11 months.I looked everywhere but couldn't find any settings that say 11 month expiry. I need to keep unsigned documents indefinitly as a proof of management not signing contracts thus not accpeting them. (I know I can achieve the same in other ways, but Auditors trusts only trusted systems like Adobe Sign)
Thomas Hello, is there now a solution to the problem that the emails to the recipients cannot be changed even with a full Adobe subscription?I find it amazing that the email to myself arrives in German and the emails to the recipients all arrive in English. So it works, but you aren't allowed to set it, right?Thomas
My case is like this.We have a functionality that allows use to replace last signer (3rd).I'm using API to get participantSetId where Order equals 3. All is working when agreement is on step 1 and 2 but when we get to step 3 (last signer) it breaks:I'm using `PUT /agreements/{agreementId}/members/participantSets/{participantSetId}` endpoint after which API is returning: `AGREEMENT_NOT_EXPOSED The agreement has not yet been exposed to the requested participant` every time I'm trying to get `GET /agreements/{agreementId}/signingUrls`.Is there any explanation to that?
Hello,Im having trouble with Acrobat sign. When I send a document out for an e-signature, all is good. When the document is returned to me signed, the completion date shows the document was signed 8 hours ahead of the time it was actually signed. I thought maybe my account location was set for UK instead of pacific time Canada, but according to the Agent, everything is correctThanks
I keep receiving this error message when trying to submit an e-signed document"We encountered an error while processing your request. We apologise for the inconvenience. Please reload the page and try again. If you continue to encounter this error, please contact our customer support.Error message: Internal Server Error" Has anyone encountered this, and how was it resolved?
I am trying to send an Adobe Sign document through automation in Salesforce using both Apex and Flow. However, I am encountering different errors with each approach. I need clarification on:The correct method and parameters to use in Apex for sending an Adobe Sign document. Why the Flow approach is failing with a different error and how to resolve it.Could you provide proper documentation, code snippets, or guidance on how to achieve this correctly?Error: null : 400 : {"code":"INVALID_RECIPIENT_AUTH_METHOD","message":"Invalid authentication method for recipient "} try {// Initialize map for AgreementTemplateVariablesMap<String, echosign_dev1.AgreementTemplateVariable> agreementTemplateVariables = new Map<String, echosign_dev1.AgreementTemplateVariable>();// Define recipient email and variable valueString recipientEmail = 'smitha.vikram@hrblock.com';String variableValue = 'Test Value'; // Replace with actual required value// Add the variable to the map (similar to 'myAtt
Hi!I'm trying to create agreement with the use of Adobe Sign API in c#. I would like to change the "From" (sender) email name and/or address so my recipients do not disregard my eSign emails as spam. It currently shows as coming from 'Adobe Document Cloud eSign Services' <echosign@echosign.com>. I would prefer it either have my name and/or email address associated so the recipients do not overlook it. Since we have not sent documents through this platform historically, clients will not be expecting an email from Adobe Document Cloud eSign Services. It is not practical to email clients before sending documents for signature just to ensure they know to look for this email and not disregard it as spam. That would completely undermine the efficiency of using this product.
I've been using Adobe Sign for a couple of years and the email always showed up in my customers' email with the sender being our company name. Now the sender is showing up as "Adobe Acrobat Sign on Behalf of 'company'". Because this is too long of an entry on most phones it shows up only as "Adobe Acrobat Sign on" and appears to be SPAM so my customers are deleting the email and missing the documents entirely. Can this be changed so that my company name shows as the Sender of the email? This, coupled with the change to the number of documents that can be sent not only in a batch, but in a 24 hour period is making the program difficult to use for our needs.
Hello, I would like to have a charter signed by all the employees of my company. There are almost 110 of them. I wanted to know if there was a way to power using an existing list to insert them all at the same time? Or do I have to type them one by one? Thank you !!
I've downloaded the new version of Adobe Sign and there's now a tick box if you want the document to be sent for e-signing in order to the receipients i.e., it's sent to one person and only after they have signed, it be sent to the next persion. I always send the documents in order of signature. Is there any way to ensure the default is 'send in order' rather than always having to tick a box?
I created a webform template on Adobe Sign with data validation set for the YYYY-MM-DD date format. However, when users fill out the form on mobile devices, the date field opens a calendar picker instead of a text input. The issue is that the selected date automatically formats as YYYY/MM/DD, which does not match the validation rule I set (YYYY-MM-DD). As a result, the form fails validation, preventing users from submitting it.Has anyone else encountered this issue? Is there a workaround to ensure the date picker respects the YYYY-MM-DD format or a way to modify the validation rule to accommodate mobile formatting? Any insights would be appreciated!
