Iam new to this product and still learning. My question is more like; is this possible and how to do it This is what I do today: On a website a user can fill in a form with several personal details like name, adress and a Installation date. The form generates a PDF that from now on is a contract. The contract is by email, sent to the client and they have to sign it manually and return the contract as a scanned file with a signature.This is what i want: I want a standard contract to available online for any user to fill out the contract and ofcource sign it. The contract must be available on a website with a link etc.How would you do that?  and sorry for the poor languageThanks in advance

Very interesting Support experience today.Signing a document, there has come up a name which wasn't mine or the one from contractual partner.Talking to my contractual partner he doesn't know or hasn't added this name. Contacting Adobe Support Elisabeth didn't take this privacy and data protection issue very serious telling me to contact the developers.Then she QUIT the chat.Seems that Adobe isn't taking data protection for their customers very serious, as well as good support service!

Is there a way for Adobe sign to allow several different signers with their own signature fields to receive the document at the same time? The catch is that we have other signers that need to sign before the next level so we can't use the complete in any order feature as that would make all the other signers receive the agreement at the same time. These signers take a long time to review the document thoroughly and are not dependent on one another. In order to save time we'd like for them to all get the notice at the same time. The order would need to be a variation of:1) Signer #12) Signer #2, Signer #3, Signer #33) Signer #44) Signer #5

When i try to use Get/Users and specify the a user email that doesnt exist, 403 status code is shown.user_read:account and user_write:account are assigned during authorization.Is this a intended result? That seems a little odd since i've already given sufficient permission.

I have a fillable form.  After all fillable sections are filled in, the form is filed down to my hard drive and then uploaded for electronic signature.  What I found is when I bring the form into Sign and sent to the signer for electronic signature, the fillable fields are still active.  Is there a way to add a fillable form into Sign without scanning it first.  The purpose of scanning first is to de-activate the fillable fields.   Is there a way to file the fillable form to de-activate the fillable field options?  I tried converting it to Word but the end result doesn't look pretty.   Thanks for any tips.

I use Adobesign for certain contracts.  I recently had an situation where a customer signed multiple contracts and is claiming the last one was forged by the sales representative.  The customer lives in a different state than the sales representative and sent us copies of IP addresses for the first few, clearly showing the location was where they live.  On the last contract the IP address on the adobe doc shows the state where the sales representative lives. I think the customer changed their IP address with a VPN or something on the last agreement specifically to make the argument that it was forged.So, my question is, is it even possible for someone to forge an adobesign document?  It would seem to me that they would have to have access to the signer's email address because that is how the contracts are sent, and what shows on the adobesign document as where the contract was sent & who signed it.Any suggestions or input would be appreciated.

Hi there, When I log in to my account it says that i do not have access to send documents for signature and to contact the account administrator, however I am the administrator of the account?  Can anyone help, this is putting me very behind at my place of work.  Thanks so much

Hi, when I log in I get a warning that I can't send docs and that I have to contact the Admin.  But I am the admin.   Any ideas ?   I updated the password and billing info, still a no-go

I have tried numerous things, everything tells me to go to 'manage' / 'library templates' 'select' and click 'delete' on the right hand side, however there are no documents or templates showing in there.Please can you advise alternative way to delete.ThanksLaura

I have Adobe Acrobat Pro DC subscription and I use adobe sign.I need else only to sign my documents with adobe sign by myself with digital signature.This is a big problem for the Europe citizens because in the Europe there is the eIDAS regulation and it needs to use digital signature.In the Only I sign it was possible to insert all the fields and else digital signature, but in the Fill & Sign it’s impossible to insert the digital signature field, only the electronic signature. Now if I want to sign by myself with digital signature, I have to send me in different address the document to sign with digital signature (only so I can insert the digital signature field, impossible with Fill & Sign).This is not good for my clients and for me.Adobe sign with digital signature it's very good because now it's possible to have the qualified digital signature in the Cloud Signature Consortium but It's a problem if for use the digital signature, I have to use the different e-mail address.Fo

After a document has been signed by a customer it states that a copy will be sent to all parties, however it isn't sending a signed copy to the signer after they sign and complete the agreement. I have tried testing it with multiple people and no one is receiving them, so I don't think the messages are getting caught in SPAM or anything. I feel like I've double checked everything, but are there any settings I possibly need to change?

I want is: me as the administrator -> send my own resources to user. Hello,When i try to change this settings, it has no effect.I have tried this with several users.As one user the setting is stuck on without cloud based signatures. Checking this setting again does not show the cloud based option.For another user the setting is stuck on WITH cloud based signatures. Unchecking this setting again does not remove the cloud based option.Please solve.
