Adobe Acrobat Sign

I sent a document to 3 different people, 2 signed from a desktop with no problems but the 3rd is having trouble signing from his phone. He is able to access the document, click on the required box and sign but the 'Apply' button does not pop up. The only option he has is 'Cancel'. What could be going on to cause this issue and how can we fix it? He is using the signature draw feature on an iPhone 6s.Thank you in advance.

Hi All,Wondering if you can provide some information. I'm having trouble trying to DELETE /agreements/{id} from an independent REST request and from the developer API portal (try it out). From the REST request: I'm getting a 403 - "code":"PERMISSION_DENIED","message":"The API caller do not have the permission to execute this operation".I'm getting that whether or not I'm requesting the agreement_retention:account scope. From the developer portal: I generated a token using the interface, which pushes the retention scope visibility and I get the following error, "code": "DYNAMIC_DOCUMENT_EXPIRATION_NOT_ENABLED", "message": "The operation requires some account settings to be enabled. Please contact the Adobe Sign team to enable the settings."Is there something that I'm missing? Thanks,Tyler

I am using a 14 day trial Adobe Esign developer license to determine whether Adobe SIgn Enterprise will be a viable solution for our business, but am having trouble getting started. I did find a WP Plugin for Echosign, but it requires an API Key, which I cannot locate in my developer portal.I need to enable our customers to fill and sign forms without leaving our website, which is a wordpress site https://olivetreemortuary.com. I have spent the past two days reading the documentation and am utterly confused. Can someone give me direction? We have several old templates that are now showing up under "My Documents" when trying to send from the library on the dashboard page. However, these documents do not appear in our templates on the "Manage" page. These templates are older than 30-45 days so I probably just can't see them but can't figure out how to remove them so they are not cluttering the template library on the dashboard. How can I find and delete these templates? !

Hi - thanks in advance for any help.  I'm trying to accomplish the following 2 tasks, none of which is "built in" to Adobe Sign.  1. I need an inputted value to appear as follows:  Signer inputs “400000” and it displays as “$400,000”.  If I choose “entered value” for a text box, this is not possible.  If I choose “calculated value”, then it is possible, except when I try to insert the input as a calculated value (i.e., in Field 1 I input the calculation (abs[Field1]), I get an error message saying there’s a circular reference.  2.  I need to have people input an ID number. The format is XX-XXXXXXX.  There’s an option to validate a SSN, but obviously this is a different format.  Given the capability to do it for SSN, I am assuming there is some script that can be inputted to verify my ID number instead.

The form is divided in three sections.On a daily basis the form needs to be filled and signed from Dept1(which is also the one sending the file out), passed to Dept2 to fill and sign, then again to Dept3 which will also fills and signs it.I managed to create the form, specifying the order of signatures. Good morning!Can I use Adobe for a digital signature?

Lately we have noticed error messages appearing in the middle of our documents after we upload them.  The .doc source material will go into Adobe without an error, and then once the document is "sent" out for signing an error message will appear in the middle of the paragraphs.  The error message reads "Error!  Bookmark not defined. Error!"This seems to be something that is being inserted into the document by the Adobe Sign program, and we aren't sure why or how to stop it.  Would love any help with this.Thanks.

I would like to be able to send a client our contract and allow them to read and sign.  They will then fax document back to me. I will sign and date.  I could then fax the document back to them or if they do not have access to a fax then I could scan document and send back to them as an attachment to an e-mail, right?  But I am wondering about authenticating my date and signature.  What if I do not send the document back right away for whatever reason.  Then I realize I need to get the document back to client maybe the next day or even one or two weeks later (If I really goofed).  I need something in place to say or authenticate that I indeed did sign the document and to also 'guarantee' that I did so on the date that I said I did.  I think I'm making this too difficult.  Does anyone understand what I'm asking?  Yes I know I sound technologically challenged.  At least I am trying.  Right now e signatures and/or digital signatures a

Is it possible to "bulk" delegate hundreds of agreements instead of individually delegating each agreement?

If a user receives hundreds of agreements per month to electronically sign, is it possible for that user to bulk sign these agreements instead of signing each one independently?

I have a web application in the USA, which authorizes the client. The customer enters the data within my service(first name, surname). I want to use  KBA service from LexisNexis through AdobeSign. I redirect the client to AdobeSign with API and he/she enters the data in the AdobeSign.How can I determine  that data (first name, surname) on my service and Adobe Sign are identical?Is it possible to do with my application?

Has anyone had success with exporting (in PDF) only pages from a signed document that required signer's interaction?  IE I have a 100 page document, and there were signatures, radio buttons, address boxes on pages 15, 20, 75, and 99.  Is there a way to only export those 4 pages rather than the whole document?

Is it possible to prepare the document and have the client sign it in digitally at my counter at the time they join, rather than emailing it to them? I want to be able to have the document already digital so I can simply save it to their online profile. Sometimes, I do need to email it to them - if they join online for instance. But I'd like to be able to have the people who join at our school, to be able to sign the enrollment form and safety waivers digitally right then and there.

I have a stack of documents signed with signatures with the blue line underneath, but two are signed with small personal pictures. How legal are the pictures versus a signature or picture of a signature?

My question is whether or not Adobe Echosign has the mass mailer ability. Does it have the function to:1. Send different documents to different recipients at the same time?2. Send the same document to different recipients at the same time (similar to mail merge)?I would like to send out this form to 50 people automatically without having to manually send out each form 50 times. These forms may be different for each recipient.

I don't have an eSign account. I am trying to sign Google's HIPAA Business Associate Agreement. When I get to the signature field, it will not allow me to type my name in. I am allowed to sign my name with the mouse, only. However, it will not allow me to click on the "apply" button to enter my signature. I am only allowed to click "cancel" or "clear," both of which delete my signature. I cannot complete the form with those two options. Do I need to have an eSign account in order to fill out this document? I have no plans of using eSign with my business, as I must be HIPAA compliant.

Hi,We are looking into using Adobe Sign and have a question.We are currently using XFA based dynamic PDF forms. These dynamic PDF forms are either filled by the users or generated through an automated process and require to be signed by the an external party.I understand that dynamic PDF's are not supported by Adobe Sign and we should use AEM forms JEE (aka LiveCycle) to flatten these filled documents before using an API to send these to Adobe Sign for signature. After flattening a dynamic PDF, a signature field need to be placed on the form. By default Adobe Sign places a signature field at the end of the document if a signature field is not available. In our case the signature field should not be on last page of the form as the last page(s) contain the Terms and Conditions and/or attachments. The placement of the signature field should be based on where the in the XFA form the signature block is located. Manual placement of a signature field for each document is not an option.Questio

Hello, I was wondering if anyone has had success with automatically renaming documents exported from Adobe Sign (we are using the megasign functionality) to contain the original file name as well as values that were pre-filled as part of the signature process.  We just sent out 1000's of documents for signature, have most of them back and now they are saved as the document name followed by "- signed" + a random string of text and numbers.  We'd prefer it to be document name + signer's name + customer id.  Is anyone aware of a solution?  As you can imagine we are looking at 100's of hours to rename these by hand.  (I also have an inquiry into Adobe support on this same topic).Thank you in advance!

Hello,I put in all of my text, boxes, signature boxes etc. I sent the contract to my customer. They fill everything out and the contract comes back and all of the information is jumbled and some of it ends up in the wrong boxes. I sent one to myself to try it the same thing happened. Would appreciate any help as these contracts have multiple fields and Adobe is so easy to use, but if the information is coming back jumbled???  I would prefer not to send paper.Thank you,Barbara

I want to send a document to be signed by 78 people, but I can't figure out how to send it to multiple people at the same time. It only gives me the option of sending it to 10 people at a time. I did that but then realized that it asked all 10 of those people to sign the same document but I want them all to sign separate ones. I'd appreciate any help!
