Adobe Acrobat Sign

While testing out a form, I have sent multiple forms out for signature. Now they are cluttering up the Manage page. Is there a way to multi select and delete them without doing them one by one?

Hello,I need to know how to designate signage field location on an existing pdf.  There is functionality to do this by checking off the checkbox entitled "Preview document or position signature fields" (screen cap included), but we need to not have to do this each time we send an agreement.  I spoke with an Adobe tech support rep who told me that the pdf needed to be setup in acrobat first in order for this to be recognized from within Salesforce and Sign.  But my attempt to do so simply resulted in additional fields, not designation of where the signage fields are to go.  Please help by explaining where this sort of setup is conducted, in Acrobat, in one of the Sign Salesforce modules, or elsewhere.Thank you in advance,WD

This happens on all of my computers and on both the desktop Acrobat DC App and web based app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice. This is NOT a billing issue. I have contacted Adobe support everyday for the past four days and the problem has yet to be solved. Does anyone have any idea of what I can try?

I am using adobe sign in conjunction with conga composer and want to slim down the visualforce page EchoSignAgreementAdvanced  and remove some of the options that our sales team should  never use.  Any chance of having separate page views  based on profile?  As it is part of a managed package i have no options to edit the VF

I used to be able to set conditional formatting to certain fields, so that certain fields were assigned to certain radio buttons. For example, if the radio button is selected as option 1, then field 1 is required, and field 2 is hidden. Same example, if the radio button is selected as option 2, then field 2 is required, and field 1 is hidden. This is essential when making sure signers complete ALL fields, even if some fields may or may not be required, depending on which option the signer selects.I USED TO BE ABLE TO set this type of conditional formatting, but now I do not see that option in the tools? What happened? Did Adobe remove that functionality completely, or do I need to upgrade from my Individual Account to a Business Account? Thank you for your input!

As the title states, I am unable to download the form data for many of our widgets via the REST API site adobe provides. Every once in awhile, maybe depending on web traffic, the csv file does download. It is only 595KB and has 2,976 lines in it.The exact call is api/rest/v5/widgets/2AAABLbNOTTHEREALWIDGETID9QZY*/formDataUsing fiddler, I am able to see that the response times out after exactly 10 minutes. Why does it take 10 minutes to download a 595kb file? Is it the server processing that is making the request take so long? Using the manage tab on my account, I can see that there are 486 signed documents available. Is this just too many documents for the API to handle this request? This seems odd for an enterprise level service...I appreciate any help that can be provided.Jason

I need to create a library template that has fields for the sender to complete prior to sending. I have done this but the fields can only be accessed by ticking the preview fields box before clicking the send button. Previously this was set up so that the boxes were accessible without ticking the box and only by clicking the send button. Where am I going wrong?

Hi there, My client was recently filling out my online forms and when she went to submit it gave her an error. Here is her email with the error information:So I finally finished filling out the form and when I went to submit it, it gave me an unauthorized error and suggested that I reload the page. Instead of reloading, I went to your original email and tried to open another tab hoping not to delete or disrupt the form I already filled out.  Anyway, it reloaded the page with a new blank form .  Please tell me you got my completed form.  I spent a very long time filling it out and at this point, I can’t imagine doing it all over again.Was this a glitch on her end, or a glitch with Adobe? What should I do on my end so that this doesn't happen again? I don't want to frustrate my clients. Thank you so much! Randi

Hello,when I want to sign a PDF digitally, I must save the document afterwards. However we have a workflow in our company which requires to sent the signed PDF document to another person afterwards.Is it possible to make one button which automatically adds the digital signature to the PDF, saves the PDF in the background to a predefined folder (e.g. on the networkdrive or on C:\)  and opens an E-Mail automatically with the PDF-File attached and where I just have to enter the recipient and sent the PDF to him?Thank you.,

I have spent two different days and a few hours trying to get SOMEONE in chat support to figure out why I can not access my e sign dashboard. I log in and it loops me back around to the log in every time. Spent my whole lunch break today trying to get help. Worthless time waster.  Still does not work correctly or basically at all. Thanks again Adobe for outstanding NON customer support.  I have had it. The icing on the cake was the link they wanted me to click on so they could log into my account and guess what.......THE LINK DIDN'T WORK EITHER. Nice

HiI have a document which requires a signature by the user and also a signature by the client on site. The client signature is a person who we may not know and therefore not have their email address.The form is a service fault sheet which my engineers use when completing work. They will sign the sheet but the client needs to add their signature to approve the completed work. Currently when I add two signature boxes it completes the same signature twice.I don't want to add another user to create a second signature as that would involve the client to check their emails which will add time to the process.I am new to the software so I may be missing something pretty obvious.

Hi, My client signed a contract in October 2015, however I just looked at the contract and his signature date is now October 2016.  We got a confirmation in October 205 that the client had signed but never downloaded the PDF.   This is a major problem and we need this corrected.   Please help.
