I have a gold buying business in California.  At the time a transaction is made I need to have them give me their signature then I send it on to the proper government office each day.  Is this product good for this use?

This has slowly happened to each of the widgets I've created, it's been like this for weeks. If I send a document to multiple emails for signature can the recipients view the email addresses or contact information of the other recipients?

I have been using Adobe Sign for years - since it was Echosign, in fact. I send out a fair amount of documents for electronic signature each month. 19 in June, 10 in July... now, I came to send a document out on 17 August and hit a problem I have never seen before. My saved signature image was showing very small in the signature box. I had previously sent a document on 12 August and it worked just fine, so there was some change in Adobe Sign between 12 and 17 August that caused this.I have waited and this has not been fixed. I have searched the forums, and not found anything mentioned. I have tried to get support, but this seems impossible. So here I am.My setup is that I have a number of document templates carefully prepared years ago, which have the signature fields in particular places according to the document design. It's all automated so that when I create a new contract etc. from my Word template, the fields are already set up. I literally fill out some details in the contract,

I understand that you can specify a callback URL when initiating a new agreement in another system using the Adobe Sign APIs but is there any way to have Adobe Sign call another system (a web service) when an agreement is initiated in the Adobe Sign UI, and when any events happen to that agreement?

My company uses groups to distinguish different client users.  So example, Client A is a group and Client B is a group.  I want each member in the separate groups to be able to share with other members in the same group, however I don't want either group to be able to see the other groups across my organization.  This is what happens...say I am a member of Client A, when I click on Sharing Status within my profile and click on the '+' button to add an email address, I then click on the down arrow next to the 3 horizontal lines.  Even though I am a member of group Client A, I can see the group for Client B and expand it to see the users in that group.  Anyway to avoid this and still allow users in each group to sign, edit and modify agreements within each group?

Is there a way to change the referenced saved PDFs of completed documents in Salesforce from Document Cloud to box.com?  I know there is the email to box.com function for every document, but that only pushes it to one folder and one still has to keep the Document Cloud archive going in order to maintain the downloadable links in Salesforce. 

some of the e-signatures on the agreements look differently and I wanted to check why?

I use the drag and drop feature to put two text fields in the document.  I need them to prepopulate with the titles i put in the CSV file.When i do a test upload it won't populate, it just sends me to the page where i have to fill it in as prefill.  I need to get this figured out ASAP.

How do I send the document for signature through a personal email with a link that leads to the document rather then the generic eSign email?

I have included JavaScript in the validation and action tab for text fields in order to add custom validations and actions.None of the custom validation or action is working when sent to the signer via mail with EchoSign.The same is working when accessed through Adobe Reader or in Adobe Acrobat preview mode.

When the sign-in box appears and requests a password, after entering the password and actioning the sign button, it says " incorrect password". I have changed the password, received acknowledgement of change abd can sign in to my account. However the sign-in box will not accept the password. How do I correct this?

HelloI am trying to do a megasign and after sending the document users are able to sign documents without having to select the radio options that I have already made as required.   It lets you sign and submit without telling the signer that you are missing your inputs on the required fields.What else do I need to do or is this a bug?

I'm trying to use Adobe Sign (android app) to capture customer signatures on individual Google Doc documents. When I select Google drive, I am able to see the Google Doc but am not able to select it for signing. Is there a way to make this happen? Thanks in advance.

I am an admin for our organization.  We have a number of clients and one of them is using Adobe Sign and is setup as a group.  When those group users uploaded document templates they gave permissions for the entire organization.  Now a couple of the users in that group are inactive and  no longer employees of the client.  How do I give permission to someone else in that group to edit and/or delete the templates?  I am getting ready to setup another client to use Adobe Sign and will set them up as a separate group.  The issue is they will be able to see the documents of their direct competitor.

All,The issue that the program puts that default “start here” arrow at the very top of the document to be signed (or, wherever the first field is at), and so employees believe they have to actually do something there, instead of just scrolling to the bottom of the document (which may be many pages long) to where they sign.  When all they really have to do is scroll immediately to the bottom to sign.The final signer should not see an “start here” arrow at the top.  It would be better if the “start here” arrow was located at the bottom so that the signer know they could skip everything else.  The best solution would be if the program would auto-scroll the document to the correct location of the required signature or where ever that signer first had to take action (normally the last signer just needs to sign the document at the very end of the document).Basically, we want the “start here” arrow to point to the first place that a signer is required to input data (their signa
